So I moved here 6 months ago not knowing to drive and coming from new York I take Uber here which is pretty pricy . It’s a beautiful clean salón . Been here so often never have no complain but honestly yesterday and the last few times I been coming they been leaving me very disappointed . I told her to scrub my feet Because she only did 10 seconds and I had dead skin I wanted to get rid of so she says “I did “ while massaging she on her phone using one hand so I’m like what type of service am I getting here than I wanted a fell set because I’m going on vacation I wanted jus like the picture she tells me she can’t put lotion and I told her I don’t like the color she picked . She tells me oh now u want me to change color. WholeTime she is rushing . Like rushing me out the store . Now I’m going on vacation with some nails I don’t even like that I didn’t even ask for . Than I didn’t even do my waxing like i wanted Bcuz I know for a fact she was gonna rush . I’m done going there . With people rushing u for a pedicure and can’t do things right and leave you disappointed!!!

Pristine is the only place I go to for nail service in the Orlando/Winter Park area. The staff is so friendly and professional, I always feel welcome even when I dont have an appointment. They keep my nails looking nice and I am super grateful!

Service was terrible. The girl that did my nails rushed to do them. She applied the topcoat on my toenails really fast and you can see a clear line where it dried and it’s separate from the nail polish. On top of that when I chose my color for my nail it was on a fake nail that appeared to look as if the color was solid and not transparent. As she did my nails I noticed the more coats she put on it never actually covered my nail. When I asked her about it she was like “well that’s why I showed you”. She was rude and did not even offer me another option but made me pay for my nails. I would never recommend this place. I will call them tomorrow to give them a chance to correct this for the removal of my review. But, I’ve read that they are constantly making unhappy customers pay without offering any assistance to make it better and that is really sad.

We had an appt. They sat us down in pedi chairs and left us there for 25 minutes. No water for our feet, no menu. Finally we get our ladies... mine did an excellent job. My daughters tech did not. We got deluxe pedicures, or 35 to 45 minutes. Mine clocked in at 18 minutes. My daughter, maybe 15. We felt like we were inconveniencing them the entire time. I called this out as we were paying, and they gave us a 25%off discount. While appreciated, not enough to make up for the awful experience. I would not recommend this place to an enemy. We still tipped, but after hearing how my daughter felt, I wish I didnt. After looking at her actual polish and toes I feel like I need a refund. We will not be back.

My soon to be college bound daughter visited with me today for a mani/pedi. We chose this location because it is near the Cheesecake Factory and we wanted an afternoon of special prior to her launch.This place needs some serious competition. They have prime real estate and they know it. They were unbelievably slack in their work. A “deluxe” pedicure here is a classic/standard anywhere else I’ve gone. I paid for a manicure but wanted clear polish. 4 hours later it was peeling off my nails. No hand massage. Actually, literally nothing other than soak, cuticles, polish on hands. So weird that they would do SO little effort. I came away from the entire experience thinking what kind of low bar has Winter Park set for their services (we are from out of town).I did get a wonderful eyebrow wax. But I’d recommend avoiding the male pedicurists if at all possible.

I got an infection twice from here, I had to go on antibiotics and all of the good people that use to work here are gone. Find a smaller business that cares more about each experience, dont waste your time or money on convenience.

Annie was incredible!! She knew what she was doing, and treated me like a Queen. So sad that I live 2 hours away or this would be my go-to spot!!!

Didnt get the color I picked it. David was super nice did my nails and toes but I feel the service couldve been better for what I paid. Everything is smudged and messed up, didnt clean under my nails after filling the acrylic.

I wanted an ombré pink and white design and Annie gave me exactly what I asked for. She took her time and did a great thorough job. It looks fantastic. So happy! Thank you, Annie!

Pristine’s in the Winter Park Village is the only nail salon I go to, and I always book my appointments with the same nail specialist. The establishment is clean and the staff are professional. Every 2 weeks my nails are dipped and my toes polished. I have never had a bad experience.

The first picture is what I asked David for, the second photo is what I received. I dont think Ive ever been in pain while getting a full set at a nail salon. He was very rough and I left with several of my fingers bleeding, safe to say I wont be returning and you should beware before you decide to go here.

I was truly grateful to land in May’s pedicure chair today. She was so welcoming and kind, and was very detailed with my pedi. I always appreciate the small things and if you do, you’d better request May. I then had a dip manicure and not only did she shape my nails perfectly, but she was patient in helping me choose the right shade of pink. When you get your nails done once every few months (in this case, I hadn’t stepped foot in a salon in a year), going the extra mile like May did means a lot. So thankful and will be back most definitely.

