Our RV was breaking down and we limped into Lewiston, Maine to Sullivan tire. The front driver side tire almost fell off and we were two hours from our destination. By the grace of God, Brian and crew at Sullivan tire were able to fix the entire wheel that had nearly fallen off due to bad bearings. All the parts were available in town fortunately. It was rather seamless and we appreciated the attention they gave us that Friday afternoon so we could be on our way about three hours later and made it home safely to Littleton, Massachusetts. They were awesome!!

When I bring my vehicle in for service, for a particular repair, they take the time to look at other parts of the vehicle as they are doing the repair to see if anything else looks faulty, or, if the part(s) are well beyond the manufacturers replacement recommendations. I was in Lewiston doing some errands (I live 45 minutes away) and discovered I had a flat tire. I was close to Sullivans, so I drove over there carefully. It was about 4:25pm. No appointment. They looked at my tire, found where a screw had punctured it, and told me they could repair it right then and there. It was done at 4:55. Great service, very nice people, and very accommodating! Highly recommend!

They do good work and work fairly quick. They also stand behind there work. only down side is they will cost a little more then some of the other places, but its worth it if you ask me.

I was happy to be able to get an appointment for an inspection within an hour of calling, but, as I shouldve expected from a coporate auto company, the inspection took over thrity minutes and concluded in no sticker; just a long list of what I consider knit-picky flaws in my vehicle. After the inspection, they were eager to give me a quote and discuss ordering overpriced parts that I did not need. I understand why they hold their inspections to a high standard, but beware that unless your car is brand new, they will find something to try to sell you on fixing.

Went in with a flat and unfortunately had to buy 4 new tires, but incredibly friendly service, mike behind the counter was very helpful. This will be the only place I get tires replaced or fixed! They certainly made a lifelong customer out of me!

They saw me coming from a mile away. I am.ashamed to say that I got taken because I am a woman. I had my tire go flat while in the area. It was snowing, there where no gas stations around that I could make it too and I needed help. I went in and asked if they could add some air for me. They told me they needed to look at the tire first and I said ok. I never signed anything! They called my name and said it was my tire valve. They charged me $30. I never authorized this. What happened to good customer service. Thank you for fixing my tire,but its ridiculous that you over charged me without asking.

Charged for something that wasnt done and if nothing was said they would have kept my money. Scam work at its best, disgusting.

Awsome place took me in with no appt. On top of that it was in the middle of a snow storm! They explained step by step of everything they were doing to my car I loved that!

Mike and his crew have been helpful & cooperative for both my auto/pick-up tires and small garden tractor tires. I have not used them for other services, except for wheel alignment, which was done professionally and without B/S.

I have been using Sullivan in Windham, then i moved to Auburn and use the Lewiston shop. I have always been treated fairly and they have done a good job for me.

GET A SECOND OPINION. DO NOT TRUST THEIR DIAGNOSTICS.I recently strayed from my trusted service department to visit Sullivan Tire to get my State inspection sticker. They performed the routine inspection and indicated that I had failed inspection due to a license plate light out and excessive ball joint play. They charged me for the labor they had taken to start to take apart the license plate wiring until I told them that I would get a second opinion. After taking it to my dealership service department they promptly passed my car and sent me on my way! Thanks but no thanks sullivan tire!
