I ordered a package from a 3rd party & they use Lasership. I have never heard of them, but I googled them & found their website. I called with a tracking number they were very friendly, helpful. I wanted to pick up my package instead of delivery, they said they would look into it & call me back with the status. Sure enough an hour later they called to say they would hold it. Went to the warehouse, they were super friendly & helpful.. Definitely worthy of a 5 star review

They will steal your package. And the GM and staff protect the thieves. This is a fraud operation not sure how it’s still open - every person gave me a different story. I will be reporting them to the police . On yelp and google alone they have a combined 1200 1 star reviews with the majority of people saying they steal packages and most have proof. It’s not possible to lose a package as large as the one I had it’s definitely stolen. Arrived at facility and went home with their thief employees that they protect. Evil works here and I will bring them to justice.

Would have given 0 stars if I was able - here is why... I ordered a couple of things from Bath and Body works and found it was shipping through LaserShip. Now this wasnt in a rush at all, and I didnt mind that my package continuously sat at the LaserShip site in Franklin MA for 8 days (and somehow jumped back to NJ in that 8 day timeslot). I also wasnt super upset when they stated that my package was out for delivery at 917 AM from Franklin MA, and then 7 mins later I was told they were unable to make the delivery in Berlin MA (30 miles away). I mean it makes sense that they physically couldnt have gotten to Berlin (30 MILES AWAY) in 7 mins and thats why they couldnt make the delivery. What makes me upset is the fact that I have been working on my front porch all day and I get a notification that my package has been delivered... TO MY FRONT DOOR. Now thats surprising. I thought, maybe they stuck it in the mailbox when I wasnt looking, nope. Around the house, nope. So suffice to say this company is a piece of trash and I never got my package. I hope they enjoy some good smelling stuff.

The customer service at this location in AUBURN is horrible. Both ladies that work the Friday shifts are rude and inconvenient. DO NOT CALL THIS LOCATION. VERY UNPROFESSUONAL. and they dont care about you or your packages. They will hang up on you after 5 seconds.

When I ordered a pair of Vans shoes, I was tracking the package and noticed it was being shipped through LaserShip. I had never heard of them, so I did some research and read some absolutely horrible stories. I was preparing for the worst, but to my surprise, LaserShip delivered my shoes in a timely and near fashion, to the correct address, without delay, and just five hours after loaded onto the delivery truck. Maybe they’ve changed and deserve another chance from these other angry reviewers.

Ordered from fashion nova and they marked my order as delivered. I walked out five minutes after receiving the email and saw my package wasn’t there… I called my landlord to check the cameras and saw they dropped my package at the front door took a picture for “proof” and then snatched it back. They flat out stole my package. I’ve never experienced this before…. Thankfully fashion nova replaced it and put a rush delivery in with FedEx. Be careful of this company!

These people shouldnt be allowed to operate their business. I had no control over who delivered the package and got stuck with lasership. Someone delivered my package to my apartment at 2am on a Monday. I live in a busy part of Boston, so sufficed to say, the package was stolen by the time I woke up. Its completely unacceptable that this company allows their delivery people to dump packages off outside of buildings in the middle of the night to inevitably have them stolen. I have been trying to get in contact with customer service to get a refund, but they keep sending automated replies. If you ever have a package shipped through this company, be fully aware that your package will more than likely never arrive.

This company is horrible. They supposedly attempted a delivery. I was home all day..no one attempted anything. I call customer service..the phone number is useless. They basically tell you to add instructions to your delivery via the tracking page yourself because we cant help you.Old Navy is now using this company for shipping. They used to use UPS. Never had a problem.

Literally shipped it to the wrong address, took a picture of it as proof of delivery, with the wrong address number in the picture. If you cant find the door, do a return to sender or give me a call! Dont just leave it on the wrong neighbors doorstep and consider it a job well done.

