I have took my laptop to this guys twice, first time I took it was because it was beyond slow Im talking turtle slow, they had it a couple of days and did amazing job on it cant believe how much of a difference it is Im so happy with the work they did on it and the price wasnt bad at all, the next time I had a couple of keys popped off my keyboard hoping they could pop them back on but I found out it doesnt work that way...lol but anyway they went above and beyond searching for a keyboard for my laptop... Im happy with the work this guys done they both are super nice and respectful will work with you tell you upfront how much its going to cost you, if you are needing your computer or laptop fixed I highly recommend you take it to this guys you wont be disappointed...

Took a recently built unresponsive desktop to be diagnosed and repaired. I couldnt be any happier with my experience. Communication was excellent, the work was first rate. All costs were communicated up front so there were no surprises. Computer was repaired, optimized and updated. Service was above and beyond my expectations and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them...and should the need arise, will definitely utilize their services again.

Although they Do Not work on Apple products, ie. Hello: My name is Frankie Rainey from Winchester. Paul Johnson has been my only computer repairman for the last nine-and-one-half years for a reason. Actually, I should say for a couple, or more, reasons. First, Paul is a computer whiz with many years of experience. Second, he absolutely does not price gouge. Third, you can just tell by his facial expression and tone of voice that he is taking a genuine interest in your computer problem. One example: I have a land line phone service that runs thru my computer. It died on me. I called the phone company and over a three day period they spent several hours with me on my cell phone trying to correct the problem. They strung me out thru a flurry of tests, disconnects, reconnects, and so on and so on. No results. Finally, in exhaustion, I took my computer in to let Paul look at it. So help me, in not much more than five minutes, he determined the problem and corrected it. No charge. So typical of my almost ten years with him.

I bought my computer many years ago, Had Win 7 on it. So when changed to Win 10, my computers doesnt like to do automatic updates.But that was no problem for them to get the problem fixed. plus did some extra preventive items. Made the computer run better and faster. Very reasonable. Better than buying a new computer.

I took my computer to this business for some trouble of flying plastic pieces inside. The computer was cleaned upped. Once home, the computer had trouble getting to operate. I phoned the shop and was guided through the reset steps to a successful ending.

Make no mistake, I am NOT a customer and would never trust someone like this to do work for me. Beware of who you trust with your things. Built a new system for me to use in my small business and it is GREAT! Really quick to start and respond. Unfortunately I was not able to retrieve some information on my old system... should have backed up info better and I have no one to blame but myself! But they made me feel better once we were able to get the new system going (he even put in a program to back up for me..no more forgetting)! Owner Paul Johnson has been excellent to work with and I fell very comfortable with any questions I have or new idea I happen to come up with. Had an issue with Facebook i called about. The staff worked to solve the issue. I learned that outstanding updates can cause issues. Loading the update fixed the issue temporarily. This was my first computer purchase in 10-15 years, they made it so simple, I told them what I was needing, they ask me a few questions about my planed uses of the computer, within a short time they had new pc in, setup and ready to use. Allied has done several jobs for me on laptops and desktops. In each instance, they have done an outstanding job. i was amazed that they could recover data from an 8 year old desktop that had crashed! They were pessimistic about it, but got a bunch of pictures and photos back for me. They have provided excellent service every time at a very reasonable rate. I give them a 10/10 and would recommend them to anyone that is having computer troubles.

Great service and friendly

They evaluated my computer issue (malfunctioning fan) and gave me two options. The first was to have them replace the fan. The second was to renew my warranty with the computer maker and have them replace the fan at a cheaper cost (which is the choice I made). I was impressed that they pointed me to an option that would not give them the job. Kudos to them for their honesty at the expense of profit. Will definitely keep them in mind should I have any other issues.

We had a very nice experience with allied computers, Paul was very helpful because we are not very computer savy. He was very patience and made sure all our questions were answered. We were told if we had any questions just call. We we took the computer home we had some issues and we did call Allied Computers and with out delay he walked us throughthe issues and was prompt with his service. Thank you again for your service.

I had a problem with my laptop computer not being charged. I believed that the charge cable had stopped working. I was in school at the time, so had to set my computer aside until I had time to take it to get it fixed. The day I took it to allied computers, they were closed, but they did not turn me away. They took a look at my computer and determined that it had not been broken, and explained what had happened to give me that impression. They told me what to do if it happens again. Even though they were technically closed, they did not turn me away, and when they were done, they didnt charge me anything. That is customer service that is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Allied Computers.

My experience was GREAT! I worked with Paul he was very helpful, understanding and did NOT make me feel stupid for not being a computer expert. He got my computer up and running, gave great advice, and even went the extra mile to let me know I could bring my computer in and work on it and he would be their for any questions I may have. They fixed our computer while we waited. We left with it fixed within 20 minutes, and they were very reasonably priced. They didnt try to upsell us anything. We will definitely use them again in the future.
