So my name is Cass. As I imagine a lot of other folks, since covid, I myself needed to get my teeth back on track. The dentist I was seeing recently retired and figured it was time to face the music. I found this practice several years ago when I had a dental emergency. They took me immediately and made me feel like a long time patient. I have been with them since. Drs. Trainor and Mancuso are very good and very professional, the hygienists and dental assistants are very good too and the ladies that run the practice are fantastic too. It will sound crazy, but I needed a filling today and I was looking forward to the visit. They make the extra effort to make you feel comfortable and not like a customer or patient but like a person. Highly recommended.

I’ve recently switched my dentist to Trainer and Mancuso and have been seeing Kristen L. since the beginning. She’s so friendly and informative, I almost forget that I’m at the dentist! Highly recommend.

Staff was very welcoming, Kristin the dental assistant went above and beyond to make me comfortable and at ease and was such a sweet person. Dr. Mancuso is a great dentist and empathetic, gets down to business and is working to find a plan that works for me. Take away the sign out front and have a random person walk in and they would never guess it was a dental office. The staff are so warm and welcoming, the office is beautiful and comfortable. When the technician comes to bring you to the patient area, the first impression is wow. Having dental work done is never on the top of someones I cant wait to do this list, however the staff and overall comfort level at this establishment really make it a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this office. First time in my life I ever told people how great my dental appointment was.

I walked into this dentist office and was immediately greeted by the entire friendly staff. This dental office is a beautiful physical space and exceeds expectations. I went in for teeth whitening service and hygienist- Kristen was phenomenal she answered questions and immediately set me to ease. She was incredibly helpful, patient and helped guide my future dental treatments. I am SO pleased I went to this dental office and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone in need of a new dentist or whitening procedure.

I had my teeth cleaning done Last week. What I really got was I about a 10 minutes scaling. I wasn’t allowed to rinse so, therefore I had to swallow the debris of the scaling ( I should of & wish I said something at the time of the visit but it was awkward). It wasn’t much of anything though because not much was done. I was told that due to the covid19 guidelines that I could not get polishing done. I wish that I was told this information about not getting this full cleaning service when I was called A few days prior to my dental cleaning appointment. On that day, I received a phone call from the dental hygienist about the protocol. The part Of not being able to get the polishing was left out!!!! I would of postponed this dental cleaning appointment if I knew this information!!Tooth polishing is done to smooth the surfaces of teeth and restorations. The purpose of polishing is to remove extrinsic stains, remove dental plaque accumulation. I called around and this is the ONLY dental office not doing a complete cleaning by not polishing. This dental office is only there to make money and does not care!!! I have paid thousands of dollars and I have dental insurance. Dr Mancuso’s chipped my tooth during a filling & they made me pay almost another 400 dollars to fix her mistake!! So that week I paid 1000 dollars!! Do not go there!!!!!! I wanted to rate this NO stars. It does not allow you to. I think these other reviews Are fake because I posted this a few days ago and it was gone when I just looked this morbid and they have so many more positive Reviews that they just added. There were only 3 reviews on Friday night. Now there are so many. They take all the negative down and put up fake positive reviews.

I am very satisfied beyond satisfied on how I was treated in this office. One of my biggest fears is the dentist, it has taken me about 7 years to go. Chanel was very welcoming upon entrance and throughout my appointments. Dr Mancuso was a very patient and understanding dentist and for that I am grateful. Olivia was my hygienist and she was absolutely amazing! She was calm, patient, funny and I want her all the time now :). I have another appointment in a week and I am not as scared as i was today going in, still have fear of course but they are truly amazing people!

I called on a Friday morning for a dental emergency that my dentist couldn’t see me for. I was treated with kindness and respect, and my history of not being easily anesthetized was taken seriously and handled well. I was in my way in 1.5 hours and the fee was very reasonable. I have switched to this practice, and really appreciate the care I received today.

Before today I hadnt been to a dentist in years and needles to say I was nervous. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff and then I met Christine. I couldnt have asked for anyone kinder. She made sure I was comfortable and even though I am sure I would be classified as a problem, with all my fears, she never made me feel that way. Dr Trainor was so great too. He explained all that was going on and what needed to be done. I am still nervous about going to a dentist but I definitely found the right one.

I made an appointment for a quick feedback session with Chelsea, my hygienist. She took a picture of the area that had tartar build up told me I could come in and she would clean that up for me for a reasonable fee. It was a little over $100. I agreed. I came back a couple of days later and she got rid of the tartar and helped me learn a new flossing technique to help do a better job. I absolutely love coming here!
