BEWARE! Just purchased a fixer up. I wanted them to come by and give me a quote on mold remediation. They wanted to Charge $118.00 just to take a look at property. I spoke to someone earlier in the day. They told me they would call to schedule an appointment. They said nothing about charging for quote.

Last fall was a very trying time for me, multiple things went south all during the month of November. ServPro responded immediately upon my call when the lower portion of my house had water issues due to a broken water line. They immediately started the clean-up process and help preserve the items in those rooms. Once the adjuster was finished they gave me an estimate to correct the damage caused by the water and at the same time I mentioned I would like some additional work completed and where they able to do that work also. They provided an estimate for the additional work and once approved, they got to work to restore my downstairs as well as completing the additional work I requested. Everyone I spoke to throughout this process were courteous and helpful. I am impressed with their professionalism and follow through on checking in with me throughout the entire process.

My husband and I full time in our RV and ran into a mold problem that displaced us out of our home. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH WS NORTH! 3 hours late showing up first of all. Guys stood around while the homeowner helped unload equipment. They also overcharged me and were 2 days late picking up equipment. Would for sure go some place else next time. Horrible....

Bill Artis, Vince and their crew were fantastic to work with and took every precaution to take care of a mold and water damage to my grandfathers house. We didn’t find the water leak sooner due to my grandfather being on an oxygen machine and no longer went to his basement. Bill fought with the insurance company to get this covered but State Farm decided to not cover it even though we had been with them for over 40 years and never filed a claim. The staff did everything they could to help a retired vet that also had medical condition to get this all resolved and everyone was great to work with. I would recommend them again. I had a bad experience with service master so please don’t mistake the 2 companies for the same. I would use Servepro of WS again. It was also wonderful to work with other previous military so I applaud this company for that as well.
