Probably one of the worst places Ive been. They were rushing like crazy. During the pedicure they reused the purple scrubbing block and nail file. The polish was rushed too. The only thing keeping me from give 1 start it that my gel tips looked pretty good.

I needed a new place to wax my eyebrows,and came across this gem of a place! I called, got an appointment right away (seriously 10 minutes after I called) and the woman did an amazing job. My adult son who is autistic was with me and wanted to get his done too, but became a little anxious. The sweet woman reassured him and really made it a pleasant experience for him. Thanks to the friendly staff, great prices, this will definitely be our new regular spot for waxing, pedicures and nails! Great experience.

Horrible.. almost $100 wasted. He ripped skin off of my big toe and now it’s so sore when I walk.. did the more expensive pedicure on me without asking.. and my nails.. hah.. a joke. Grooves all in them, no base coat.. entirely disappointing.. go elsewhere

I dont really like pedicures because they hurt but I get them because my mom likes to go. Nailtique is the first nail spa that I was very impressed with as I didnt leave with my feet and calves hurting. Chin was very gentle when massaging my feet and calves and she didnt dig at my nails nor make them bleed like all other places Ive been too. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend them.

By far the best job Ive had done!

They stayed open late for my sister, neighbor and I. They are very nice and have new massage chairs.

Have been a regular for quite some time. Recently the quality has been SO poor! And ZERO customer service. Came in for a broken nail (3 days after manicure) sighed while fixing it. Smacked my hand when I didn’t answer her quick enough. Absolutely ZERO customer service. Also I live in Kearneysville. So I drive quite a ways to get a good manicure. Very sad and disappointed I will be having to find a new nail salon.

Best nail salon in town.

Pulled a piece of skin off of my big toe and made it bleed. It hurt and I yelled at the time.It bothered me that even though some sort of liquid was added to my toe to try and stop the bleeding it continued to bleed. And he used the same tools from a bin that looked like they would be used on the next person without sanitation.Both of my big toes are red and very infected right now and hurt. It was not a pleasant relaxing pedicure. The polish and stuff got into the wound. In hind site I should have requested a band aid and left, but I stayed.

They have great service and lots of nail techs. HIGHLY recommend thier pedicures.

A week old and still looks perfect! Cost a little more than most of my pink and white full sets.

Gel manicure was removed partially using an electric nail grinder then ripped off the rest of the way. The nail tools weren’t sanitized and were lying on the counter. Disappointing

Love this salon! Tom is my favorite, but all the nail techs are nice, friendly, clean, and do a wonderful job! Ive been coming here a little over a year every 2 weeks and plan to keep returning! Always completely satisfied when Im leaving.

I’m from out of town and chose this place to get my nails done. Tom is the one who did my nails and he did a great job. Great costumer service also!! If I come back to VA. I will definitely be coming here!!!

My number one recommendation is to make an appointment. Their customer service is excellent. Nail tech team is warm and inviting. They do whatever you want, no attitude or arguing. Well-priced! Five star all the way :) I dont think Ill go anywhere else anymore.

Now after a month I decided to get them taken off after 2 fell off... and my nails are so ruined from the drill of her going to deep that it’s literally down to the meat in my fingers! Will NOT EVER go back and will not recommend anyone to go there! I’m sure maybe there are a select few decent techs there but I wouldn’t take another chance!

I started taking my mom 81 year old mom here because the pedicure chairs are not up on a platform and it will make it easier for her to get in. They do a great job, so I started getting mine done too! Best thing to do is to make an appointment when you get the technician you like. I highly recommend Tom, Jason, Cindy and Kathy

After trying out a few local places in area, I chose this place to do my Liquid Gel nails for my wedding. First and Foremost.... I was so impressed with their cleanliness. LOVE! Nina is my little angel. She is super sweet and talented. She gave me a lot of good advices to take care of nails. A great experience!!! The massage chairs and environment are perfect. The ladies at here deserve 5 stars!

I love this place..... best spa pedicure I have ever gotten. I am normal every 4 week pedicure girl and I am from Ohio but I was visiting a friend and I will always come here when I am here!!!! Wow, three consistent months come here - time does fly! The women who work here are kind and meticulous. My nails look absolutely perfect. Overall: I am a repeat customer.

They are always considerate calling their clients if they need to cancel or run late. They also do a outstanding job on the nails. Mine have lasted up to a month and Tom and Cindy care about their customers, along with their employees. It is a pleasant atmosphere and I always feel relaxed when I leave the place. I highly recommend this place.

I always see the same lady when I go, but I dont remember her name. I love the way she does my pedicures. Im extremely ticklish on my feet, but she never tickles me. I saw her a lot while I was pregnant and it was amazing. They know all their regular clients by name and they remember you, it makes you feel welcome and that much more relaxed while there. They also do my eyebrows regularly and I love the way they do them. I will not let anyone else near my eyebrows for fear of them getting messed up.

