This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They are a complete joke! They completely destroyed my John Deere ECU and trans controller! Ripped the components out with pliers and hot glued pieces back on top of the computer board rendering them completely unrepairable by a third party! One of the 3 units I sent them, they never even touched (even though I still paid $900 for its repair) so I can at least get it fixed elsewhere. If you choose to use this company, save yourself the time and just run your computers over with a dozer and set them on fire, you’ll get the same outcome either way.

Zero stars. Sent in an intercom for repair. Paid them 475$. Supposed to be fixed and tested and returned in a week. A month later I call, no answer, left message asking where my item is. Two days later my item shows up completely torn apart, no invoice, non working. Now they won’t return phone calls. Do not send anything to them

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has been nothing but difficult and what I would consider a crook. I sent them a treadmill computer box to repair which they then quoted me $475 which I paid same day. What was suppose to be 3 weeks took 6 weeks to send the computer box back and when it was installed it didnt work. I sent the box back to give them another try and took another 4 weeks and received it and still broken. I have since purchased a used computer box from ebay at $100 cheaper and it worked perfectly. Since then they have refused to refund me and have ignored all my attempts to resolve this. Dont wast your money or time with this company.

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF, I SENT A ECU AND HCU FOR EVALUATION, DONNA LINEBERRY SAID THEY COULD REPAIR, WITH A WEEK TURNAROUND . I PAID THEM 725.00 ON THE 15th OF MAY. AFTER ENDLESS CALLS  AND OVER A MONTH, THEY FINALLY RETURNED THEM, ON WAS TORN APART, THE LID BENT AND NOT REPAIRED THE OTHER WAS NEVER TOUCHED.  TODATE THEY STILL HAVENT REFUNDED  OR RETURN CALLS.., ON GOING ACTION WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.  READ THEIR REVIEWS, THERES PLENTY OF THEM, ALL BAD.  DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY CLEAR OF THIS CROOK

Came back to us 1 month after we shipped the part out.The part wasnt touched.Nothing was done to the part.Took before pictures and after pictures and all screws are in the exact position that we sent it to them.They did nothing touch the part,but sent it back 1 month later with not even touching the part.SCAMMERS BEWARE.They take your $$$$ and steal from you.SCUM OF THE EARTH.READ ALL FEEDBACK ON THEM BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER SHIPPING THEM YOUR PART.

Sent a john Deere dash in for repair in December of 2019 got it back 2 months later they never touched it just sent it back and charged me 600 they said send it back soo I did they had it 3 different times and never touched it.... its been 1 year and 3 months still havent gotten this so called check they have mailed 10 times......i even tried to get them to pay pal me the money...... Good ol Donna wont answer the phone anymore..... do not do any business with this company..... I just called again no answer as normal

This company is just short of being a ponzi scheme!!! For almost a year we have tried to be reimbursed for repairs on a Delem that never took place. Donna is the ring leader and using her southern voice seems to want to help but she either hangs up on you or just avoids all contact (numerous voice mails and emails). AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!1-20-2021 Now they wrote (under a hidden name-SALES SERVICE, not even Industrial Electronic Repair) a negative review on my company. Claiming we are hassling them over some debt. YES, we are trying to recover the money you ripped off from us and that your promised for 6 months that a check was in the mail!!!!

Terrible company if it is a company at all. Read the reviews !!! basically had the same experience as the rest of these people. If I lived close I would track them down and figure out what trailer park Donna is living in with her Sales team. RUN AWAY !!!!!

Sent in a lathe power supply and display. They repaired the power supply and found the display was beyond repair. They sent me a refurbished display that was fantastic. looked way better than the one I sent for repair. fast turn around time. couldnt be happier with this company. Thankyou!

Charged me $525. to fix my John Deere tach and still didnt work. Donna wont answer. Customers beware.

Sent them an old radio that needed repair, several months and $600 later and they sent me back the same old radio, it still didnt work and it was dented. I must have called them a dozen times trying to get them to answer my questions about the radio and they never returned my call. I think theyre a scam.

This place is a rip off !!!! Wasted $400.00 and months worth of my time. Paid for a circuit board to be repaired, waited for weeks and the part was returned still not working. Asked for my money back and they won’t return it ....Save yourself the time and just throw a few hundred in your fireplace!!!