Linda is my lady 4sure!! Ive been going to this salon for about 5 years consistently. EVERYONE is great but Linda is the one you want! She takes her time and even massage these arthritic knees...lol.

Ive been there twice now and both times my nails have been amazing. My first set lasted me 4 weeks and the polish still looked great! Linda is amazing! She does my Dip Powder and Deluxe Pedicure every 4 weeks and she is thorough, efficient and a perfectionist. She gives an amazing massage as well!

The service was mediocre, just got basic mani and pedi, left me to sit for 20 minutes until I asked can someone put on Sandals and let me go. Did not put down base coast before polish. Made me reach across the chair for mani instead of sliding chair to other side. Avoid at all costs. Only gave one star so I could leave review. Saw them leave many unattended for 30 plus minutes. Was hoping to make this my new place but NO WAY!!

We live upstairs at The Loft and I wanted to have a relaxing day with manicures and Deluxe pedicures for 2 people came out to $90.The woman who worked on my feet definitely didn’t do the same as my partner and we were both getting the same packages. My lady seemed to have an attitude and not care. This led to a bad experience on my behalf. My partners was great and that is why I’m rating a 3 stars instead of 2 stars!Sad to say we will not be returning.Also my finger nails are still dirty for her no caring!

May is great. Always friendly and remembers everything I like . She is quick and talented and gives great hand massages!

This was my go to place to get my nails done and all of a sudden I’m second guessing it based on the price. I paid 60 for dip nails because they were ombré! I have done ombré in the past and was only charge 40. The time before that I did gel tip design I was charged an additional 20 for “gel” when it was only the tips and then an additional 5 for design that came up to 55.00. Not happy at all the being over charged as a loyal customer.

I have been coming to Pristine Nails well over a year now & every time I’ve left happy! Linda is my favorite and if you love the massage part as much as me then you will not be disappointed one bit, not to mention her attention to detail is impeccable!! Top notch service!

Oh my goodness, I LOVE this place. I’ve been going here for several years and I’ve never been disappointed. Their pedicures and manicures are fantastic & relaxing. The place is so clean and well ventilated so there aren’t fumes standing around. I also get my eyebrows waxed here and the prices are amazing. I strongly recommend booking an appointment as they are very popular!

Great and clean place to get your nails done. The only recommendation I have for the owner, is too much furniture in the salon. It feels cramped. Please take out one of the desk.

I would go so far to say the best in Orlando!Me and a friend came here to celebrate our birthdays with Deluxe Pedicures and Gel Manicures.We were warmly greeted when we walked in the door and were brought right to out pedicure stations. Before even sitting down, we were offered a choice of beverage (coffee, soda, or wine). The technicians took their time and we had a nice conversation with them throughout our visit.I got an acrylic fill with gel polish and I have never seen a technician take so much time. Tam was very thorough and was attentive to every possible detail. I have never been so happy with my nails, because he made sure to ask if I liked them several times throughout (not just at the end or middle).I have finally found my go-to nail place

Came here for the first time and was crossing my fingers because I needed to fix a mistake from my old salon. I got there at 9am when they opened and place was very clean, everyone was cleaning throughout my visit. I had Linda and I’m happy I did because she did a great job. I had botched teeth like square and misshapen white acrylics from another salon that looked horrible. She gently removed them the right way (soaking) instead of ripping them off like other salons sometimes do. I then chose dip powder for a more natural look and they turned out perfect. Exactly what I wanted! The entire visit barely took an hour which is impressive because I have avoided removing my acrylics or dip because it took 2 hours at other places in the past. Will be back for sure.

My friend and I stopped in for an impromptu pedicure. Even though it was fairly busy, they were able to take us back to the chairs within 5-10 minutes. Our nail techs (May and Tiffany) were both very nice and professional. It was a great deal for the price- we each got the classic pedicure ($25) and I added on the callus treatment for $5. My nails look awesome and I even got a mini-massage from the massage chair while my nails were getting done. Will definitely come back again!

My nails turned out great and they were very fast. Although, the lady that did my nails was on the phone they entire time. At least, I think she was since she was talking quietly the entire time and I had no idea who she was talking to.

Very satisfied with the whole experience. Dee did a very professional job of polish removal, color selection, and application of dip....she made me so comfortable, I almost fell asleep! I have one nail that splits, and this time the crack was down into the quick....but Dee handled it very gently, and did not cause a BIT of pain in the polish removal process. She finished with application of scented lotion & hand & forearm massage. The price was very reasonable, and they have a rewards program.

