Fabulous place 💜💙

Went in not knowing exactly what I wanted but with the very little information I gave Shannon she literally did a work of art on my hair! Ive never looked and felt so good 😊 She is a great person to talk with and her talent is through the roof! I would never go anywhere else. Thank you so much Shannon 😀 Yet another PERFECT appointment with Shannon! She always knows exactly what to do! I wont ever go anywhere else 😁

Shannon is a miracle worker. I shy away from salons because Ive always had at best mediocre experiences. She was able to grasp my style and personality very quickly so I ended up with a great style the very first appointment. I once dreaded the time a color, cut, and style would take but now I look forward to that time. I cannot wait to see what is next for Pin Up.

Shannon is absolutely amazing. She always makes my haircut look better than I imagined it would, is fun, and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend!

Evidently new customers are not wanted at this salon. Showed up for my appointment today and Shannon was not there...coworker said she was sick. Got home and Shannon had texted 30 min before appt with a different excuse. Was asked to reschedule....but havent heard back to confirm. Not a good 1st impression...will go elsewhere.

Worst place Ive ever been to lady took 7 hrs. To do 4 sets of nails and refused to do them the way I wanted saying it was to hard. When I went to get my hair and make up done the next day as well as my bridesmaids. She said wed be out of there by 1pm we went there at 8am didnt get out till 3pm when my ceremony was supposed to start at 3pm. She made me the bride wait 5hrs for her to do my make up I was the very last person to arrive at my wedding because of it. To top it all off all of there hair was starting to fall before we even left the shop and now she wants me to pay double the cost she told. The owner of the place Shannon who did it all swore and yelled the whole way through and was very unprofessional through all of it. If I had time to go somewhere else I would have after the issue with the nails the day before.

Shannon does a great job and works very quickly.

The best, knows my hair and what the heck is best.
