When I was in need of a repair and no other shop was willing to work me in for a 1 hour repair, called Jason and he said bring it over, very knowledgeable mechanic jumped right on it as soon as I arrived and I was up and running in 1 hour and was charged a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. We need more shops in the country that are as professional, friendly and take as much pride in thier work. Thanks to all of you at Portside !!

Amazing company! Jason went above and beyond to provide us not only excellent auto service but peace of mind. He and his company are something straight out of Mayberry! They made a really, REALLY bad situation bearable. The only bad thing about them is they arent in Alabama! I hope we never break down again but if we do, I hope its in Wilmington NC. Five stars isnt enough, if I could give them 10 I would.

If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars I would.Had a chronic overheating issue on my Acert CAT 1000 miles from home, Chris identified the problem as a faulty radiator and fixed it. The very next day the fan broke and took out the Brand new radiator. Portside went above and beyond again and got me back on the road the very same day.
