Excellent quality auto repair. The receptionist was so nice. My car took a little while to get fixed which I expected. The guy that runs the front desk kept me updated and even offered me water. I am pleased with the service given and the price I paid. Ladies if you know nothing about cars and want to avoid getting ripped off or taken advantage of, this is the place for you.

My boyfriend recommended this place because he and his mon take their cars here. Amazing customer service, never had an issue with my car after it was fixed. Tim and his team have been taking great care of my cars, my familys cars, my friends cars, and even my co-workers cars for the past 18 or so years. Always fair pricing and always truthful. I once brought my new car to Tim about three times to see if anything was wrong (I was being neurotic) and each time, he took the time to look at it and said calmly, Nothing is wrong with your car. This place is fantastic. It’s the one shop where I truly trust them not to rip me off. Whatever the price is, I know I’m not getting messed with. They’ve even checked out my car before and charged me nothing because they couldn’t find anything seriously wrong.Just got a 30k mileage maintenance along with oil change for around $240. Only god knows what the dealers mechanic would have charged.

I wish the best for Tim and his business but the bad side of me wants to hog this business and hope no one finds this gem of a group at Rainbow Auto. They have done for me transmissions swap, shocks struts, brakes, intake manifold work etc. I dont come often and hand these guys easy jobs but they not only blow me away with quality service, but fast turnaround, constant communication & cost. They really do treat you like family. I would easily pay much more for the service you get here from Tim and all his amazing mechanics that works with him. Whatever his business model or motivation is, it is something all should aspire too.

Great service, changing winds. I have patronized Tim and Rainbow since late 1990s. Ford escort, Avalon, Mercedes, Subara and bmw. I also have recommended countless colleagues from Verizon and they share the same feelings of service. Down on my luck; an extended unemployment of 6 months I brought my hopodie bmw for a look and Tim refused to look at the vehicle stating they dont work on older vehicles which of course is his right. I was disappointed and surprised, told my friends at Vz they concurred. anywho I am sure this for whatever reason was an isolated incident. Luckily a patron who overheard the conversation and owns a late model bmw suggested I take the vehicle to Alexandria Auto Clinic. Veteran treatment has gone to the dogs.

I brought my car recently to this auto shop hoping that they will help me fix my car. My problem with my car is a noise that comes from the left side drivers side. The owners assistant said that he needs to change the shock He change it I pay $390.00 dollars. But when I drove my car I’ve noticed that the noise still there, the owner said to bring again and He will replace the other side. 😖 but I didn’t come back . I went to another auto shop the only problem They found out is a loose screw in my strut. I just pay $50.00 dollars. The noise is gone . Kudos to Quantico Auto Care.👋
