I actually skipped going to the dentist for many years because of my sensitive teeth but Dr Mancuso saved me. She is so kind. I do ask for extra Novocain and she is fine w that. When I go for my cleanings, the team knows that I can’t have air n water blasted on my teeth and they are okay with that. This office just cares about you. I’ve had my old cavities fixed ( no more dark silver fillings yay!) and a few crowns done. I’m just so grateful for this place.

I decided to overcome my fear of going to the dentist and looked up this dentist office. I was immediately impressed with the website and decided to call. Robyn, the receptionist, took her time on the phone to put me at ease and made me feel that I had been a patient for years. During my first appointment, Dr. Orchanian and Brianna went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and that all my questions were answered - and believe me when I say my questions were endless! It was determined that I needed to get a deep cleaning. During the two appointments (they do half of your mouth each time) I was constantly reassured that I was doing okay which calmed my nerves, I am so impressed with the difference in my teeth I cant stop staring at them! I know I finally found the right dentist now that I am not filled with dread at the thought of my next appointment.I highly recommend Dr. Coakley & Trainor office for everyone - I promise you wont be disappointed.

As a total dental-phobe I put off going to the dentist until I absolutely had to - Im glad that I chose Coakley and Trainor. I was able to get in to see Dr Mancuso the exact day I called, quick x-rays, treatment of my problem and out the door - at no expense because I had one of their mailers. My next appointment was a scaling - which is a high intensity cleaning, (because of my own neglect) and everyone went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable during the whole process.I dont have dental insurance, I googled the typical cost of what I was having done and this office came in as an average cost (obviously the process was more expensive in NYC). As horrible as my past dental history has been Coakley and Trainor was such a RELIEF.I love this office so much that I have officially changed my sons dentists office to this one! He had such a great, personal, kid friendly experience that he is looking forward to going back. While I was waiting for him in I was chatting with his buddy (that I bring home from school) who told me that his dentist sees him for about 20 minutes - The hygienists see you here for at least an hour for your clean and never once have I felt hurried out the door.I LITERALLY cannot have a higher regard for a dental practice!
