I’m giving this 4 stars because it took 6 hours to get my waverunner towed. I understand this was a rarity but that long of a wait was certainly not optimal. However, their customer service definitely earned them these stars. Jeremy was awesome, professional, and very kind. Keep up the great customer service

Got towed in last summer from 20 miles offshore of WB. Very fast and professional service. My wife and I were impressed at how quickly they got to us. They got us home safely too. Tip to all boaters -- buy a towing plan! Our tow from 20 miles offshore would have been over $1,000. I hope that I dont need these guys again, but if I do, I know that theyll get us home. Thanks again guys!