I would suggest no one ever ships with laser ship. I will personally not do business with them or any company who uses them. Their driver drove on my newly installed lawn right up to my front door. Now I get that mistakes can happen no matter how incompetent, but as a company you should do what you can to fix the problem.I have emailed and called several times with no solution. They asked for proof of damage and receipts, in which I have sent them both a camera view of their vehicle on my lawn and the receipt to fix.Poor quality shipping and not professional. Stay away!

I have never heard of this company until over a month ago. I’ve been dealing with this company for over a month and I have never been so frustrated in my entire life. I ordered through fashion nova and laser ship was the carrier. They put that my package was delivered and I never received my package. I reached out to fashion nova & said that on their end it is showing up that my package was “delivered” when I still have not received my $200 worth of things. It was a whole bunch of back and forth and I was finally informed that laser ship was the carrier. When I reached out to customer service I was informed that my package did not get delivered but yet on the tracking information lasership is saying that my package was delivered. These people have been no help. They stole my package and been playing games with me. They’re telling me that they are unable to change that my package was not delivered but they still not telling me why did they put that it was “delivered” when I never received my package. Every time I call customer service they are so rude, unprofessional, and lie. This company is the worse and I am frustrated. I wish I could give them no star as a rating.

Order an item thru Walmart and was supposed to be delivered in two 2 days but that never happened. I check the tracking 4 days later and it shows delayed and that the package was at the facility, so I called them to pick up the package and they told me yes that they will hold the package so I can pick it up. When I showed up to the facility they told me that the package was with the driver but then the package is in their facility. At that point I didn’t need the packet anymore since I got what I needed from another places. So I wouldn’t recommend to do business with them. They don’t know what they are doing, they are a waste of time, stay away from them.

Different delivery drivers think that Knollcrest Dr is Fraser Dr and delivers to wrong street.. (don’t they even look at the street sign when they turn onto the street?!) I gave 3 stars because the person I called to complain about this was very nice!

I ordered some items from Ulta and saw they were shipping with LaserShip? Who? I Googled them to see some abysmal reviews and started to panic. BUT NOPE. Within 24 hours of them picking up my package in NJ it was delivered in MA the following day. They brought it right into my mail room and left it nicely at the stairs. Great service! Im so ecstatic! Ordered something 3rd party - lasership was the delivery service...the package looked as if the driver used it as a soccer ball before dropping it off. I contacted the company I ordered from and they refunded my shipping costs and are looking into things with the shipping company.

If I could give them a zero I would. I NEVER received my package. According to the tracking information it was loaded for delivery,out for delivery and delivered in less than 3 minutes from when it was loaded in the vehicle, which makes no sense. My package was supposedly delivered on Wednesday and I contacted them on Thursday, after speaking to numerous neighbors to make sure they didnt receive it, and received an email stating they would get back to me in 48 business hours. No one called or emailed until today a WEEK later. I called on Monday and was put on hold while they went to talk to the driver just to be shuffled to a customer service line that NO ONE ever answered. Worst company Ive ever dealt with. The email from them today states that due to the amount of time lapsed from the delivery there is nothing they can do and to contact the seller. Absolutely ridiculous the only reason so much time passed is because your company is completely incompetent.

Zero stars. Package was at sorting facility for 2 weeks. Contacted them and was told they could not “confirm control” of package and to contact the seller. After contacting seller and starting the process of a refund the tracking mysteriously updated saying it was delivered 2 weeks earlier. Tracking info all false says it went from sorting facility to vehicle one minute then next minute out for delivery and then delivered one minute after that. Will avoid them at all costs.

For a week already both packages have still in the wrong facility. The answer from customer service is we are working on it, and it will arrive in one-two business days and other customer service told me that we dont know, and please contact the seller.

Blows my mind how these multi-million dollar companies such as Blue Apron, FashionNova, and Hello Fresh use such a low grade shipping service! Multiple times we have found our deliveries to be dropped at neighbors houses or never delivered in the first place. One time it ended at a house two streets away from us, but the gentleman was kind enough to walk it over. As a consumer, Id rather pay a premium for shipping knowing I can rely on accuracy / timeliness. They are awful!

