VEC customer service reps say & it also shows on website that Winchester office is opened with no appointment necessary to the public, when in fact it is not. I have gone there several times and the door is locked and nobody will answer if you ring the bell or knock. Occupants in office next door says they never see anyone coming or going in that office. They also do not answer the phone, it continually rings.
Does anyone actually work here. I have been trying them for weeks with noe answer. My unemployment has stopped and I need to know why. I cann get an answer. This is a disgrace.
The posted phone number is for a Mobile phone which always switches to voice mail, but has the leave a message disabled. Sometimes Verizon (probably when the phone battery runs down) says the customer is not available. The office has been closed every time I have visited it to check on a claim status. We people are supposed to look for work, but there is no need for the staff to answer phones, or even be there.
Very unprofessional business. No one ever answers the phone. You can call all day no answer. They just cut off unemployment with no previous letter in writing for absolutely no reason at all. Such a poor business.
Things are extremely bad there and it starts at the top and rolls down hill from there, things need to change at the top 💯 percent! Never recieved my funds this past Wednesday and no explanation, but make you jump through hoops if they require something from you, pathetic!
I am so frustrated with this whole thing! No wonder people are depressed! It’s bad enough to be unemployed but then you have to deal with the incompetence, lack of communication and sudden cut-off of benefits because they need information that isn’t even relevant!! My goodness...GET IT TOGETHER VIRGINIA!
No one ever gets back no one answers the phone no one ever helps you
What a joke. I cant get a hold of anyone.
