She did an amazing job loved her personality she was very accommodating and she made sure to let us know if there is any area that she may have missed. My professional cleaner Ellen is a complete lifesaver. The owner Candace, stopped great work in progress by her awesome crew! After 4 hours of hard work, she showed up and ended all work. Things were not finished, within 30 minutes of candaces arrival, they left!!! Unfinished work. Would NOT recommend because of owner! Hard working gals, I gave tip... pretty angry over experience! Plus she charged me $100 extra!

This is one of the most expensive cleaning places I’ve ever used and they repeatedly missed things and rushed through a 2000sq ft clean in an hour, the owner was receptive and offered to come out each time but after having to complain that many times in a row for her staff rushing this was not worth the cost or effort to get her crew to clean appropriately

I’ve had the same cleaning service for my home for years and years. I finally grew tired of their poor performance and decided to make a change. My only regret about using Brumfield Cleaning Service is that I didn’t do it a long, long time ago. Even several days later, I’m still noticing little nooks and crannies where Candace cleaned thoroughly. In a word, she did an excellent job. Candace and Janice were pleasant and informative about the areas of my house that had not been cleaned properly. They are just really good at what they do. Nikki stands the test of time! Years ago (at least 7 now) she was recommended by a friend and quickly became our household favorite. In addition to our home and as Nikki has expanded, she now manages rental property cleaning - the heavier deep cleaning for in between tenants & awesome packages to tenants for regular maintenance. I live in Chicago and came to NC for an issue for my sister in law. She had some serious medical issues and had not cleaned her home for months. Ive had Brumfield clean my house every month for about 5 months now. I love the ladies who clean. They are pleasant and friendly, but they get right to work and whip through my house in no time, leaving everything delightfully clean.

Beware!I hired Candace (Nikki) to clean my newly constructed home quite a while ago (at this posting she is using pictures of my home on her website). Just her. She did a nice job. Then she started a company and hired employees. Its been a revolving door of strangers cleaning my house ever since. They did not do a consistently good job.Then...they messed up the finish on my new washer by laying cleaning rags across the top of the door. The rags must have contain a chemical. Who knows. I let that go, its in the laundry room, mistakes happen... next it was my fridge!Came home to find stains on my stainless steel doors. I thought at first, Ill just wipe it down this weekend... but nope, when I tried they would not come off. Texted Candace and the fun began. We heard everything from, There was always a stain there to admitting All the girls have in their bags is Windex (which can ruin some stainless steel). She was willing to make things right until...I called Ferguson, where we bought the appliances. They suggested Bar Keepers Friend. Also told us if it didnt work we were stuck because there are no parts for the fridge, no way to match handles and the color of the stainless on the other appliances, etc. This could cost A LOT of money. OR we could just live with the stains. OR we could have mismatched appliances in a high end home.We purchased Bar Keepers Friend. We insisted Candace come to try this product and see the stains. My husband met her at our home and was very disappointed in her attitude. She wanted to know why we waited four days to tell her about the stains? Insisted at least one of the stains had always been there. Really? Brand new home that she cleaned from the start. And remember the washer? She knows they ruined THAT and we never asked her to pay any restitution.Luckily, Bar Keepers Friend worked and the stains came out. But we have no faith or trust in this person or company any longer.Her response to getting fired was personal and unprofessional.
