I have used Blue and Gray twice within the last 3 months. I AM SO PLEASED!! The home we purchased many years ago was not properly or professionally taken care of. The County Inspector would not pass the installation of a new stove until certain things were brought up to code. Blue and Gray worked this in that day and brought it up to code as well as taking care of issues with our breaker box!! Our County Inspector was very impressed.Recently we had occasion to use them again-another interesting issue with the installation of a GFI plug. Tony investigated, repaired, and had everything taken care of promptly! We are extremely pleased with this company and their personnel.

We have used Blue & Gray over the past few years for numerous projects — both big and small— and have always been more than satisfied with their work. Tony and his team are always friendly, professional, personable, accommodating, and most importantly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Our latest project — the replacement of our 1962 electric cooktop — proved to be a little more challenging than we anticipated, but Blue and Gray went above and beyond to make sure our cooktop was installed on the same day they came out — making a few electric modifications and even removing cabinet doors and cutting out a portion of our countertop to make our new appliance fit. They even took it upon themselves to clean the countertop where our old cooktop had been before installing the new one. We will continue to use Blue & Gray for all of our future electrical needs.

I called this company about an electrical junction box issue that my wall oven connects to. The lady on the phone spoke in a rude tone and said that they were booked until September (Im calling in June). I indicated that I need help sooner than that and she proceeded to say that They dont do appliances anyway. I tried to explain that this was not an oven issue, but an electrical issue and had an appliance repairman tell me I needed an electrician. I do not recommend this company as they were rude and unprofessional.

No showed the morning of the scheduled estimate, called instead. He had already called earlier in the week to ask questions, then at the appointment time called to ask the same questions and gave us an estimate followed by If youre lucky. I was raised by a master carpenter, I dont hire companies who give estimates sight unseen. Found a local family electrician who completed the work for $150 less than this phone quote, and did keep his in person appointment.Edit: My apologies Sir, it did take a full 3 minutes for me to respond to your text, you are correct. You see I had changed my entire schedule to accommodate the appointment, and as I was logging on to telework for the day, while also logging in my 2 elementary aged children to their virtual classes, I did set my cell phone down. Blue and gray was fast to get me on their schedule and then so helpful in installing and changing out a ceiling fan. Guys were able to explain to me what went wrong with broken fan to warrant replacing. Professional service and will definitely be coming back if I need another electrician!

Called them when we needed the outlet changed for our new dryer. Great service. Would definitely use them again.

Absolutely a great experience. I received 4 different quotes 2 have a Spa hardwired for 220v and Blue & Gray was very well priced, very timely, and also very professional. Tony was able to start a few days later, ( a week before any of the others.) They did a great job and went above and beyond by adding 2 additional outlets, which were not part of the bid. Also, I had several other electrical issues throughout the house and they fixed very quickly without any up charge. They have earned my business for any future jobs and I 100% recommend them.

I had a thermostat replaced and they were amazing. They even cleaned the unit that has never been cleaned. 😳

Tony did a great job addressing our electrical issues. We needed a GFI outlet installed for our washing machine, main electrical box coming into the house needed to be resealed, and had a grounding issue in one of our rooms which needed to be fixed. I highly recommend Blue and Gray and the price was very reasonable.

Great guys, very personable, brought everything they needed and got the job done quick and right. Wired a new water heater from the fuse box to the water heater. They came up with a plan and executed it without a bunch of bs. Would highly recommend!

Tony has serviced our heat pump twice this year, once giving it a much needed overhaul and tune up, and once fixing a blown motor after a lightning storm. Both times the work has been done skillfully and quickly, both times coming in under the price we had been expecting. Called him for an emergency job that was going to take 16 hours. We were from out of state at an off site location in winchester. Tony and his crew came out and did Excellent work!! I would hire this company back 10 out of 10 times, no questions asked.

Tony does great work, is reasonably priced, and is very accomodating. Hes been to my house a few times for various issues, including replacing electrical fixures, moving a hot water heater, and tending to the HVAC unit in the crawl space. He cleans up after himself which is no longer the norm, and he arrives when he says he will. Ill use Blue and Grey again; its nice to support a locally owned and operated business - espeically one thats so homeowner friendly.

Left a message with details of what I needed in the morning and never heard anything back. When I called back that afternoon I was told that they were waiting for me to call for an appt, who knew? Theyre scheduling a month out, so I hope an emergency doesnt arise. I just need to figure out why two outlets arent working and why the breaker wasnt tripped.
