WASTE of TIME! I had an appointment 3xs and walked out with the same problem. Cracked phone screen iPhone 12 ProMax $699.00 cost plus you need to leave the phone with them for 5 days so they can get the parts.
Horrible service. After waiting a month for the remote engine start installation. They told me i was missing items that they were suppose to supply me when i purchased the kit. THEY GAVE ME NO KIMD OF REIMBURSEMENT for the inconvenience and i had to wait another month to get it installed.

4 weeks into a broken phone. 2 visits 3 phone calls to the 1800 number no resolution. I pay monthly for geek squad protection, they will send you back and forth until you just decide to get another phone. All 5 times I was told my phone qualifies for Express replacement but the system wont allow them to send a replacement so Im left high and dry.

In order to resolve a problem, one must discuss the problem. Hung up on me twice and left on hold for 10 minutes the third time, then hung up on. I simply wanted a quote to install an SSD in my desktop.I cant vouch for their technical acumen, but their customer service skills appear to be nill.Im going to a local shop instead.
