Nice customer service over the phone

I was 5 min away when i called. They had my screen in stock for my phone. Price was reasonable and better than others had quoted me. They took me right as i came in. 2 hours later i returned and picked up my Samsung s8plus. Looks and works like New. Perfect timing. Thank you !

Took my iPhone 7plus in to replace the screen. They were very courteous. Done an awesome job on my phone. Only took two hours. Much more affordable than the Apple Store. And they guarantee their work. I hope I never crack my screen again, but if I did, this will be the first place I’ll take it without hesitation.

Friendly, professional service. Dropped my iPhone 7 off for a cracked screen repair and they said it would be done in an hour and it was. Looks great and I booked my appointment online and got $10 off.

Called and asked how long to fix screen on my iPhone, was told 45 minutes. When I arrived 10 minutes later they said sorry we have another phone to fix so it will be 1hr 45 minutes. I said no problem. After giving them all my information they asked me for I left and came back as instructed in almost 2 hrs to get my phone. I was pleased that it was fixed until I got ready to pay them, I was told I COULD NOT pay with cash, this information would be nice to have known before I left the store when dropping my phone off for repairs. I asked them why I couldn’t pay with cash, as I am old school and prefer to pay with cash for almost everything, I was told it was because they were scared of getting counterfeit money. Then they told me if I had 20’s they would accept cash but not $100 dollar bills. Seems if my bill is $125 that I would be handing them at least one $100 bill. This store will not ever get my business again nor will anyone who refuses to take cash as a form of payment. I sent them an email asking for owners contact info (phone number or email will be fine but haven’t heard back from them). Also they were not polite at all about handling this situation so although my phone is fixed their customer care was horrible!!

I took my phone in to have a cracked screen repaired. The two gentlemen working when I dropped the phone off were great. When I picked the phone up, Kevin was the person that waited on me. He was one of the most rude individuals Ive ever encountered. Paying customers should not have to encounter some obnoxious customer service rep such as Kevin. After all, paying customers are the reason he has a job. I actually called corporate and was told they would be calling the store manager immediately. Hopefully, either Kevins attitude will change and hell keep his job, or Batteries Plus Bulbs will dismiss him so that he can become a rock star somewhere else. By the way, the repair has given me no problems.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment online for battery replacement for my iPhone. When I arrived, the battery replacement was done very quickly. So far, I am very pleased with my phone’s performance with the new battery. I would definitely recommend this store.

Had to redo my iPhone 7 screen because there was a light spot. Then on the second round of repairs the light spot is much worse, the color on my screen overall is weird and I have lost sound! My phone worked perfectly before. So upset.

This place replaced my screen and disabled it permanently then told me it would be easy to just plug it into iTunes and restore it. turns out I needed to delete everything on my phone and when I was trying to do that it wouldnt work and I sat on the phone with apple support for 3 hours because I was getting an error message theyd never heard of before and it turns out this place did something to the hardware on my phone so I have go see another technician and spend more money on it because this place only broke my phone more. Horrible place, I will be returning to get my $120 back because they clearly did not fix the problem and didnt even check to make sure what they did to my phone actually fixed it. They left it disabled for me to deal with. wish I could give zero stars but I cant so thats it, dont bother going here unless you want them to mess around with your phone, stick a new screen on it, then charge you for it.

I got my phone screen and battery replaced after shattering my screen. My phone had been working perfectly with the shattered glass, but after the repair, my phone isnt working right, doesnt respond appropriately when I touch it, and it sometimes just does stuff on its own without me touching it. The new battery isnt lasting any longer than the old one.

Expensive to fix S8 screen. $239 plus tax. They broke the back cover trying to repair it. Edges are rough, no longer flush. Doubt its waterproof anymore. Replaced back cover with a different color. Would go elsewhere next time.

Not only was the service fast but the employees were absolutely amazing and so nice got my phone fixed in no time and it was affordable

Made an appointment for iPhone screen replacement. Repair took 1.5 hours which seems long for having an appointment and the glass used is not the same as the original. When wearing my sunglasses, I can not see the screen at all! Staff was courteous but would not use again.

They were able to get my phone charged up with a new battery but it still will not hold a charge and can not be charged so money down the drain.

All I can say is AWESOME...Also Kevin (I believe that was his name) was great to work with and very easy to communicate with which is extremely important to me when I’m at a business !!!

First screen installed and when I got home it was so dim I could hardly see it. They did replace screen but offered no compensation for my time or trouble. Second screen was not nearly as good as ones I have done at competitors for the same price. Iwould have to think long and hard before I have another screen replaced at Batteries Plus.

I had my iPhones battery replaced within maybe just five minutes. I was surprised when the technician came out and handed back my phone. I thought there might be a problem with my phone. But the proud young technician said it was done. He said he had done a lot of this type of job and so it was fast.

The new battery is good, but when I started the phone, all my pictures and videos were gone. Verizon was able to pull up my contacts, which I thought were gone too, but said my pictures were lost. They said when the battery was changed, a factory reset occurred, which wiped out my pictures and videos.

The quality of the screen repair was actually very good, I would rate that a 5 star, but the fact that I had an appointment at 9am and drove all the way into WS to be told they didnt have the screen in stock was quite frustrating. Apparently, because customers frequently dont show for appts., they do not hold the equipment needed to do a repair. To add insult, they also dont find it good customer service to call or email me to make me aware the necessary parts werent available for the appointment time. This meant I had to call later in the day and confirm they had received a shipment and go back to WS to try again. Not good for business. If you use them for repair and have an appointment, call before you go to confirm they have necessary parts because they wont do you the courtesy of either holding parts for your appointment or even calling you to reschedule.

I made an appointment, got there a little early. Got signed in and then was asked, Is there a # we can reach you on?. I said no, why? Was told it would be 2 hours. Huh? Was told there were phones before me, so my question is, Why did I make an appointment?. Technician that was going to be installing new battery explained that my Galaxy Edge was not easy to open. So I sat in my car for about an hour and a half. Got my phone, ran errands. Then looked at phone and saw a black speck. Called store, spoke to a girl, was told to bring it back. I asked, Do I need to make an appointment?. She said, No, just come in. I asked, Is it going to take 2 hours? She said, No. So I go back the next day, walk in, saw technition that had put in battery previous day. He says, Do you have a # we can reach you on? I said, why, I was told it would not take 2 hours! Girl I had spoke to on phone day before said, quite rudely, I DID NOT SAY THAT! I said you didnt have to make appointment! So I leave phone, go back in an hour and a half. Technition tells me it was a knick undwr glass, he replaced glass. And I was MAD because HE WAS THE ONE WHO HAD DAMAGED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE AND SHOULD HAVE FIXED IT WHEN HE DID IT, NOT MADE ME HAVE TO COME BACK, WASTE MY TIME AND GAS!!!!I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. To top it off the phone is doing the same thing it did before they replaced battery so OBVIOUSLY BATTERY WAS NOT ISSUE! My receipt says they checked it out. I paid $60 for nothing, wasted 5 hours plus gas! Was treated rudely, and basically lied to.

I wouldnt even leave one star if I had the option. They didnt even put the same type of screen back and charged me $160.00 for a useless phone.
