I had a nice experience here getting a gel manicure with friends! The lady that did my nails was professional and friendly. Great customer service from all employees. The salon has a pleasant atmosphere is decorated classily.

Scheduled a mani and pedi with a friend of mine. I got my nails done while my friend got her toes done then we went to switch and my friend got her nails done but the tech refused to do my toes because she had something to go do?! So unprofessional and RUDE. Won’t be coming back.

I had a great 1st experience! My nail artist, Chat, did a great job and was very attentive (asked how short I wanted my nails, if the water or towels were to warm, and if I liked the end result). The salon has a huge selection of polish and has a very relaxing atmosphere!

Full sets were done for a wedding i was in all girls nails were chipped the same day and were breaking. and one time they refused to fix it. even when they gave the girl a cracked acrylic nail. I would give 0 stars if possible not going again

My daughter had a classic spa pedi. Said it was to take 45 minutes. She was done 15 min early and the nails were not dry when the lady told her they were and now they all smudged. With tip I paid $41. Not worth it to me.

My first time ever getting acrylics these people were so kind to me and my nail artist was the nicest person, she was very gentle and nothing about getting them put on hurt.

This is my absolute favorite nail salon! If you make an appointment in advance, they are always prepared when you get there. They take their time to make sure your nails are perfect! My gel pedicures here always last a full month!Seriously, book in advance, and prepare for the best gel pedicure of your life!

I had a great experience at Luxury nails. If you want to be sure you get in when you want, I recommend doing the online booking, worth doing this vs waiting. I loved the sofas and free drink and coffee and the owner took the time to talk to me about the salon and it was the best pedicure I have had in a long time.

Best pedicure Ive ever had. I got the deluxe pedicure; there was a scrub, clay mask, warm towels, and hot rocks. It was amazing. Everyone was very accommodating. I wish I would have gotten the girls name to ensure that I make an appointment with her again.

Chat has done my nails twice now and I couldn’t be happier. She is very friendly and takes her time to make sure you are happy with your manicure. My previous gel manicure lasted about a month without chipping. The salon itself is very clean and professional. I would highly recommend!

I’ve gotten acrylics done here twice now and I’m very pleased with the service I’ve received thus far. I really enjoy the atmosphere, it’s doesn’t have a harsh chemical smell. I’ve had my nails done both times by Anna, she’s wonderful. My nails have been even, smooth and shaped nicely both times. I’m not much of a talker at all when I get my nails or anything done really but Anna is always very polite and smiles. The only reason I didn’t give 5 starts is because I got the service I expected and it didn’t exceed my expectations, I’d recommend going here thought! Ask for Anna!

Very clean salon. New and sterilized tools used. Bowls are kept clean with liners. Staff are really kind and listen to what you as a customer want. Love the variety of polish brands as well. I will be coming back!!!

First time visiting this salon awhile back. I went in for a last minute pedicure, their prices are extremely high for gel polish! He cut my toe nails extremely short when asked not too, he seemed rushy and polish was coming off within the first week.I totally regret going there and wish I would’ve waited 2 days to see my regular nail lady where I could’ve got a good pedicure and gel polish for $30.00!

I had a full set of acrylic nails done, I was skeptical due to other complaints but gave them a chance. The lengths were not consistent and they were crooked. Within 5 hours a whole nail ripped off clean. When I went back to get it redone, it was implied that I was being too rough with my nails. Although they fixed it quickly, I was not offered an apology and it was as if they were doing me a favor to fix it. The environment is nice and there are lots of colors to chose from, but unfortunately I will not be going back.

Its a relaxing full spa with GREAT service you wouldnt expect to find tucked away in a corner!

Eyan (sorry for the spelling) is incredible. I walk into the salon and request her right away. She takes her time and really cares about making your nails look amazing. She helped me color match and gives an amazing pedicure as well as my gel nails! This is the only nail salon I will go to thanks to her!! The place is also super adorable and clean. Thank you Eyan!!

The service was great and at first i loved my set of nails but then i realized how thick and chunky they were, the polish was incredibly uneven. in under a week one had already fallen off. i’ve had them for 9 or 10 days now and four have fallen off and one is loose so i’m just going to pop them all off. spent nearly $60 to have them for a week. absolutely horrible.

My daughter had her first ever set of acrylics out on last Saturday. They look horrible. Very messy, crooked, and clumpy. She has done her own nails at 15 years old and has done a much better job herself. Only bonus is a call was made this morning and they offered to remove them and refund her. I would not recommend them for acrylics. I will say I am pleased with the way they are handling the complaint!! Well done on the customer service end.

