RV blew a belt Sunday morning en route from South Carolina to Upstate New York. They were courteous, honest, and extremely helpful. We were literally stranded until a belt could be found. They hooked me up with towing, even suggested a rental car place nearby, and were very easy to work with. We attempted to work with a competitor, who never returned our calls and were not helpful at all. Highly recommend Winchester Truck Repair!!

On a Wednesday, June 2021: Level 1 inspection at SB scales revealed a cracked spring leaf on tractor. Called them and Logan said it might be Friday before work could begin. What can ya do besides wait, right. Well, about an hour later Ben (shop supervisor) called back and said Get up here. Ill try to start this evening. Sure enough, he did better than that. He replaced it by 8 PM 👏😳 Logan priced the repair at a very helpful cost. Nothing but great things to say about my experience.

The mechanic (Guy) his real name deserves a promotion. He was awesome. Hard working and patient explaining to me. Over all a great place for drivers in need of mechanical work !!!!!

Had a driver at the Winchester scaled with a flat on the left rear inside the came and changed the tire charged us $552.00 for a service call and a $50.00 recap that would barely pass inspection and with a nail in it. If that is the way you do business we will never be using you again i hope people read this and not use you as well

Great service from the technicians to the receptionist. Would not mind taking my truck back there for servicing. They have definitely been added as a favorite on my mechanic list on the road.

I came in due to derate issues with my 15 Cascadia. They went ahead and did a full check up on the truck since I just bought it in June. They found a ton of issues and were able to replace almost all of it under warranty. Saved me thousands of dollars in repairs. Very honest and professional. Couldn’t jack up a loaded lowboy to change a flat. Argued with me that machine must be unloaded to be able to change and that they didn’t hav 6 jacks to do so dispatch had tech leave the job when I was on my way back to help and didn’t tell me. I called loves and tire tech came right out and changed tire with 1 jack like a tire tech should with no problems. As everyone knows blowouts and flats occur everyday on loaded lowboys and they get fixed with no problems. I will not call again if I’m in the area

Broke down 1/2 mile from this place when hi/lo valve went out. Got in was diagnosed quick. Had to wait on freightliner for parts but the guys were friendly, professional, and knowlegable. They did a couple other things except the valve. Was very happy with the results and price was right about where I thought it was gonna be. Thanks WTR!!

Very knowledgeable folks, good communication & manners. They got me into the bay as soon as I pulled in. They fixed my problem right away, too; young mechanic but obviously very experienced. Restrooms are clean, even. EZ on/off the interstate and BTW they are on the SE side of the street (as of 2016) in back of Ward.

In the beginning of the service I was disapointed because They tell us either wait till the next day or we can go ourselves to get the compressor because they didnt have a personnel to get it. So because we dont want to waited we went to get the part 45 miles one way and 45 miles back.Then when we back it was new shift.Was Naly nice girl she make me feel at home . LOVE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!! state trooper stopped my driver put him out of service for numerous things. Call them to ask price and service charge they were reasonable and fair help the driver and even some thing the state trooper said were wrong were check and they found nothing wrong. Very prompt to get there and even a second truck came out to help super friendly guys and sale rep who answered was very understanding and nice. These guys are top notch bar none. I called them in a panick along I 81 we was out there very fast (imo) he even called to let me know what was going on when it took a little longer then expected. they did everything in there power to get me running again. They repaired my trailer quickly.

They tried to fix something on my truck that should take about an hour to fix, and they did it in about an hour, but when they finished the job wasnt done right. i had to pay a different mechanic $350 to correct the problem these guys could figure out or fix. personally, id use them only if i really had to.

They promised to start working on my truck when I got there in the afternoon. Then they called me at closing time and said they werent able to get to it but said they would start on it first thing in the morning. When I got there mid-morning they said that they couldnt get on it right away. Finally about lunch time they diagnosed the problem is a bad injector. We got the part and they installed it but then were unable to program the ECM with the new trim codes. They still charged full price even though they werent able to program the computer.

Very good people, good prices. I would highly recommend.

Update 5/2020New Employee JoeKnows what he’s doing.Fix my truck And went above and beyond.In Person Repairs Recommended.Also got the Cheapest Tires in the area thatAre just a good a STTC Tire Around the Corner.Would go here rather than InternationalAnd the Freightliner in Winchester.12/2019Attitude are horrible if the are questioned.Been there 4 Times.Sent in a driver with a Air Leak under the coolant tank.They fix an leak on the main line and missedThe one I sent it in there for.Truck broke down 10min after the truck left,They sent road service out and miss diagnosedThe Leak.Wanted $1,200 on a $250 part.I set the truck in the fuel station.Come to find out,after the part was $50.Also they quoted 6hrs on a 1hr Job.Then forgot,the driver was there they next day,Because I refused to pay there road call in whichI ended up paying them $150.Turns out it was a $5 Airline Patch Job.The Next morning the driver woke up to full AirPressure without a fix, and drove it to another shop in the same area.Mind you it was could and shop demanded towFirst,then after we found out the Tow companiesWhere working on a turn over they wanted the $1,200.So I spent $500 with then and still had the leak.Spent $5,plus $105 for the Service at the Competition and it was fixed.Saved $1,200.O and the wanted $250 for a $50 part,Forgot the driver was there the next day and after 2-3 hoursOn the phone I figured out the part was universal, and it was $50 at Napa where the getAll there parts.They said they where gonna raise the price of the part from Napa too are I told her I discovered the Universal off Brand part.They also want $150 to get the $250 part that was really $50,and first thing she say to me isIs it gonna be higher when we get the partThey are Horrible, and Disrespectful,Cheats.Run is its anything other then a Tire.Check the truck Twice and couldnt find theLeak,tyres to steal $1,200,and got the nerve toSay we gonna raise the price if we get the part.How you gonna raise a $50 part to $250.Runnnmmnnnnn.........