I have had 3 bad experiences with LaserShip. When I did not receive my first package and the notificaiton said delivered, I reached out to them. No response.Another company used them when I saw that LaserShip was the company I left a message via their site as to my exact street location and explained the last time they tried to deliver it never arrived. This package also never arrived and this time they said it was signed for. No reply when I inquired.Macys used them and my package did not arrive, the package went to my address but in another town.There is never a picture taken of where they leave the packages and no one ever responds.I now check with companies when I place orders to make sure they are not using LaserShip.

Two different stores sent my orders with this scam of a courier and both packages were not delivered! They take a picture at the door and state that it’s delivered but can never find the package! These are scams! I wish stores would stop working with them!!! Im so so angry!

I placed an order through Fashionnova and they mailed the package through this carrier. The package was listed as delivered and the package was never delivered. I have tried numerous of times to contact the company to solve this issue and they say they delivered the packet. They said they would conduct an investigation in which they don’t because all they conclude is that the system says it’s been delivered. Obviously, the system says that but if I say it hasn’t been delivered then your system is wrong your investigation should go based on proof that the packet was delivered (which there is none) and not the system. This company sucks.

Lasership is the WORST delivery service I’ve ever encountered. Who delivers a package at almost MIDNIGHT? My complaints have fallen on deaf ears and things only got worse. I’ve had packages never arrive while they claim it was delivered, instead of ringing the doorbell that they literally was in front of, they walk across the street to take a picture of a box on my front stoop and leave. How does that alert the customer there’s a delivery? No regards for my property security at all. Gates left open, pictures being taken without my consent, etc. just ring the bell and be on your way!

I was waiting for a package to be delivered all day, at 8:30pm I saw on the tracking it was delivered with a picture of where it was left which wasnt my house at all. I emailed the company 6 minutes after they recorded it was delivered to ask them what they can do to resolve this because they didnt deliver it to the correct place. They emailed me the next day saying they have record it was delivered so there isnt anything they will do and if it doesnt show up in 24 hours to contact the seller... As most of the other reviewers have said, BEWARE of this company. They claimed that my package was delivered, left at front door, and I was home all day, and nothing was ever delivered. The driver stole my package. I called their customer service number, which was a guy in India who hardly spoke English and said they would conduct an investigation. 2 days later, they determined that the package was missing and they were not financially responsible for it. TERRIBLE!!! Luckily, the company I ordered from (Zara) refunded my money. I will never be ordering from any company who uses Lasership again. Theyre stealing packages and getting away with it. I wouldve lost $75 if Zara hadnt refunded me. Report them to BBB, fill out the petition on change.org, and do chargebacks on your credit cards, people! Fight back against them. Even small claims court, if you have to! Lets put them out of business.

My package came a day late. Not to mention it took 15+ hours to arrive. When it did arrive the delivery person threw it at my door causing a loud noise. They threw it from across the street too when we clearly have a shoveled smooth sidewalk and gate.

They have “attempted” delivery twice for the same package and noted on my delivery app that no one was home. We have definitely been home both times because we are staying inside for isolation and we only received notification apparently after they left.The customer service folks have been receptive when I called after both “attempted delivery” situations, I’m just unsure what’s going on with my missing package...I’ve given them 3 stars because I am hopeful that my package will arrive soon (though it’s already a day late), because it’s the holidays and because we are in the middle of a pandemic. I imagine that it’s really hard out there. And, also, I would like to see more clear and honest communication between the company and the package recipients.

Ive had very good experiences with Lasership. (Woburn Ma.) A lot of my orders lately are being delivered by this company and when they receive my package its usually delivered the next day. The drivers are polite and always ring my bell to let me know that my package is outside of my building. Everything has been delivered in perfect condition.

If I could rate them zero I would. I’ve asked repeatedly to have them delivered to the complex office and they ignore it. On more than one occasion my packages have gone missing. I don’t think they actually deliver them because I checked very soon after delivery on the most recent order and it was already “gone”.

