These guys are the best. Honest service. Never hidden charges. I was paying more then the going rate after oil prices dropped, they worked to lower my rate. I had one bad tech come out and heard weird noises from my boiler after. They promptly sent another tech Brian who was exceptional. I have used them for years and everyone (except that one guy) has been wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable about my complex heating system.

Really not happy with them. I started with Federal Heat. Hasnt been the same since Townsend bought them out. Customer service is embarrassing lacking. Tried to discuss with them, but they didnt even hear what I was saying. Will be leaving them when my contract is up.

Townsend Energy has provided prompt service with a smile. Everyone I have dealt with from service department and install department has been great. They explain any issues and give a solution, which is exactly what i need when I am running a job site.

We are having a very hot weekend. We woke up this morning and realized that our ac unit upstairs for the bedrooms is not working. We called and reported he issue, Gregory came very quickly and was able to Identified the issue and fix it very quickly too. We are very happy with the service received. Thank you!

I have always been thoroughly satisfied with the service performed by Greg Delgado of Townsend Energy. Hes on time, thorough, clean and knows the equipment inside out. He provides information about the system in terms that are clear to me and offers advice on how I might make sure that I do what I can do to maintain it such as changing filters, etc. I always ask for Greg and Townsend always finds a way to have him service my heating system.

Doug was terrific. Competent, courteous and an all-round good guy. Glad he also happens to be an Ipswich neighbor. Highly recommended!

As always technician was professional, pleasant,capable and courteous. Been with Townsend almost 40 years and would not change. I know if I have a problem even at 3am Townsend will send someone to fix it.

Last Monday my AC stopped working so I called Townsend Energy and they had someone out that afternoon. Joe showed up at my door and worked tirelessly to get me back up he was phenomenal. He got me up and running and told me I needed a new AC. Today Kevin, from sales, showed up and explained my options and did everything in his power to make me feel comfortable that not only will he make sure that my new AC will be more efficient and will make my house comfortable while keeping my current AC up and running in the mean time. Townsend just brought their A team to reset my 1000 lb propane tank in my back yard. Dug up the tank, reset it, put all dirt back and seeded it...all in about 5 hours. Super professional, clean and efficient. Couldn’t be happier. Great coordination before hand as well...Joe Gurry, nice job!

Mike explained everything he was doing in detail and was very knowledgeable about the system. He was also very neat and cleaned up after his job was complete.

Called Townsend about faulty thermostat in the morning. Within 45 minutes, Brian was at our door. He replaced our thermostat. He was very patient explaining the controls and programming options on the new unit. Great job!!

Chris Govostes did a great job, thorough and clean. Made me aware of what repair may not be covered by the service plan (a faucet) and made preventative recommendations, which I am thankful of. Ill ask for Chris on my next service call.

Mike came and did our job. He was prompt, polite and very helpful and made sure that I was comfortable and knew about the propane shut off valve on our large tank.

I was very impressed with Townsends responsiveness and professionalism related to various service calls. They were there immediately when we had a gas leak. When we needed to connect our gas fire pit to our propane tank they coordinated having the inspector out on a timely basis and they were there immediately when we needed them to connect the gas line. I cant say enough how happy I was with the service that Joe and his team of Tom and Nick provided me. They were courteous, professional and responded to my needs on a timely basis. Greg came today for my scheduled old burner yearly tune up. When he saw the air conditioner pump attached to my furnace was not working properly (water on the floor), he called the Townend office, left to pick up a replacement pump, installed it efficiently and then tuned up my burner. He was a gentleman throughout and Im so happy to have my air conditioner working properly for the 4th of July holiday weekend. THANK YOU GREG!
