They were running a promotion online for 3 rooms for $88. I called for an estimate for 3 rooms + stairs + Oder eliminator service. Rep said it would be about $140, which was great. Moved all my furniture and was prepared for my 8AM Saturday appointment. At 8:45AM Saturday, I got a call (after I had left them a voicemail at 8:25AM) saying there was an incident and my technician cannot make it. they rescheduled for 1PM... so my entire Saturday morning was shot. Technician arrived at 1PM and took a look at the areas I wanted done (3 rooms and stairs previously estimated at $140). He goes out to his van to calculate costs and comes in and says, $465. THIS WAS OVER 3X WHAT I WAS ORIGINALLY QUOTED!! All the wasted time, and I had to send them away without cleaning. The technician was a pretty good guy, but you could tell he was being told by his management to manipulate the system and get as much money as possible after the effort of moving all our furniture. STRONGLY ADVISE NOT EVEN CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY.

I had a horrible experience with SafeDry and would caution others to stay far away!I had a tech come out to assess three 8x10 area rugs. The price seemed reasonable and I was told they would be ready in one week.Friday comes around, and I get a call about 10 minutes before my scheduled return time that actually, the rugs werent done yet, but theyd be finished on Tuesday. Okay, this was a little inconvenient, especially since I had time moving into our new house based around having our rugs done, but things happen.Tuesday comes around and nobody shows up or calls. I call about 30 minutes after my appointment and am told, surprise, the rugs arent done and it will be another week. No call or advance notice of this until I called.One week later, I receive a call at my appointment time.... once again, this is the third appointment they have canceled. AGAIN, the rug is not ready, and it will be at least several more days. I asked to speak to a manager and was told Id receive a call back. No call back and I called again later in the day and still could not reach him. It look two days for the manager to call me back and finally discuss these issues.Finally, my fourth scheduled return appointment comes around, and I receive another call. The tech is running late for my 9am appointment and will be there in about an hour. After 11:30am, when I have been waiting all morning, and on the FOURTH scheduled attempt to have my rugs returned, the rugs arrived.The kicker is that they were filthy still. I picked visible dog hair and dirt out of one and was at least not charged. Later, I vacuumed an entire full canister of dirt and hair out of the rug. The remaining two rugs were slightly better but not by much.In a nutshell, terrible experience. Appointments were no-showed with little or no notice, communication was abysmal, and the quality of the work done was atrocious.

I had a great experience with davontae from safe dry! He was professional and very pleasant. If you need to have your carpet clean, I recommend him!

The tech was awesome, but the results were not. Keep in mind, this is not a steam cleaner, but a carpet cleaner that uses spray cleaner on the carpet and goes over it with a rotating (microfiber machine??). They came twice (14 day guarantee, which is really nice), but the carpets still smell and we paid $300+ for it. I would suggest going with a company that uses steam cleaning if youre dealing with deep pet stains or odors.EDIT: The company was very prompt in responding. I sent in a contact via their website and they responded within the hour. Their customer service genuinely is very phenomenal and all the dealings Ive had with them have been great, even from the beginning. What they do didnt work for our situation, but that doesnt mean it wont work for everyones.

We felt guilty because we did not end up getting the rugs cleaned because when we opened the bags theyd been stored in for years and spread out the rugs, we saw there were tears on one and the other was too big for our daughters apt. I inquired and learned the technician drove a 1/2 hour to get here and did not act bothered and acted very polite and professional. I gave him the rug to give to a colleague who could use it, so it was not a total waste of the companys time. I also plan to use them to clean my couches, as I can see from other reviews that they are very good at what they do.

Our technician, Nicholas Neal, was amazing and truly went above and beyond. The carpets of our home have seen the spills and messes of multiple pets, 6 kids, many grandchildren, and are nearly 30 years old. We researched carpet cleaning as an alternative to replacing the carpets. Not only did Safe-dry beat all of the competing prices, they provided a very thorough and prompt service. Nicholas was very friendly, meticulous, and professional. I would recommend him and this service to anyone in the triad area looking to get their carpets cleaned. Additionally, we live at least 35 miles away from their location in Greensboro and they serviced our home without any hesitation.

Ricky Lewis showed up promptly on a same day service call. He showed me all of my options and made sure that I understood the difference between each package. Once we decided what would work best he got right to work. Despite having recently shampooed the carpets myself I was amazed at the amount of dirt that was pulled up. The floor was left soft,clean and smelling amazing!

On 9/10/2019, Douglas Miller, a Safe DryCarpet cleaner technician came to clean our downstairs carpet and 14 stairs. He gave us an explanation of the process and what to expect and how to speed up the drying time. We had already moved some of the furniture to expose areas needing special attention. He went about his business and did a great job. He got up several food and coffee stains as well as some pet stains that we could only partially get up. The process can leave some spatters and pet hair on baseboards and low walls. He went around inspecting and wiping off those areas. We left our ceiling fans on high and AC on. It was 90s day w very high humidity so this helped w drying time. He packed up his equipment and was gone in a few hrs. We vacuumed after it dried and everything looks and feels great. Douglas did a phenomenal job and really listened to our needs. I would like to mention that this job was a free redo from the end of July which was a total disappointment. The tech who serviced us that time did the worst job leaving us w a cleanup that was a nightmare and several stains which never came up. That was done a few days before my total knee replacement so it took me over a month to get back w them. They were attentive and very apologetic, letting us know that tech is no longer employed by them for obvious reasons. I spoke w Anthony, the manager and he was so helpful. Started with a higher rating but as the carpet has dried I can tell the spots weren’t actually removed. The cleaning process threw dog hair/dirt on the baseboards that will now have to be cleaned off by me. Also the carpet was stretched tight before the cleaning but as the carpet is drying it is very rippled and loose and I will have to pay a flooring contractor to come out and re stretch it. I called the company and they are sending a different tech out on Monday to see what they can do, I will update afterwards, hopefully they can fix everything. Overall very disappointed....Update...new tech came out and re cleaned the carpet, it looks much better. We took care of everything else ourselves but no compensation was offered. I would not recommend this company and we will not do business with them in the future because of that.

I used the Winston-Salem/ Greensboro area location. Horrible service from the start, after about 2 or 3 rescheduled appointments the technician showed up late then immediately asked to use my bathroom, After about 5 mins the other guy had to call the one in the bathroom to ask if he can load the rug into the van . Once he finished whatever he was doing in that bathroom he ask how much did my area rug cost ? Odd question........... i proceeded to say I can’t remember ( not sure what this has to do with having it cleaned). He then said a 100 dollars after measuring the rug. Once he rolled the rug back up he asked when I wanted the rug back I said Friday July 12 at 4pm. While what do you know i get a call saying they can’t make that time and they would be late !!!!!!!!! It wouldn’t be until 5. This entire experience was horrible. Oh i forgot to mention when i received my rug it was still dirty with dust and who knows what coming out !