Now I know almost every review is stuck on flaming these guys for being careless, disregarding of packages etc. But I am strongly under the impression that these failed deliveries are flukes. My package came early, and in beautiful condition. No problems whatsoever, and yes after receiving my package I felt obligated to put in a good word. Trust me nothing came broken or mishandled, honestly Im impressed and convinced that the only reason there are so many negative reviews is because the good deliveries are not reviewed.

Terrible terrible delivery company if you order ANYTHING from Fashion Nova and its not expedited next day air then your packages will go through this company Lasership. They delivered my package to the wrong house multiple times and I wasnt able to retrieve my fashion nova package so i was out 138 dollars. I tried to contact FN numerous of times and no answer. Eventually I filed a claim with paypal an the only time FN responded is to dispute the claim because they said it was delivered but it wasnt delivered to my address. Lasership was pointing fingers at FN and FN was point fingers at lasership. If you can call Lasership sorting facility and have them hold your item.

This shipping company is absolutely horrendous. Everything Ive ever had shipped from this company has been sent to the incorrect address. Lazy, awful drivers. Because my packages were deemed delivered I am also out hundreds of dollars because of this scam of a company. I believe the drivers steal the packages at this point. If you use Ulta, pick up your packages in person.

Package was stolen or in their words “lost” and was supposed to receive it Friday March 12th. Was told by many employees different things said about where my package could be. Investigation was supposedly taken place yet my package is still no where to be “found” or maybe one of your employees were just so selfish enough to steal something that I have been trying to order when in stock since November. Its oddly weird for a package to not have been labeled and scanned, but I guess thats what the people that work there do when they want something thats not theres. Absolutely the worst delivery carrier and worst customer service I have ever tried to deal with. Shipper sent a replacement for the first order they didnt ever deliver. Now the replacement hasnt been delivered. Not a single response from customer service despite repeated attempts. Only wat to contact is via email-no live person whatsoever. The shipper cant seem to contact them. What a complete disaster of a company. Why any company would choose to ship through this method is bizarre to me. PLEASE DO NOT USE! Packages were being dropped off in a timely manner. I hope other customers have been having a good experience too.Absolutely the worst possible delivery service, or the most professional scam ever. Within two weeks, they misplaced two valuable shipments, which were delayed indefinitely. Coincidence? I dont think so. There is something definitely sketchy about this service, and any self-respecting vendor should stop using their dis-service. I have all the documents and paper trail to back up my comment.

Delivery company (Lasership) left package by clubhouse and didn’t deliver to my house, leaving package out in the open where it could be stolen. It is not difficult at all to find my house and I do not live in an apartment. We live in a townhome that is easy to locate where they could have left the package by the garage door. I get packages delivered by USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Amazon and they all were able to find the house and leave packages by my door every time. This is the second package I get delivered by Lasership and both packages were left by the clubhouse.

Would give zero stars if possible. Package out for delivery multiple times and delayed until next business day multiple times. Shipper says it says it was delivered yesterday on their end but I never received it and it still says its at the facility. Tried to call multiple times but they never picked up the phone. Completely ridiculous.

Terrible company, Today I got off the phone with the man that answers at the Woburn MA location, called because I was curious as to where my package was because it’s been out for delivery for two days now. The dude told me my driver got a flat tire that’s why my package is arriving late, tells me my package will arrive by 11 pm. Didn’t buy it, so called a second time and the guy immediately looses his temper. Am I the One with the missing package or you? Definitely such a better experience than prior I actually got my package, delivery driver was wicked nice to my boys who wanted to help bring in the package. I think in reality it really just comes down to the driver themselves the company maybe not that great but can’t complain about the delivery drivers.

Lost my first package from Carters. Said it was delivered but it never was. Their support basically sent me an email back saying it was delivered, but neither of us can prove it. I get Amazon, UPS, FedEx packages daily and theyve never lost a package. I wrote it off as a fluke and re-ordered (and re-paid) for my items again. This time it sat at the service facility for over a week, I logged a service ticket, and I DID end up getting the package about 2 weeks after I was supposed do. But at least I got it!

