Even though they could not help me they were quite friendly.

Ive dealt with Custom for years. I recently had Custom build me a pc with a solid-state hard drive and a big monitor. Im thrilled with it. Theyve always done good repair work for me, too.

They were amazing! Fixed my computer super fast and now its running perfectly. Ill use them always for any computer problems I have in the future.

Absolutely terrible experience. Stay away! The owner, David Williamson, is a pompous windbag who will try to screw you over and spite you and offer you excuses as to why hes doing it. Never coming back here and I will warn everybody I know to stay away as well. Ill get my repairs and parts from somewhere more reputable in the future.

Stay away from this business. They are scammers. I had them replace a hard drive on my computer and it went bad in less than a month. They supposedly have a warranty on their work but still wanted to charge for the shotty work they did in the first place. The owner David Williamson cant even keep his lies straight when he is trying to justify his charges. he had then told me to shut up specifically and let him talk. Told me the hard drive was a no charge but the labor to transfer data was. So I told him to put the hard drive in and give me the computer. He then tried to tell his employee to put the broken hard drive in and take out the new. THIS GUY SUCKS!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!
