Adam Appliance Repair saved me a great deal of money by fixing my Non Standard Oven Cooktop Stove. I called and described my problem and Sam came out that day. After checking the symptoms Sam looked at me and said Its a bad control board. He ordered a new one for this Appliance and during the whole process kept me up to date on the status of the board ordered and when he would be back. Never once did I ever have to track him down for an update. Once the Board was in he called and was over that morning to finish the repair. The same day as the initial house call, Sam texted me a link showing the part and cost, along with the cost to install, and the anticipated delivery date. He notified me when the part arrived and I scheduled the installation appointment.The second time I called Adam Appliances Repair Sam repaired my dryer. Sam had a replacement heating element available on the truck and installed the part on the same visit. In one service call he was able to fix my dryer and replace my bathroom fan motor.On both occasions I was able to book an appointment for my preferred day and time window. Excellent service. Sam was prompt to respond to my text message with a phone call within 15 minutes, and was able to get to my home within 1-1/2 hours without me having to make a future appointment. I had explained to Sam what I had seen in my freezer that morning. The freezer side of my Monogram refrigerator was full of frozen thick ice and ice cicles everywhere from top to bottom.