Beyond friendly staff, had a wonderful time and everything was clean and sterile! Very caring the entire time making sure we got the right polish color and the temperature of the water and hot stones was comfortable.

This place is anything but luxury. I felt the service was rushed especially for getting an upgraded service. I wouldnt pay for an upgrade. The outcome of my pedicure was ok but they didnt put a top coat on my polish. They barely scraped the bottom of my feet because they were rushed? They didnt have OPI polish which was a bummer for me. I went with a friend and the technicians never interacted with us.Another customer came in for a pedicure while we were there and they told her they were too busy to do a pedicure and would only do a polish. They have 8 or 10 pedicure chairs and only 3 were being actively used. If that is busy for you then that says something about your service as well.The guy at the counter handling money, I assume was the owner, is awkward and almost pushy. He tries to be nice but he creeped me out.You get charged a fee for using a credit card. Hello, this is 2019 build that into your price. Better yet, give a DISCOUNT for paying in cash.A positive of this place is its clean but honestly, I wont be back.ADDENDUM: per the response I recieved due to my rating- why do you feel its necessary to record a pedicure? If a deluxe pedicure is 40 minutes Id hate to see what you do for a regular pedicure. Ive had many standard pedicures in my life elsewhere that lasted longer than 40 minutes and they were much more enjoyable. If updating my profile on your computer makes you feel better about the service please go ahead but its a waste of your time because like I said before, I wont be back and I wont be referring you to anyone.

They got a 2 because they got me as a walk in for a pedi. Should have been a 1. Way over priced I regret what I paid for a hot stone massage spa pedi. She talked me into a high priced service and everything was scalding hot. The water in the tub the stones the paraffin wax all terribly hot. I had to stop her and let things cool several times. They had many aromatherapy scent choices on the card but she kept sayung lavendar was the best...turns out they were out or didnt have the other scents. The relaxing massage was so painful and rough I asked her to stop. I also had to tell her 3 times to cut the nails shorter and she never really did so they were too long again in no time. I should have listened to the other reviews!

Unfortunately this was the worst full set I’ve ever had and had to immediately seek another technician to fix. I went in thinking the quality must be at least ok based on the reviews. I was on a deadline with events that weekend and wanted my hands to look nice. I chatted with the owners husband and she did my nails. We talked about her life, culture, fang shui. I very much like them but after listening to feedback from people she has worked for previously and other customers she does not know how to do arcylics and should not be doing them.My nails were uneven poorly shaped clumpy thick and looked very very fake. The paint didn’t cover the edges something I’ve seen as a constant problem from other former customers. I was not in a position to get them fixed the next day and had to wait through the weekend. They began to come off after 4 days. This is a big indicator of poor quality. I spoke with three other salon/hair & nail owners in the week after my set all of whom warned me against this place and dubbed me “another victim”. I felt badly but i also felt badly for losing 50$ on something i had to have redoneIt’s unfortunate when new business owners take leaps they should not. An entrepreneurial leap i will always support except when you mislead your customers about your abilities/services...then it’s a problem which is akin to fraud.I’ have heard that the owner does great pedicures and the space is quite pretty. That’s why i give it one star. Otherwise, this rating would be negative.

TERRIBLE!! I asked for a fill, I wanted an ombre. Made an appt for 6 didnt get helped until almost 6:30... she had no idea what she was doing ... I showed her a picture and she said she k ew exactly what I wanted... well over an hour later and it was nothing what I wanted... she told me to come back in the next day to fix it... so I paid $40 plus a damn tip and left... came back the next day and oh my god.... never thought it was possible but she made them even worse. They are thick, lumpy, and it looks like my 4 year old tried giving me white tips with some white out...she then told me, she needed more time, that I should COME BACK so she can do a better job. What in the actual hell... Waste of my time and my money. save yourself and DONT GO THERE! Also there is a lady there who looks and acts like shes on hard drugs with her mouth twitches and smacking and loudness. Stay away from this place.

Bad experience. Still picking off acrylic power that was left on my skin. Nails were filed like a 4 year old all jagged and stuff my roommate had to fix it when I got home. Honestly no good

My friend got acryllic nails done here (she didn’t want to post her name). She asked for coffin shaped nails, but hers looked more like a square shape and they were all different lengths. The nail itself was very thick & chunky and it did not look professionally done. She went back in later in the day to tell them how unhappy she was and she instead got gel nails but they made her pay FULL PRICE for them and didn’t offer any apologies. Do NOT go here for acrylics.
