Our trucks water pump failed on the way to vacation and left us stranded on I95. We had it towed to a local Ford dealer that could not help us. Fortunately, I ran into the gentlemen at Mobil 1 Lube Express. Although they could not get the needed part for my truck on a Sunday (they called around but couldnt get it until Monday morning), they took the old parts out and had it ready for the new parts Monday morning so they could get me on my way as quickly as possible.These gentlemen were great. They offered fantastic service, were extremely friendly and helpful, drove me to and picked me up from the hotel and had me on my way to see my family in the Outer Banks as quick as possible. I am truly grateful! Thank you all at Mobil 1 Lube Express!!

We go to Mr. Gary and he is always professional and tells us right. He makes quality suggestions and I have not felt scammed or ripped off by him ever.I highly recommend this location for oil changes, and all regular maintenance work, tune ups and I have had an alternator replaced here too!

Super fast and friendly. You stay in the car! Awesome. Midday slow time. Hot day, they gave me a wide plastic hose that pumped out cool air while they worked. Guy was very informative and super cautious as not to be a pushy salesman. Very good, Im now a new repeat customer.

They always try to talk you into something extra. They tried to talk me into a transmission flush and a belt change....Even though I dont need either!!!

I’ve been going to these guys for 15yrs. They have done all the work one both of my trucks. There is nothing i wouldn’t trust them with. Theses guys are awesome, caring and true. Can’t say enough about them.

I called them to ask price and availability, they told will charge about $40 including best service but when I got there they had different price which was about $70, even didn’t let me decide and they already started changed the oil without my price confirmation,their manager smoking inside which is very danger and he was too rude, I strongly recommend you guys avoid to deal with this services,

Friendly, no frills place. Unlike other oil change places in the area, they do not try to sell you wallet drainer services. If there is something really worn down or broke, they will show you and leave it up to you rather to get it taken care of elsewhere. Highly recommended if you want an oil change at a reasonable price without technicians and managers hawking unnecessary services. Been a customer there for years.

Customer service is top notch! Gary is very welcoming and helpful. It is easy and quick for an oil change. I trust them to take care of my vehicles with honest advice as to any improvements.

I have been bringing my 3 cars to Mobil 1 Smoketown going on 4 years because of its proximity to my office. I took my Volvo to NTB Falls Church for some front end work. The NTB mechanic tells me its a good thing I brought the car in. There was only one quart of oil left in the engine. The rest of the oil had leaked onto the skid plate because the oil cap had not been replaced properly. The NTB mechanics changed and added oil so it would be safe to drive. I took the vehicle back to Mobil 1 as I was hoping they would reimburse me for the $100.00 oil change or give me a credit for a future oil change. They did not. The manager went on to explain I should have taken it from the NTB 35 miles away and brought it back to Mobil 1 when they discovered the problem. Riddle me this: Should I have driven the car with no oil in it potentially blowing up the motor or had it towed over to the Mobil 1? Would they have paid for the tow fee and or replaced the motor? I doubt that. Did the NTB guys lie to me to make a buck? They were already getting me for $1,500.00 in other work. That xtra $100.00 seems petty. All I know is Mobil 1 Smoketown Rd will never see any of my vehicles ever again. Shame on them.

Ive been going here for 8 years for all of our cars. The men are polite and helpful, they remember me every time and call me Mrs Moore. The prices are reasonable and right on the wall so you know theyre open and honest. I really love this place! They even vacuum my car.

Went in for tire rotation and balancing. They broke the tire valve and messed up the tire sensor on the vehicle. They then denied that they were responsible. Took the car somewhere else. This trashy Mobile1 location damaged my vehicle and refused to correct it. Unless you want them to damage your car, do not go here.

Was a bit hesitant to go on Sunday, but it was my only day off. Not busy what so ever in and out in under 30 minutes. Super friendly guys and reasonable fees. Totally recommend and will be visiting again. Kudos to Ivan the mechanic and Hussein. Thank you guys!

Horrible experience... I just went to them to get my rear left brake light fixed and it turned into the whole left side being out. I asked what happened, but I was told he didnt do anything wrong. The manager claimed it was an electrical problem. He blew a fuse and it was an easy fix. I got it done elsewhere. I will never go there again!!!

This location robs women! Oil changes for $116 and they promise to vacuum and wash your car, all inclusive. When asking the manager, Hussein, about the car wash he laughed in my face. His exact words to the other workers...she thought she was getting a car wash too. Very disrespectful. Military beware! Dont take your car to Mobile Express on Smoketown Road in Woodbridge, VA!

On a Sunday morning I pulled up to Lube Express without a reservation and was promptly met by Gary. He offered me the standard oil change or the special for the day, I chose the standard oil change. Within 25 minutes the oil and filter were changed and I was on my way again. Absolutely stellar service and the entire staff were all professional and courteous. This is my new go to oil change location from this point forward.

Perhaps the most expensive place in Woodbridge for an oil change. The service there is horrible, I still have the TWO wrenches left under the hood by their qualified mechanic, left their for an easy fix, replace the windshield washer bottle. Left off a bolt which I had to replace, on a cross member... Of course the electrical connector to one pump was not connected properly and leaked. Ended up fixing it my self before a hard trip to the coal fields of VA after of course paying them. So maybe they can put a filter on, and squirt oil in but you can do better anywhere else and forget them for service beyond a over priced oil change. One star only because it wouldnt let post till I picked one, which they dont deserve!

Great, quick service you can trust. Been going for a year or so now With 2 different 4wd SUV’s for mobil 1 synthetic and been pleased each time. Also had a synthetic transmission fluid service done which really seemed to help.

Came through 40 min prior to closing! Fast and courteous service! Did not feel pressured at all in getting service I wasnt looking for.

Ive been to this location 3x total. The first 2x I went just for oil change and the experience was good. I thought since I had 2 good experiences going a 3rd time would be fine BUT IT WAS NOT! I got a recharge & antifreeze done to my air conditioner. In less than 24 hours the air stopped working. I went back to get the issue resolved but it wasnt. Gary told me to go back the next day for a refund & the owner Faqir Hussain treated me like garbage and did not assist me. Gary was not there although he told me to come back on he following day. I wasted $193.54 my air still does not cool. Even the customers that were in the store saw how the owner acted and they were disgusted and even defended me. I DO NOT recommend this company unless you are only getting an oil change and even with a simple oil change I would tell you to be cautious especially females.

They waiting time was a breeze came here for an oil change and to check a noise when I press the gas peddle they checked it out and fixed it. And besides that they gave me my car back cleaner.
