Was underpaid by about $400 in one week and they didn’t do anything to compensate. Will be speaking to a lawyer about the shadiness of this practice.

I filled out the online application and go in for an interview and drug test. Take the test and I’m told I have the job and my start date is in 2 weeks. (Long time when you need a job) so I showed up on the day I’m supposed to start, and am told they don’t have my drug test back (but everyone else that was hired same day as me had their drug test and got to start that day). They then said they’d call me by the end of the week, so come the end of the week it’s an hour before they close and I haven’t gotten a call, so I call them. I’m told my drug test is somehow expired when everyone else’s was fine, and I can go take the drug test again, so I go back to take it again and I’m told that I was basically never even hired. The ISS staff was also rude. This place is awful. Will never apply here again.

My friend desperately needed a job and was depending on Amazon and he had already filled out the application on line 3 weeks ago was “hired” and he drove 45 mins on his start date and they told him we don’t have your drug test back okay well why couldn’t y’all call him and why didn’t yall have it back in the whole week or two he waited? And then he called on a Friday for them to tell him that his drug test had expired and he had to drive 45 mins again to take another one, and today he drove to retake it and come to find out they never put him in the system and told him he had to fill out an application through amazon. so thank y’all for screwing my friend. Y’all are awful.

The front desk girl is very rude and belittling. God forbid you have to even think about an answer because she does not have the time for that. I filed a complaint to corporate but who knows if they followed through or not.Fortunately the other agencies took me in the same day. Your loss Integrity.

I considered filing a police report, If it wouldnt of been a he said she said situation. I went into the office in Winchester because after being interviewed with new world pasta, they contacted me and I would have to go through integrity( or lack of) for employment. The only person in the office had me take a urine test. I had been on the same time of medicine for 20yrs since high school basically adderall . I knew something was suspicious when the receipt and empty bottles werent good enough, and suspicion grew when she insisted I go in and pee in cup while she kept my prescription and copied info.I hadnt really cared to much because I needed and wanted the job.Once all was done and I was to start on Mon. I came home and went to count meds.I really didnt need to count to see that a lot was missing, but I did and 18 was missing. I was around nobody and had counted when left pharmacy. she had called twice for really pettie stuff.I believe she was feeling me out .on the second call I regrettably mentioned that some were missing and if there was anything she had wanted to discuss privately with me.I had no intention of getting her in trouble because I needed the job.I even lied and said perhaps the pharmacy had shorted me .The next day a hour before they were to close for wkend the other staff member called me and said that pasta place had changed their mind. I called corporate on that Mon. and they never even called me back .I would be careful if have to go through this agency because they are extremely shady.