Linda is AMAZING! I always love how amazing of a job she does on my nails and she doesnt hold back when trying to clear out any hang nails. She makes it so easy to relax. Whether it is a manicure or pedicure she is an expert! Regular polish, gel, acrylic, dip you name it. Linda is my go-to girl for all of it.

Booked an appointment for a shellac manicure. Upon arrival they tell me to pick a color of gel polish. They proceeded to tell me gel and shellac are the same thing! Do your homework people as they definitely are not. Dont advertise a product and schedule appointments for things that you dont have...

We were so delighted to be able to visit this beautiful spa on Mother’s Day! My daughter and I both got the deluxe gel pedicure and Taylor and Tracy were very professional and so friendly. The chairs were the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in! The Spa is beautiful...marble floors, chandeliers, very clean. The owner, Helen even came by to say hello and check on us a couple of times.I will definitely return!!!

I have finally found the perfect salon. Annie took her time and gave me the PERFECT natural dip manicure and gel pedicure. She massaged my hands, forearms, and shoulders as part of my classic manicure. I will be visiting Pristine for all of my nail care needs. The salon is clean and has great massage chairs for pedicures. Pristine even offers Chardonnay and discounts for Facebook check-in and birthdays. It was my first time and certainly will not be the last.

I finally found a nail salon near me that I can trust! I have never been so happy. Ava is the most amazing technician! She is detail oriented like no one else Ive ever experienced. My nails come out looking incredible every time. I get the sns done, and had issues with a previous technician as my nails would always break off, crack, or pull up from the base of my nail. Ive been going to Ava for at least 2 months now and Ive never had any of that happen with her. I feel comfortable with her which honestly rarely happens with nail technicians for me. She is professional and wonderful, as is the rest of the staff. I love coming here, and highly recommend you to try it too! Ive already got a handful of friends going, and will always send anyone their way!

Pristine Nail Lounge was great! The people were friendly and their service and attention to detail was awesome. I am in love with my nails and very pleased with the way they handled my toe/finger nails. My recommendation is to be sure to call and make an appointment because they sure do get busy, fast, but overall they will get you with someone as fast as possible. All in all, I enjoyed my visit and will be back. Jasmin is great!

Amy is the best here!! My gel manicure has never peeled and have been coming to her often for a few years now. She’s very accurate when painting and does amazing at trimming the cuticles ( which keeps the gels on for over 6 weeks!) couldn’t rave more about her- I could never go to anyone else. 5 stars!

This used to be my favorite nail salon because although they cannot always provide EXACTLY what you ask, they at least try. They really push for gel manicures because they clearly cannot do a good job with acrylics (no matter the tech). They do an amazing job with pedicures as well. Ive never gotten any waxing services done by them. The staff is friendly. I will say that in the six times Ive visited (personally) I noticed that they make black people pay before the service is done and not any other race, which is why I wont be returning and also why I gave them 1 star.

I have been coming here many times.... and I’ve had more good than bad experiences. Today it was a bad one.I really bothers me to pay for something and being unhappy. Specially when is pricey. I got dip on my own nails, which are in great shape and also long. I only got 2 coats of the sns and my nails came up looking very thin and fragile. I appreciate someone trying to make my nails to look very natural but I appreciate more when they do a great job and something that WILL LAST and is worth the money. I paid over $75 for my sns and coat of clear gel and my daughter’s gel nail/manicure. My daughters came out amazing. I am satisfied with that,,, but not with mine. My nails are so thin that I will probably be forced to pay for a new one next week ( will not be coming here anymore if they can’t respect my desires) and I keep scratching myself. And the clear gel coat is already coming off (it hasn’t been 24 hours yet);(

It was okay. They say theres a discount for paying cash but I did not get the discount. They were a little bit pushy with other services which I wasnt necessarily a fan of. Overall my nails looked nice and they were kind but wouldnt go back.

I cant rave enough about this place, its very clean, they never rush you and they make sure you are satisfied before you leave. Linda is a true gem in that salon. Shes very sweet and professional, always does the best job on my nails, her hot stone pedicure is one of the best in town. so happy to find this place after such a long time of going to the wrong spots. We recently moved to the area and after searching through dozens of nail salons, I decided to come to Pristine because of how clean and nice it looked inside and all the great reviews it had. I had such a good first time experience here and my nails turned out perfect! Im so happy to have found my go-to nail salon!