Wow!! Will never go back!! I usually do my own nails but this week is super hectic because were leaving for vacation and it takes me 3-4 hours to do my own since I do builder gel to fill and gel polish (and only can do one hand at a time). For time sake I went here. I called first for price quote $30 for gel fill & $40 with gel polish. I brought my OWN POLISH!!! I was charged $17 extra when I brought my OWN POLISH!! Unreal! On top of that, she rushed because she was so behind. My appointment was at 12:45 and I finally got in Cindys chair at 1:12! Theyre uneven, paper thin, she cut every single finger and sent me out with tacky nails. Oh yeah, and she forgot to put primer on my natural nail before applying the gel, so I wouldnt be surprised if they fall off before my vacation/ wedding. (Getting married at the beach) Those of you who have never had gel... its supposed to be hard/dry when you leave!! My friend had a good pedicure experience here so thats why I went, but how can you charge someone that brings in their own nail polish??? So take your chances if you really feel the need to go here!!

I paid $45 for a gel manicure that looks horrible with no massage. If you want someone barely even rubbing lotion in this is the place for you.

I have been a client at Nailtiques for the past 6 years and have always had excellent service! Cindy is my ‘go to’ girl but everyone here does quality work. Cindy has always been very accommodating in regards to same day appts. I have recommended Nailtiques to numerous friends over the years. I believe that is the greatest compliment to any business. 😊

Always ask for either Tom, Cindy, or Kathy for nails! Cindy is the lady to go to for eyebrows! These three are the only ones I’ll go to in the salon, they always make sure you’re satisfied.

Best pedicure Ive ever gotten and they do so much for it at only $30 including a wax treatment for your foot and callus removal. I will definitely be going back.

Absolutely love this nail salon! I have been going here for over 2 years and wont go anywhere else. I always get compliments on my nails even when Im nearing my 3 week fill. Pedicures are also fabulous. The owners Cindy and Tom keep a great selection of regular polish but I especially love the gel polish options since there are so many and new ones every season. All of the staff (Ive worked with Timmy, Jenny and Kathy) do a wonderful job, have great customer service and care about their clients satisfaction!

I went in for a pedicure today. There were a few ladies who were already there getting pedis. I picked out a gel color. A guy came over and started my pedicure and soaked my feet and started trimming. He did the exfoliates on my legs and took my feet out and painted them. They look beautiful but I was thinking to myself what the heck! because I was almost done and everyone else that came in before me had not even finished their massage. So he asked me if I want my nails done too and I said no thank you thinking to myself I was not going to come back... then he says he has another appointment so another lady is going to come over and do my massage. I was relieved to hear this and she came over and jumped in to finish. The massage was good, my nails look great but still I was in and out before everyone else who came in before me finished. I spent the extra money on gel which maybe is no big deal to others but felt shuffled through. Definitely not the relaxing experience I am used to when I spend over $50 on my toes but my nails at least look good and it wasnt horrible just not that great....

I switched to this salon a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier. Cindy and Nikki are my go tos for sure! I get my acrylics filled every two weeks here and I also do pedis and eyebrows also. Would definitely recommend!

Ive tried a few salons in the past to test out their workmanship and find MY salon. I believe I finally did. Nailtiques is very clean and everyone is very nice. My nails look and feel great, they resemble natural nails. Im very happy and will be there every month!

Terrible. One other person getting a pedicure so they were not busy and all staff just setting at the pedicure section. Rushed our pedicures so they could go back to doing each other’s. Total time in the building was less than 20 min and they didn’t take us right away. Nail were not smooth and they didn’t use base coat I talked to the owner and he wanted to play like he didn’t understand. The process was not pleasant. I really want to select no stars. Worst pedicure ever!!! Go somewhere else!!

I wouldnt take my dog there to get its nails painted. I paid them over a 100 dollars to get my pedi an a mani an my g.daughter nails painted they never soaked my foot or massaged my foot an I say foot because Im an amputee on the left I ended up with infected toe an my hands broke out all over them afterwards so I do not recommend this place at all. Wanted.it to be a special time g.daughter an g.mother time together an the out come was sad.i only gave the one star cause that was the only way I could leave a comment.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Right when I walk in they address me by name and wonder why my mom isnt with me! They always do an awesome job and Im always satisfied when I leave.

I liked that I got in quick as a walk-in (full set), practically right away. I liked that the tech didn’t actually try to talk to me that much, because that bugs me; at the same time, I was busy talking with another customer/friend and I think that might have been construed as rude. While I gave affirmations during the service as to length and shape and color, the end result when I walked away and really looked was disappointing. The edges are too thick because the acrylic wasn’t filed down in those areas or underneath the tips. And I realized later that three of the nails are actually crooked, and I had to file them down and round them out after I got home. I can appreciate that a lot of this can be chalked up to me not wanting to complain or be too demanding, because I know that workers in this industry get denigrated for the littlest thing that is sometimes out of their control. But I’m pretty surprised at the quality of what I came home with compared to other places I’ve been over the years. I went here because it’s close to where I live but if I want to continue, I think I’ll need to go elsewhere.

First time. Got $40 pedicure. Paint job was done poorly. Paint smears on skin. Requested cleanup of edges. Did bad job of fixing. Not good. Won’t be back.