I got a notification saying it was delivered on 12/17 at 7:00am. Well, I was outside shoveling snow and NO ONE came by! I’ve called about 15 times and no answer. I called the store I bought from and they decided to resend me the package but 2 of the items were out of stock!!!! So I won’t receive the order I bought weeks ago. Terrible service. Same thing happened to a neighbor down the street. Said it was delivered, she checked her outside cameras and a car pulled in at the time of delivery, didn’t get out of his car and left! I am so disappointed and dissatisfied by this experience. I would highly suggest NOT using Lasership for any shipping service.

I had been on the phone with customer service for this company for about a week because every time my package was out for delivery around 9PM there would be a delay in delivery. After a week on the phone with customer service I finally began asking to speak with a supervisor - with which i was told I can not do that. The customer service for this company is disappointing to say the least.Now my package has been updated as delivered however it is NO WHERE to be found. Not only can I not get in contact with the Woburn MA location...but the customer service in VA is painfully unhelpful.Overall this company has poor communication, and it is run incredibly poorly. It only takes half a brain to come to the conclusion that they are stealing packages.

The worst. I am missing $400 worth of stuff and when I call them to file a claim, they hang up in my face or be rude on the phone. They also said that it’s too late to file a claim even though I’ve been calling and complaining about a failed delivery for weeks now. The tracking info says it’s been delivered since the 12th of December but also, on the 14th it said that it’s in LA. So how does that make any sense? If you can, AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

Finally decided to track down the Carrier service that is leaving packages on the ground under my mailbox in the rain and snow. Two yesterday so I called the retailers and they both used Lazer. Cardboard boxes left on the ground in the snow, during a current downfall, no plastic bag. Worst part is the driver noted that the packages were delivered to the porch! They are the worst!!!

We get Hello Fresh delivered weekly. Lasership is always late, loses and mis-delivers packages, and doesnt respond to customer queries made through their website. Unfortunately, Hello Fresh will not change delivery companies. I guess its time to give up and buy meals ready to cook from Whole Foods.

Lost my package at this facility! After reading the reviews I would never order from someone who ships through lasership. The worst!

Have had 3 deliveries through LaserShip so far. First they delivered to a random person who I was unable to locate. Second, they delivered my box of groceries to the healthcare facility downstairs. Multiple containers of almond milk had ruptured and was soaked through the box, yet they still left it to make a mess at the wrong door. The third box they left at another random door of this facility. Ive contacted them once about the random signature but never heard back.

COMPANY IS STEALING PEOPLES PACKAGES!!!!! Customer service was half asleep, then hung up on me after I said how does this company stay in business when every packages is “lost” - probably by you SELL THE ITEMS STOLEN !!!! Awfulllllll

This company is a legit joke and if I could give zero stars I would. Every time I order something and it’s shipped through lasership, I don’t receive my package. I receive emails saying my packages are delivered, but when I check, it’s always to the wrong address. We are currently up to 4 packages being lost. The first time I requested someone to look into my missing packages, I never received a call back, but this time, other than opening a “investigation” they literally do nothing. I told them to go retrieve my package and they said “they’ll try!” But they can’t promise I’ll receive it. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said I might have to wait a few days to speak to them, which is seriously poor customer service, but they’re probably busy dealing with hundred other disgruntled customers so that makes sense. I’m sick of ordering something and then having to call the company I ordered from and try to reorder all my items, which at that point, most of the time I can’t get them all again. I don’t have a problem receiving items through any other shipping company except lasership. I really don’t understand how this company is still in business If they can’t even get one thing right.

Worst company ever. The driver stole my item and they won’t do anything, I have everything on camera that records 24hrs, And to make it worst, they don’t even answer my phone calls anymore.Don’t use this companyI’m looking for a lawyer btw.

