At first the employers are very nice people but after a few interactions with them they get more and more disrespectful. They treat their temps poorly. They get mad when you call and try to ask a question. They lie about how many times youve left places. If you have a doctors note they won’t comply with it. 10/10 do not recommend going to them. Very degrading temp service to go through. Better off going somewhere else.

This Winchester office must be commended! The staff respond quickly, dont leave you wondering at all. My rep. was cheerful, helpful and very professional. Thank you Spherion Winchester!! Well worth your visit folks.

Didnt pay me for my two days of work at the horrible job that I was hired for. They were incredibly rude to me when I called to inquire about being paid and did nothing about it! Very immature staff! Having to contact the Virginia Department of Labor to file a complaint!

They dont just push one job, no lengthy application, good at finding a decent match. Got an interview scheduled the day I walked in and it went well. Just need to square away paperwork now. Called Spherion for job openings and they scheduled me for an interview the same day. I was greeted with a smile and treated like family! Tammi and Rich has great hospitality and are very efficient! Best in the area!

Came in on a whim after seeing a job posting on their site. Watched a video, and received an interview time with the contractor for the very next day. Had my interview and was given an answer the same day. Came to the office the next day to finish paperwork and gather further information about the job. Even though we were told our backgrounds could take a little while to come back, we were also offered a few extra days of work at another location just to get some money in our pockets while we waited to start our actual positions. Staff is super friendly and answers any questions you might have super fast. Would definitely recommend if you need work to stop by and talk to them.

I was able to land a job, after only a couple of days. These people honestly bend over backwards to place you at a job that suits you. They are a great bunch to work for, and always treat you like a friend (life-long friend)!

Best temp service ive used in winchester. Got working very next day. They treat u like family. Most jobs are temp to permanent jobs. Please go there if u need a job. U wont regret it.
