Horrible customer service, wait on the phone for an hour and then on top of that have to wait over 3 hours for labels for shipping. I hate doing business with TNT and I dread when a customer wants to us them!
Terrible customer service! First call, Im on hold for over 5 minutes, then someone picks up and hangs up. Second call, Im on hold for over 8 minutes, same thing, someone picks up, says please hold and then hangs up. Use a different freight forwards if you have a choice.
They are swift.
