Ive used them for years now and theyve always been very good and helpful.

They were assigned through Choice Home Warranty to repair my microwave door. I called the tech to reschedule because the auto generate appt time did not work for me. He told me he would let me know if my requested time would work. He never got back to me and showed up while I was at work on the auto generated date/time that I already told him did not work for me. The tech said he forgot which house it was he was trying to reschedule with...even though I sent him multiple texts following up that he never responded to. He promised he would let me know by the end of the day if the time I requested would work. That didnt happen either. The day of the requested appointment came and went and he never showed up and again never returned any communication to follow up. Pretty much par for the course when dealing with a home warranty. Send the least competent vendor who couldnt care less.

Be AWARE OF DAVE KERNS (technician/part owner) came to my house 12/1/2020 and he was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY IMPOLITE and then had the audacity to call me a piece of WORK to my son! 100% dissatisfied, also he told me I got paid to work no to talk on the phone after he said all this, I kick him out of my house.Byron Rodas

My tennant called me about their fridge not cooling well. I called ASAP late in the day and they had someone out by the next morning. I think that is fairly prompt service. The tech called me when he was done and explained the whole problem. He was polite and professional and well spoken. The scheduler was also very nice and thorough with follow-up. I will definitely use them again for other appliance needs.

Very impressed with this company. After calling and explaining my issue, a tech got there within 2 hours and was able to fix the problem immediately. Very courteous. Price was extremely fair. Would use again!!

This Northern Va appliance repair company is really great. They have done some appliance service at my house and also at my parents and they are so great. Always on time, always polite, never have had to call them back to fix anything. I feel like they are honest and dependable and they seem to really know what they are doing. I would give them an A+ for appliance repair and think that their services are the best!

I have used ASAP services a few times over the years and always have had a great experience. Julie has always been very friendly when dispatching a technician and I have always received fast service. My technician Shannon has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. While living in a condo he was able to fix and know exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator. Also, our A/C stopped working and he was able to fix our problem quickly and had the parts he needed on his truck. I recently bought a house and needed our whole heat pump system replaced. ASAP did a very professional job. I was given options on my new system and at no point did I feel pressured into one system or another. I highly recommend their services to my friends and family.

I was looking for a washing machine part and found that ASAP does not sell individual parts, BUT the extremely helpful employee at ASAP gave me the phone # of a retails outlet that did. I was able to get my part and make the repair all in an afternoon. Many thanks to ASAP.

The worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with. The technician was rude, uncommunicative and unprofessional. When I called the office, the supervisor/part owner did not listen but was interrupting me, arguing with me, and even hung up on me when I tried to tell them that I wasnt happy with how the technician did his job. Do not recommend them.

My new GE washer went on the fritz!!!!! I couldnt wait any longer for the warranty company.I called ASAP and and Kallem the tech had my washer repaired and working like New!!!!!

The worst company. Ran by idiots. Steer clear.