Package was delivered. Not to my house or to my mailbox but thrown on the grown beside my mailbox. Package was small, would fit in my mailbox. Stop hiring incompetent lazy drivers who cannot delivery properly. Sad, pathetic company.

I used to buy things online from Nordstrom or Sephora, but they are using lasership now, it’s a disaster. You can’t imagine how many parcels are “lost”, especially in Woburn. Someone must be already a specialist.

This is the worst shipping facility. My package has been stuck at the shipping facility for almost 2 weeks and no one can seem to tell me when I will receive it. I even offered to drive an hour to go and pick it up and no one can seem to tell me when the package will be ready for me to get it. I have called Lasership directly and the actually shipping facility and no one can give me a straight answer. Im not sure how these people stay in business as I have seen nothing but negative reviews. The item I bought was purchased from Amazon, and I will be leaving a negative review there as well.

I had read alot of bad reviews about lasership and was very nervous that I would not get my package or run into shipping delays but I have to be honest I had a very excellent experience with them my package arrived on time without incident and my address is not the easiest to find thank you so much lasership for the amazing shipping experience I had with you

Lost package and refuses to help find it/resolve issue

The WORST! Nobody knows what they doing, they can never find anything and they never know. Package has been lost for about 3 weeks and nobody knows how to track it or what happen to it. Ask to speak to a manager and nobody knows who’s the manager either, get transfer back and forth with main desk and customer service and nobody know how to help.

Like all of the other reviews- a package that was shipped from Anthropologie was never delivered though it said it was.

The worst, laziest company. They left my package on top of my mailbox. It’s gone, stolen. Couldn’t bring it to the door, that would be too much like “package delivery”. Just can’t figure out if the driver was the one in the rotted out Baptist school van or the thief was in the rotted out gray Baptist school van.

This sorry excuse for a shipping company cannot get a package from NY to NH in 8 days and with no explanation.

Sent my package to the completely wrong street, luckily it was a friend of mine’s house so I was able to get my package. When my package said delivered but was not at my house I called & they couldn’t have helped or cared less all they said was “call the store you ordered from” which makes absolutely no sense considering they’re the ones delivering it. If i hadn’t known who lived at the house it was delivered to i would’ve never gotten it. Don’t trust this company!!!

Never delivered my package. Twice! No response. And this is who hello fresh chosen to use. Canceling hello fresh. Cant get my darn food.

AWFUL! SO DISAPPOINTED in them. I wish walmart.com didnt use them. Most of the time Walmart will use FedEx. But, every now and then they use lasership. I hate lasership. We have had three orders now that were shipped with lasership and all said delivered, but none arrived. DO NOT USE LASERSHIP ! They are completely unreliable and incredibly frustrating. If youre items are shipped with lasership you will not receive them.

Actual thieves!! How is this company still in business??!? I was home ALL day and actually outside at the time they “supposedly” delivered my package. My house number is clearly marked. I’ve had 4 orders from amazon, hello fresh, Sephora and Ulta shipped using this company over the past several years and not once did I receive an order. How does this even happen? Fraud!! The FTC needs to look into them and I highly suggest anyone that reads this file a complaint.

I was expecting a package to come and looking at the tracking details I saw it said “shipped with lasership” having no idea what this company was I looked them up and when I saw all these negative reviews I was very worried about my package and thinking it wasn’t ever going to come. It ended up coming early this morning, later than when it was suppose to come but I am glad it was delivered

Every one of my deliveries that has involved LaserShip has a problem. Missing packages, wrong address deliveries, late deliveries. They sub out their deliveries to freelancers. Some of the delivery vehicles look like they shouldnt even be on the road. I refuse to do business with any company that uses LaserShip. I cant understand how they remain in business.

If I could rate it zero i would.. I ordered a package from Walmart my unit number is 22 it clearly said it on the box im not sure how they confused 22 with unit 4. I had to ring my neighbors door to make sure they didnt think I wasnt stealing a package off of their porch.
