Have used Budget Pest Control for 6 years. Glad we have stayed in range of their services. People are super friendly and they back what they promise very easy to work with.

Cheap but worst treatment ever. There is never anybody to answer the phone. They will respond if and when it is convent for them. It may take weeks. On the termite treatment the guy sprayed about 1300 on the gravel and left in less that 30 minutes. On, first year visit, they called for the visit but on the day of service guy did not bother calling communicating he was at the gate, simply left a note and left. Within 1.5 years termite problem expanded to a point where the wood (2x4) is gone. Cheap but not worthy!

I’ve been using them for a few months with their monthly service and even as it’s getting hotter- we remain pest free! Highly recommend and love JJs service.

Best service and price

We had termites six years ago. Saw a mailer for Budget Brothers advertising termite removal with a 5 year guarantee and at that time it was $399. We had it done and had not had termites since. They come out annually to check. We were so impressed we hired them as our regular pest service.

Budget was on time and did a great job at a fair price. They explained the process and how long it would take. I would have no problem using them again.

We used Budget for a couple of years never really satisfied with them. We had used another company before which was phenomenal, but unfortunately he retired. We could never get Budget to call us the day before for a reminder. Eventually, they just stopped coming. Very unreliable company. That all being said, their treatments were very effective, which is why I rated them 3 stars. Unfortunately, their customer service is very lacking.

Dan has been our monthly service tech for years. He is super friendly and goes above and beyond whenever it is needed. The office staff has always been helpful as well. We have happily used them for many years and would recommend them to anyone.

Do not use these guys for a termite inspection. Theyll tell you they found a partial tube, and when you ask them to show you, they cant bring up any proof. Theyre a bunch of scammers that are just looking for a naive homeowner to make $500 off of.

I’ve had My service with Budget since we moved into our home a few years ago. JJ was our original Tec and the reason we decided to go with budget since he was my ML’s Tec at her house for YEARS and always so nice.Service was adequate I wouldn’t say great cause we NEVER stopped having an issue with pests it has been CONSTANT, but JJ was ALWAYS accommodating and willing to spray where ever we needed it. Unfortunately it got worse when we got a new Tech we have had CONTINUOUS problems.This weekend in particular was extremely bad with several scorpions and spiders found in our home so I called first thing this morning and was told that I would have to wait till Wednesday since that’s when my next service date was.They wouldn’t come out and fix the problem even though it’s been an issue since the LAST service date and they didn’t care AT ALL that I have a small infant in the home and EXTREMELY stressed having these POISONOUS PEST around.This is a service we pay for and if you aren’t doing the job right YOU NEED TO FIX IT IMMEDIATELY!!!!

They were recommended to me for reasonable prices. I called them because we needed our house sprayed after we killed a scorpion inside. No one answered. I left a voicemail with my number & asked for a call back. I called twice. No one ever called me back. I figured that if they didnt even return calls of prospective customers, it would be as bad or worse were I to retain their services. Just not worth it. You get what you pay for.

Always great and honest service! As a Realtor, its important to have a professional relationship with a company like Budget, they always fit me into their schedule as quickly as possible and are great with my clients and I use them for my own home as well! thank you Budget!

Was scheduled today for service and was given a window of 12 to 2. Called at 2:14 and found out the man went home sick. I had someone sitting at my house, so that I can have the inside sprayed. Veronica the lady that answered the phone said he was supposed to call his rounds to let us know he wasnt coming. Never received a phone call and the soonest someone can stop by is Friday. I understand that people get sick, but a phone call would have been nice.After posting this, the OWNER called upset at the fact that I “BASHED” his company with a 3 star. When I initially spoke to Veronica, I asked her if anyone else was available and she said the soonest they could get to me was Friday. When the owner called he said “ if you wanted service sooner, you should have said something “. First of all, it’s their mistake they should have offered that. Second of all, accusing me of not asking when I asked Veronica is unacceptable. The owner made it seem like I was being insensitive at the fact that his guy Brian was sick and “ having to use the bathroom” in between his calls. I had no idea, what was wrong with Brian and I never once said that. As the owner, it would have been nice to take time out to call the customers on Brian’s route letting us know he wasn’t going to be able to make it. In my case I made sure that someone was home, so the inside of my house can be sprayed. Our time is valuable just as well as theirs. Brain has always been nice and friendly as well as the ladies that have answered the phones. However the OWNER was rude, disrespectful, sarcastic, argumentative and demeaning. I’ve been a customer for over a year and have recommend this company to my friends. NOW I would never refer the company and give them my hard earned money. UNBELIEVABLE !!!Please read his response to my initial post, again he’s accusing me of not asking for sooner service. I DID ! PLUS if it was an option, it should have been offered to me instead of Friday ! I’ve only posted this complaint on Yelp and Google. But now will be adding to Facebook as well. Hope Brian feels better soon ! 

Staff is courteous and helpful. Scheduled services are done on time. Monthly weed services are covered under an annual contract which has a discount. Annual Termite inspection scheduled and completed.

Always professional, do a great job and best price for quality work. It says a lot about a company when you see and speak to the same employees for more than 10 years, and they know you back! Customer for life!

As a Realtor who works in sale and property management, I have used Budget Pest Control for many years. Not only do they offer quick and reliable service but their rates and warranty for termite treatments are some of the best in Tucson. This is one area of my vendors that I never worry about because I know I have a company I can trust!

I received prompt and professional service from Budget Pest Control. The Technician was right on schedule and called 20 mins before arrival so I could leave work and meet him there. Brians service was top notch. He informed me of the things I should do after the treatment to ensure the best results. They did not try to sell me anything I didnt need. They are the only company I will use from here on out. I strongly recommend Budget Pest Control.

Cant recommend enough! Brian came to my sons house to estimate what was signs of termites. He said the signs could be old, there were no signs of immediate damage, he offered an inexpensive alternate to having them do a treatment, did give the treatment estimate which unlike others, offers the 5 year warranty. Not only are they honest and fair, but punctual, as well!!!

Turns out Truforce joined forces with budget pest and well thats who we got for 3 months and service wasnt great like truforce was. Budget pest control always made appointments without letting me know when they were coming so Everytime I complained and the same would happen.