First time I went there, David did a great job with my pedicure and manicure. Second time though I got another person who was not very gentle during my pedicure and even burnt me with hot water. She was not very nice. I will probably go back there to get pedicure but next time I will make an appointment with the person that I feel most comfortable with.

Went here after getting my nails done somewhere else the previous day. Jennifer completely accomplished the look i was going for. Its a nice quiet place very clean and organized. I waited maybe 5 minutes if that. Pricing is reasonable! I would definitly recommend this place

Phoned in and made an appointment, got there in 20 walked in, they were very nice, told me to pick out my color. Wonderful young lady, Amy, assisted me and did my full set and pedicure. Did an amazing job on both! Was so nice, made sure she wasnt hurting or cutting me! Very beautiful, calming atmosphere and THEY ARE CLEAN!!! Got new sterilized tools during my pedicure, which really stood out to me, only ever witnessed that in Georgia lol! Overall good experience and I do recommend!

This place is fantastic! Everyone Ive had do my nails has done a fantastic job. My boyfriend is also always happy and relaxed after he gets a pedicure.

I went here with a large group that were all in town for a wedding. They were very accommodating and kind. The facility is very clean and the service is top notch! Not to mention its been 2 weeks and my gel manicure is still in perfect condition! Im sad I dont live in FL this would be my go to spot!

Pleasant techs, quick services and nice work

Nice people but could do with some truth in advertising. On their pamphlet they state a $5 discount for a classic manicure pedicure combination.... but not if you want gel polish (which isnt in the print); like its gold. Same feeling as when you go to a fast food restaurant and ask for extra sauce and they act like it comes out of their paycheck.

I got my nails done a few days ago and my acrylics broke already. The last set I got done there broke as well. I’ve never had a problem with my acrylics breaking anywhere else but when I get acrylics done there they break within the week. Waste of money and I don’t have time to keep going back to have them fixed. They also charged me to fix them last time I went.... won’t be coming back.

Great service and friendly staff. Very relaxing and professional. Like to get a glass of wine with the service. I suggest getting the full foot service, its worth it!

This salon and their technicians are amazing! Everything is new, clean and beautiful! They open a new package of sterile instruments for every manicure. The technicians-I love Helen-do a great job! I get gel and it lasts forever and looks great!

Everyone is nice but I’ve had 2 gel manicures done here and both times the gel peeled off in less than a week. No point in paying extra for something that looks and lasts as long as a traditional manicure.

I went for a mani-pedi yesterday and my nail tech was amazing!! This is the first time ever that my cuticles haven’t been nicked during trimming(at other shops). She was so gentle 😍 $55 for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. I think that’s a great price considering this shop is in a high end outdoor shopping mall. Everyone was so sweet and inviting. They definitely just got a new customer cause I will be going back! I love this place!!!

Absolutely love this place because of my go to gal, Linda! She’s so attentive to detail, makes sure the polish is smooth, and always does the BEST massages for manipedi’s! I can’t go to anyone else because no one is up to her standard ;) she’s the best. Almost don’t want to share that because I don’t want you all to steal her from me, haha. I’m extremely picky with the way my nails are shaped and of course how they look. If you are getting dip I definitely recommend Tam (first chair on left), he is meticulous and very detail oriented. He never disappoints me.

I am not picky about many things, but my nails is one of them. In the 4 years i’ve been getting my nails done, I’ve never been completely satisfied with my nails every time until I started coming to this nail salon. Definitely will be coming here for a while!

I purchased 2 deluxe pedicures for me and my boyfriend and we received the most lackadaisy and unskilled performance of our feet. 1st the tech only put one coat of nail polish which I might add scraped off by the next day. 2nd my toe nails and my boyfriends toe nails chipped on the big toe! Plus the nail tech did not want to give us her name when we wanted to fix our problems. I don’t recommend this place at all..

Would not recommend. I came here because my normal salon could not get me in for a couple days and I needed my SNS done sooner than that. Left with the wrong shape nail even after telling them what I wanted multiple times. They also cut my fingers several times with the tools and did a very messy job. There is glue from the extensions all over my hands and my real nail is already peeling from under the tip and I left the salon 1 hour ago. The nails overall look fine but the experience was not what I am used to. Very rough job.

We came together and asked for the same service. I guess it depends on who does your nails. When I paid, I kindly said, “I didn’t really have a good experience.” She said, “that’s ok” and took my credit card. ???
