Ive been using Comfortable Air Services for years. They are honest, reasonably priced and address all my questions and concerns. Hugo came out within the hour to address a thermostat issue. He walked me through all the schematics and showed me what my options were. Kevin also recently came out for a check-up and addressed something I didnt even notice with my whole house humidifier (a lot of air was leaking and causing condensation). He did an excellent job taping the sides and walked me through the rest of my check-up. I will continue to use them for years to come.

Comfortable Air installed air conditioning and forced air heat about three years ago. Walter worked with us and explained some of the nuances about our system since I am from Texas and have never dealt with forced air heating. Recently I thought there may be an issue so I contacted Comfortable Air and they provided some scheduling dates and times, which were good for us since our system was still functioning. They explained what the problem was and that nothing was needed to fix it. This a company with honest people and friendly and professional staff. We will use them our AC/heat systems.

Ive been meaning to write this review for a while.This past summer in the grueling heat Walter came out in the very early morning (he even called that he was on his way) to check out my heat pump that just stopped working the night before. He found that the heat pump fan was bad and would need to be replaced. Walter checked around and said the fan was not available locally but that he would work on locating one and would try to have it delivered by that evening even though it might not come in until the next day.Well, that afternoon he called to say he located one and would be by the same evening to install it. When he returned he had the bad one out and the new fan in lightning fast and I had a comfortable home once again. On top of that, the cost was very, very reasonable for any type of one day turn around service with 2 visits. Walter was honest, on time, detail oriented and quick. I had a digital thermostat that I needed to have installed. Walter came during the window time so he was on time. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and resolved my issue in a timely manner. I really appreciate his efforts and education on what the issue was and how he would resolve it. If I ever have to have a thermostat installed again or if I have any other HVAC issues I will call this company and ask for Walter but I am sure that all of thier employees have the same level of professionalism but I would prefer Walter in any future calls.

I recently (about 3 weeks ago) had Comfortable air services come out to look at my water heater. Walter came out gave me an honest estimate and also mentioned my heating and cooling system. My heating system was 30 years old. I had been thinking about replacing it, but took no action. After talking with him, we decided he would give me a quote to replace my water heater, a/c and heating system. I got a fair quote and my install was scheduled. Rick was my Master Technician and did a wonderful job on the install. It was neat, clean and professional. I barely knew they were there. The whole team was very professional and I would recommend them to anyone considering service or upgrading their appliances. My space heaters are put away for good and I am enjoying the warmth of my new Trane heating system and water heater.

Hugo was very responsive, detailed, and professional. He described what he thought the issue was, presented options for repair, and documented it all appropriately in the resulting paperwork. I never thought I’d request service after 4p and have a morning appointment the following day! Prices were competitive.

Extremely professional from start to finish and very thorough. There are so many repair companies who arent honest businessmen so I was extremely thankful to find this company. Cant recommend this company enough if you have and kind of HVAC issues. This will be the only company I call if I have issues in the future because I know theyre going to give me an honest answer.

Our heat went out on a Thursday, and Walter was by within a half an hour to diagnose the problem. Out old system wasn’t worth throwing money at, so he gave me a great price on a new Trane heat pump. Rick was there at sunrise with two other guys in the absolutely bitter, blustery 12F weather. A few hours after lunch, and they were done. It’s so quiet!Rick did a great job explaining everything they did, as well as answering all my silly questions. He was nothing but friendly and professional the entire time. They’re a great company, highly recommended.
