My heat pump went out when the summer temps were in the 90’s. I called three different companies who evaluated and give estimates. Our 20 year old AC unit died right before the July 4th weekend. We called several businesses to come give us estimates. Alex was able to give us the best price, hands down. They didnt try to pressure us into buying an entire new furnace/heat pump setup like a few other companies did. They were punctual, professional, informative, and fit us in on short notice (4 days - Its now Tuesday the 6th). The installer was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. They replaced our dead AC unit with a Carrier unit, along with the coils inside, low and high pressure lines, and even wired up a new junction box. It looks good, and, most importantly, it works!! They have a 1 year warranty on installs, but I dont have any concerns whatsoever. Thank you Alex and team!! You saved us!!!

I’m not sure 5 stars is enough for Alex and his entire team. In the middle of a heat wave they were able to not only do their best to fix our broken unit but then install an entire new one when it was beyond repair. I truly thanked the installation team on a new AC unit at my house on 6/1/2020. They did a great work on the ac unit installation that has been working great since. Great company, I called same day and they were able to squeeze me in and fix my AC during a recent heat wave. Fixed my AC issue in under 30 minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable. I had mold in my furnace. A different hvac company was offering to clean it and the ducts and install a new uv light and recycle old one (only bulb was burnt out) for $2k. Alex did all that for $1200 and added 2 extra uv lights and replaced the old bulb. Then he came back and replaced the old transformer for free a week later when the lights stopped working. Great company!

I would not recommend this service. They were supposed to come and do a maintenance last year and never showed up. This year they said they would come at a certain time and never showed up. When they finally did showed up after 3 different appointments they were here for five minutes top. They replaced the filter (that I bought ) but installed it incorrectly so about 4 inches of the filter was hunging out and they did not place the filter cover back in place. I had to take the filter out and install it correctly myself. They did not check anything. Really bad service, they don’t worry about the time you waste waiting for them nor the quality of the work. Don’t call them

I call my sister from Rolesville NC and she was right say you need Air and my daughter cant live like this but I told her I didnt have no $2000 from another Agency I always use came by just to see if Leak Freon charge estimate not sure if Freon fee included and if it was Leak I still had get new Unit.I believe Jesus God 1st sent me Angel in Alex because he was park across from my home in park lot doing my neighbor unit and l ask him if he could help me and he told me that he did all my neighbor units in my neighborhood and none had any problems and I could check his review on goole here his website and by time another Heat and Air Conditioner Repair Svcs had come earlier that day to give me estimate charge me $89 or $99 fee 2 men left my home the air conditioner and thermostat and heat all shut off not working after I return home and they try give me a new unit which was not affordable for me by the month quoted $167 month for 10 years impossible rent the unit 1st quote was $99 month 10 years but say condo and more for townhouse why price was change but I told the guy the truth you waste my time and Im waste your time because Im on disability fix income then try charge me $2000 for Freon estimated told EPA (Environment Protection Agency) rule now to make sure no leak I had to pay this amount before Freon put in and I could not afford $2000 just see if Leak air conditioner unit and still not sure if Freon was included but they were definitely right the unit was 22 years old no longer good at ALL and had been told about 3 years ago when my Heat went off in winter time and guy did do Freon and it was a cold night when happen and 24 hours no heat but late night great Excellent Svcs guy came and fix the old 22 unit that he said was eventually going to go out and need buy a new one quote the prices but I could not afford a new unit at time with price quoted and just retired 23 years from my job and need a new Unit.

I was a bit disappointed in this company. I requested them to come out to install a new AC system and a furnace. I did not get the sense that he knew what he was talking about, what he was offering, and what he was capable of doing to install a new HVAC system.When I called it was “Hello”. I had to confirm if I had called Alex HVAC. When I told him that I was looking for an estimate, he wanted me to text him the address and my name, which is extremely odd. But I did it anyway. He came over 2 days later (maybe the following day, I can’t recall), he came with his iPad, told me a few things about my ac system and then said he would email me an estimate. All in all it was about a 5-6 min event. Well, It’s been about 2-3 weeks and I still have yet to see the estimate. $12,000 went to another company because they were on point in listening to me and answering all my questions. Be aware of this company. Things just didn’t seem right..Update: an hour or two after posting the above review, I received the estimate via email. Coincidence?? According to their estimateD they came July 6th, and it’s now July 24th. I’m a bit disappointed but nonetheless I’m glad to not have chosen this company.Update 07/30/19: I received a call from Jason from the company on July 25th requesting I update my review to a more favorable one. He has given me word that the employee who came out had some sort of medical emergency, hence why I hadn’t received the estimate. He sent a text on 07/28/19 to remind me about the review and to advise me that this is their livelihood and they had already lost a job due to my honest review. I’m not sure how they came to that conclusion but that’s what was written to me via text. Today: 07/30/19 I had two missed calls from Jason. I called back and he once again was following up so that I would provide an updated and favorable review for this company. I unfortunately write reviews from my honest opinion, hence why it’s a review, coming from my perspective. I cannot and will not alter my review based on a conversation over the phone. To satisfy his request I have updated my review and added what our call was about when he called me and text me on three different occasions. On today’s call with Jason he advised that he now has lost two perspective clients based on my one review of them. Again, I’m not sure how he’s tracking that because if I based my decision on reviews, I would t be calling the company to tell them about why I wasn’t hiring them. Anyway, to make a long story short, that’s the updated version on my behalf and I get the sense that they don’t accept anything less than a 5 star review. I am updating my star rating from 1 star to 2 star for effort and because Jason was being respectful.If they had only made this kind of effort to earn my business I’d be happy. FRIENDLY AND FULL OF INTEGRITY. In the heat and humid phase of May, started experiencing some AC problems. To add to the stress, we were in the middle of preparing our house to move. Our AC started to shut off in the middle of the day. Mr. Alex from ALEX HVAC to the rescue! Alex HVAC got to work quickly and began to rule out the problem. Unfortunately, it took a couple of visit, but Alex HVACs persistence eventually found the problem. We now have a cool house and can pack and clean the house in comfort. Alex HVAC made every effort to check on us to make sure the AC Unit was working, and made ever effort to come the house as soon as he heard there were any issues. Because of Alex HVAC, we discovered some wiring issues that were affecting the AC Unit...the loose wiring was causing a short and burning within the switch housing Because of Alex HVAC, the worse case scenario was avoided for us and future tenants for our Landlord.
