Robert Jones has maintained my heating and cooling system for the last 15 years. During this time, he never missed an appointment nor was he late for one.This year it was time to replace my 30 year old system. I wanted high efficiency units and Robert guided me through the selection process. He told me which units to avoid because of their costly maintenance histories. He also gave me pricing and efficiency data that allowed me to decide if I wanted to spend considerable sums for small efficiency gains.Robert and his son Cody did an outstanding job at replacing my system for a very reasonable price. The new units work well and are much quietier than the old system. I am completely satisfied with the job.I will remain a customer for as long as Robert and his son are in business.

Cody and his dad worked us into their schedule, they came late and put our interests ahead of their own. Good people, hard working and fair. Highly recommend this organization.

This is a great company. Honest, respectful, and trustworthy. We used them when my mother needed a new central air unit for the downstairs, and my furnace needed a new electrical board. They came out the same day I called, and had the jobs complete within a couple days! We will be calling them again to do maintenance on our furnaces before winter. I highly recommend this company!

Robert and his son have been my heating and air repair team since 2011. They are both good honest men who do excellent work. They installed a furnace for me in 2011 and it has been a godsend. They are more than reasonable on price and they respond quickly when needed. Just like a family Doctor, Dentist or barber I cant imagine anyone other than Robert doing my heating and air work for me. Please give them a call and I know you will feel the same after you see their work.

I had this company install an air unit in the winter. Cody said he would come back this summer and do warranty paperwork and start up the unit. I am having problems with my unit. I have made several calls to them but none of my calls have been returned. I cannot reccomend Robert Jones heating and air due to the fact that they have not followed through with what they promised and they are not answering my calls to fix my AC.

Fast to call back, very knowledgeable, and super nice. 2nd time I’ve used them for service and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them. Thank you

They work hard everyday. And they get the job done. They look for the problem then fix it. And they fix it right the first time.

I would not reccomend these guys at all. They have been doing my service for the last 3 years and the quality of service gets worse each time. They are unreasonably expensive. They are very un organized. Now they raise their prices for no reason. Robert gave me a quote last year. When I recently called him and told him i think he can do better on the price he said the price is going up because that quote was given last year. I have been a loyal customer for years and they have never once told me theres a time frame on quotes. I think they should do the install at the original agreed price and eat the cost. Once given a price it should stay that way. I will not use or reccomend this business to Anyone.

Cody came to my house and fixed my air conditioner and he was very polite and fixed the problem quickly and thoroughly and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Robert Jones Heating & Air.

I cant begin to describe what a positive experience had with these folks. On time as scheduled. Very professional. But the best part about it was they could have ripped me off and said I needed a new unit, however 1 pipe wrap and a thorough cleaning later my a/c was running like new and ice cold again. A buddy of mine also had work done (a replacment of a unit) and they came in almost 15% cheaper than the competitors. I would reccomend this company for any heating and cooling issues you may have. They definately earned a customer for life when they came to my home.

Did a great job for a very reasonable price! I was especially impressed because Corey called and told my husband (who was out of town when they installed our new furnace) how to go about getting a frame for replacement filters that was, unfortunately, too expensive to be included in the quoted price. They went above and beyond the call, and I would recommend them to anyone. My husband and F-I-L (who used to own an HVAC business himself) were prepared to buy a new furnace online and install it themselves, but Robert Jones HVAC gave us such a good price that it wouldve been silly not to take it.
