Was happy with my experience; some initial confusion with all of the on-line paperwork, but once I completed all of it, had few issues. Biggest hurdle was the wait in getting references to connect with Axiom, partly my fault. They set up initial interview and did the legwork for getting my start date readied. Appreciated the availability of staff to answer my questions; also, given the COVID 19 scare, was pleased to have updates on the relevance to my employment. Temp to hire placement was successful.

Always have a job for people. That is the agency my sister uses and she is happy with it.

This place is a joke. I went through all the paperwork to try and get a job. I went three months without employment and not once did I receive any help from them. I worked with sparks group in Northern VA and recieved a job in 2 weeks. They post for open jobs all the time but you never hear from them. Would not recommend them to anyone - go to sparks group.

This company is crappie. Treats you like your white trash. Went in as well there stupid generic drugs test gave a false positive, judged me then refused to let me take other one. Went to a doctors office same day and paid 33 dollars to have one done. Yup all negative which I already knew. Took it back to them did give a crap. I just wanted some summer work. Good thing I had a full time job. If your looking to work skip this company.

I worked for Axiom for 4 months and the staff in the Winchester office was always helpful and responsive. Even after I requested a new assignment when I found the work to be not a good fit for me, the staff treated me professionally and found a placement that was perfect for my needs and my skills.

Good company answer any questions you have.

Axiom is a great place to work

Axiom Staffing was the WORST so called professional customer service I have ever experienced and is the same opinion of many others that have attempted to work with that company. I had to retake 5 tests because they gave me the option of which MS version test on my first visit, which took hours, then when I followed up on job opportunities was told no employers ever look for employees using that version of MS. So why would I have the option to take the tests in version no employer ever seeks employees using that version?! I took the same MS test in another version and called every day for weeks on end and every call ended in the same response, there were no jobs and to keep calling them. When I did call, no one, not ONE person ever gave the professional courtesy of returning my calls! I always ended up having to drive there if I wanted answers. I found through a mutual friend FEMA was hiring, but when I called Axiom to ask why I wasnt informed of the FEMA jobs, they said my file limited my search to one position, which is not true, I had many fields of interest, education, and experience! Even speaking to supervisors regarding the inaccuracy of their files and services, all I got were meaningless, canned answers, anyone can read off a script. Since they were cornered with proof of their incompetent recording keeping and skills they no longer were able to assist in finding a job. They werent competent enough to get me a job nor provide a service theyre being paid to provide! If I was an employer seeking employees I would NEVER use AXIOM Staffing, ever!

What temp agency tells somebody to go somewhere else to find work. Pitful company shame on you

Unprofessional, Amy is a liar, rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. RUN FROM THIS Sham of a company. Run as fast as you can. They are nasty, obnoxious and the absolute worst nightmare you will ever have with any employment assignment.

They got me a job but had to keep after them. When I got my job and then hurt my back and had to leave to go to the hospital, Amy that works at the location in Winchester calls right after I get released from the hospital telling me I never let anyone know I was leaving ( in which I called Axiom as I was leaving and left a message for the manager that was not there) and that I was going to be replaced. Never work for this company all they care about is making money and they dont care about the people helping them get it. Spread the word..they are a horrible company!

Not the nicest people but they will get you a job.
