I don’t typically get my nails done, but my wedding is coming up this weekend and I decided to last minute. Everyone here was really nice and they helped me pick out what was best to last as long as possible. They got me in same day and my mani and pedi took under 2 hours total.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. To start off I scheduled an appointment the day before for 9:30am. I got to the salon right at 9:30 and no one was there. I had to wait 10 minutes for the owner to come and she was rude when she saw me there. I told her I had an appointment and she reluctantly said ok. I had on dip nails from a previous appointment i wanted to take off. I asked for a simple manicure which was posted as $20. I have been going to get my nails done for years, and I know the price of nails. You never pay to get them to taken off. So i say i want a manicure and shes like gel? I said no just simple nail polish. And shes like ok its gonna be the same price as gel then. There was also no price posted on the board to get nail polish taken off. I asked why because her price was posted as $20 for a normal manicure and a gel manicure was $35. She then proceeded to say ok fine. So we continued with the manicure. She did an okay job, but my nails were unevenly shaped. Then before she painted my nails with regular nail polish she goes, can you pay before i finish??? Im very confused because i have never seen this etiquete before. I have no nail polish on at this point and i say okay, how much. And she goes $35 and i respond, i thought we talked and it was only $20 since thats the price posted??? She said no i already did a manicure and took off your nail polish so its $35, and she starts another ladys pedicure. I told her i do not want her to paint my nails and i want to leave. She said it will be $25 then. I have never been to a place where they charge you to take off your DIP nails. I will never ever ever go back here and I already told all of my friends to never go here as it was the worst nail experience i have ever been to and it was absolutely disgustingly dirty. Terrible place.

Had an appointment for 4, didn’t get helped till 4:30 and my friend didn’t get helped till after 5. The people were really nice and chill, but nails came out slanted and different shaped. On the phone they said a full set of acrylics was 25$, at the store it said 35$ on the chart, yet we got charged 45$ even after pointing out it literally said 35$. Not only that, but no where does it say cash only & no one told us until after the nails were done…we had to go buy something at Walmart to get cash out which just caused the price to go up even more. I have never not tipped anywhere, but with being overcharged I literally could not afford to tip as I was expecting almost half the price.

Mia, nail tech. Very unprofessional. charged me more than price listed on boatd. Nails were all different shapes & slanted. Thumb nail wasi all bulged like too mich polish. Went back 2 days later.. She told me come back in a hr. Came back she said pick out color, i said I dont what color it was. No help from her, she kept saying pick out color. I kept on saying dont know the color, i became irrirated, she said I do you no moreIts like, I wouldnt want you to do my nails anymore ! Asked her when Martin would be in she said come back tomarrow. I said I have been a customer of his for a long time, & I will tell him about you. She said Yes. you do that ! Wow, we will see what Martin will say & do for the nail thats bulged & alrrady chipping after 2 days !

Very professional and friendly, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They take their time doing very great work. Would highly recommend!

Went to get acrylics removed. And decided to get a manicure. The base coat she used was very thick along with polish being to thick. After her applying quick dry and sitting by fan for 15 minutes and not using my fingers for anything my left thumb has a gash. This is due to too thick of product applied. NOT going back.

I had to wait over an hour to get in. When the woman was doing my nails, I asked for acrylics. She cut me multiple times with the file and drill. The gel polish she put on was not dry enough and started to crack and peel that night. I was also charged 40 when the sign said 30. The tech was very rude and just about twisted my fingers off. She missed the sides of my nails and some of them are crooked. NEVER going back.

I came here to get acrylics and I asked for coffin shape and I’ve never had my nails done so bad. The shape was horrible, they didn’t even clean up around my nails, and my nails broke and came off not even a week later. I get my nails done a lot and I’ve never been so disappointed and mad about the job they did. I will never go here again. They blamed me for the bad job they did and made me pay for them after I tried to refuse and told them they were not good. I asked them if they could fix them and they said they didn’t need to be fixed when in fact they did.

Called in to see if they had any openings. The lady was just nasty when she answered the phone. Will not be calling there again.

I have been going to Cobe Nails for about four years now and i have been very happy and satisfied with the work.My nail technician, Martin is absolutely good at his craft...Way to go Big Papa👍!!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. she was more worried about her phone cut me multiple times, then proceeded to use a product that expired 3 years ago. I told her i didn’t want them long and when i asked her to make them shorter she told me no. i will not be going back, where she cut me is already infected.

Two stars only because the color selection was extensive and the location is convenient. I came in for a pedicure, and should’ve known there would be problems with no wait on a Saturday afternoon. The woman who performed my pedicure was very rough and caused me a decent amount of pain. She not only cut my nails unnecessarily short, but then also ran a metal took around each of my nails (not on the nail but on the skin around them) with a very hard pressure. Afterwards, when painting, her nails were pressed into my toes so hard it actually made me pull away a few times. Using the top coat was so messy I was peeling off the clear polish from my toes as if a three year old had put it on my toes. I am sure there are some at this salon who do a great job, but I was unfortunate enough to not have one of those techs.

My daughter got her nails done....the guy did a sh*t job. Most are aiming up and lopsided. He would NOT fix them! I would advise to NOT get your nails done at the nail place at Walmart!! Charged her $55 also....says it was because of length and colors. Talk about over priced!

I love my nails, they did a really good job. But as my friend & I were paying, we noticed we got charged $40 for acrylics. On the sign it said $30. I think anything over that is ridiculous. I also tipped $5, so I payed $45. I tried to pay before getting my nails done, & the guy wouldn’t let me. I should’ve said something while I was there, but for some reason I didn’t. So if you’re gonna go here just know they might try to overcharge you 🙄

Wont be going here again, Martin made 5 of my fingers/cuticles bleed because he was going onto my skin with the drill which your not supposed to do obviously. He kept saying I had to get gel for some reason which i never said anything about and had to say multiple times i didnt want gel i wanted acrylic. He didnt understand what I wanted which was tips, acrylic, and nail polish. Nails were lifting within 2 days some are a little crooked and the polish job was ok. The machine thing that dries your nails was slimy and smelled bad 10 min is not enough time for nails to dry i kept getting indentations for things i was touching because my nails were still drying....

While Ive never had any issues with my nails, I once used my debit card to pay and a few days later was charged $200 for a purchase at a Walmart in another state. I of course had to get a new debit card. They try to get you to pay before you go dry your nails so you are not near the register. If you decide to go here, pay with cash.