Oof where do I begin. Rude staff. I called an made a nail appointment like they recommend an waited an hour over my nail appointment just to end up with crooked nails 🙄

Heard great things about this nail salon and figured I would try it out considering I live local. I left the salon and it looked like my nails were grown out, the lady did not fill the nail bed up to my cuticle. I was not pleased. I also waited 45 minutes after a schedule appointment. Although, it seems to be a clean salon I feel like the staff try to rush you out of there without taking their time. I tried to address my concern with the owner and the ladies that worked there started talking loudly in their language (of course so I could not understand) and argued with me and told me that I was in there over a week ago, when that was not the case. They did not handle this issue professionally. I will not be coming back here.

I will never go back again. They were not very friendly and were very rushed with everything they did. The guy that I had completely cut the sides of both of my big toes ripped away the side of the nail, which hurt really bad and left my big toes red. When I asked him why he said I had 4 hang nails, but I have never had a hang nail before and I just had my nails done a couple weeks before? He then proceeded to pour alcohol over my toes, which burned really bad from the places that he harshly ripped my nail off. Ive never in my life had a nail technician cut my toenails like that or make me feel pain while getting my nails done. Never again will I go back to this place.

When Nailtiques first opened the owner wasnt that great and set a bad example for the salon. Over the past couple months, Tom and Cindy the new owners have completely renovated the salon! All with new signs on the windows, all new nail polish and gel polish that take up both sides of the wall, new chairs when getting your nails done and also new massage chairs when getting a pedicure. With the pedicure they do something Ive never seen before. They give you your OWN little box of tools for your feet. This way the tools are brand new and they are only used for you! Cindy is amazing at eyebrows! She waxes, does permanent eyebrow and eye lashes as well! I think they offer so much more than any nail salon in Winchester! They have put a lot of time and effort into re-doing and re-making the name of Nailtiques. I really think that anyone should come and just try it out! I bet everyone will have a great experience and will be back on the reg! Theyve been in this business for 15 to 20 years now and they really know what you want and how to do it! Its worth a try!

I was in there for literally 13 minutes getting a manicure. She didn’t take her time at all, left skin around my nails, top coat all over my fingers. The lady was not personable at all. Cut off all of my nails when I said I didn’t want them short. Then when she was done didn’t even say a word to me...she went over to the pedicure chair, propped her feet up and listened to her music! Bad experience and I will not be back.

Month later and my nails have not broke offVery pleased with nail tech that did my nails, going back again next weekend to have them filled

Horrible! The lady rushed and then was rude about the prices. Also, they always push you to get gel nails for 10 dollars more even after you say no. Way too over priced and very bad job.

Asked for oval, got square with rounded edges. 2 of the nails are overly thick and not sculpted well. Acrylic went up way over my cuticle and the place was just so very unorganized. Brochures say a full set is $28, I was charged $33. Not going back.

I have been here once before and had a mani/pedi. I was greatly pleased. However, this time was not so great. My pedicure was rushed. The girl who did it could have done better. I had callus buildup. She never attempted to smooth my calluses. As far as my manicure, I always get gel. I had broken a corner of my nail. So she put glue used for tips on my nail and proceeded. Also my pinky nail is split. Every time I get a mani, a tip is placed. She did nothing. My designs were to match on my hands and feet. They do not. I am so disappointed.

FAIR: I have been to Nailtiques several times since they opened. The good thing about the spa is the products (when getting gel or acrylic nails) is a good product. The problem is 1: They dont pay a lot of attention to what they are doing, and I have come home with bleeding cuticles on several occasions and 2: they refuse to listen. I have thin nails to begin with and ask them each time NOT to use that machine to file my natural nails. They nod, say ok, and pick it up. I have to pull my hand away and argue with them. I have told them repeatedly that I am more concerned with my nail health than how long the acrylic stayed on. I recently grew out my natural nails and when i asked about getting a silk wrap to protect them for the wedding, they put on a gel wrap instead (once again fighting me about the machine file) and said that they would take them off before the wedding so I could showcase my natural nails. they did not inform me that the gels would weaken my long nails underneath. Ill update this once the gels are off to let you know if I was actually able to have my real nails in my wedding or if they ruined them.

Friendly, clean and reasonably priced!

Pretty disappointed with this place. I brought my daughter in so we could get manicures together and they had us seated on opposite sides of the salon. The 3 people in there doing nails spent the entire time talking amongst themselves and completely ignoring us. I found them to be pretty rude and a little pushy with the gel polish. To top it off, the lady that did my daughters nails only painted them (when I asked for a manicure for us both) so she was finished much faster than I was because the guy that was doing my nails was incredibly slow. After he was finished he sat me at the dryer but completely ignored me so I say there forever and my daughter was growing impatient with how long we had been there (& frankly so was I because it was twice as long as I had anticipated) so the guy sent me out of there with still wet nails which were smudged by the time I paid for this whole experience. After only a couple days my polish was chipping and I would have been better off just having done our nails at home myself. We won’t be back.
