These fine folks towed my car from the marina I’m a member and have a parking pass! However, the tag will not stay on the rear view mirror due to the cameras, etc. in that area. The tag was present but “not visible enough” so the driver hauled us out of our own marina! Now, they demand we pay $150 for their mistake and recommend we make sure it’s visible. Nothing like dealing with a company that can’t admit this wasn’t our fault and offer to charge half or nothing since we were legally parked!!

Great service! My car needed a jump so I called Howards. Two gentlemen came out in about 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable.

DO NOT go here for ANY reason unless you want them to loose your car keys, come 4 hours late, and overcharge you $500+ for towing after an accident. This place is run by a money hungry criminal with a list of felonies on his resumé. Do your research and stay away if you want to save your money and time!

There great! The really take care of you when you need a tow. The gave me and my family a ride to our mechanic to get our car fixed. The were so sweet and nice I highly recommend them!

While trying to find out rates on my vehicle. ..staff refused to call me back. Communication is very poor. ..Im hopeful that it gets better.

If i could rate lose i would. I called before i got there and the woman said she was there and that’s it be 300 dollars cash to get my car after they towed me while i was at work and parked in the parking lot were told to use, I get there and nobody was there after I called ten times she answered and said she left and to wait ten minutes, nobody came for an hour. terrible service.

Begin rant: I parked next to my work building which was apparently part of the old kmart parking lot. There is one sign at the front entrance but I came in from the side entrance and saw no signs at all for no parking. I called the number provided and came to the address she told me. Once there, in a really bad part of town, there was no one in sight and some man told me I had to call the number on the fence. Called again and they said to wait there and someone would be right there. ONE HOUR I waited out in the 30 degree weather in a bad part of town just On the side of the road. Finally a man came and when I asked why the price was so ridiculously high (235 dollars) and he told me he had no idea he’s just the errand boy. He didn’t take any cards and I didn’t have change and told me I could go to the nearest store to get change. I had already been waiting in the cold long enough and pissed I had to pay the high price and almost just drove my car away. horrible business

Predatory. Sleezeball. Rap sheet a mile long on assault among others. Thinks the Law doesnt apply to him. Only good review for this guy is obviously a family member. He should be in prison. He simply has a good Attorney.

Howards Towing has the best towing prices as well as friendly service always there when you need them good people to count on for all your Towing needs

Worst customer service ever. Point blank. They are taking advance of people. $200 for a tow? Is absurd most large companies dont even charge that much. His reasoning for towing was such garbage. The woman that was there with the man had this smirk which was annoying when I asked why my boyfriends car was towed, she must think ripping off people is funny? Which Im going to have the last laugh, Im reporting them to the local police to investigate them. :)

Worst experience ever. The staff is incredibly rude and confrontational I wouldnt recommend using them at all. Id prefer walking over dealing with those jerks.

Worst place ever, Had daughters car towed on Monday it was a Holiday, so I was unable to get to the bank. I paid for My fee on 2/25/15. Was to have car brought to my home on that same day, but it was not until the next day at noon. When he brought the car it has more damage. When Confronted about it he denied it and got very hostile. He then took my car hap haphazardly put it back on life and took off with my car that I had already paid for and barreled out my yard, the result was my car being drug down he road and then dropped off the truck all together. What I was going to be able to fix is now gone as the whole underside of the car is damaged. I am going to pursue both criminal and civil charges against him.

Dishonest and fraudulent. And rude on top of that. Avoid them at all costs

EXTORTIONISTS! They towed us from the Kmart parking lot, which has ONE sign we didnt see because of a tree. These guys wouldnt let us in the lot to even SEE our car without a $35 fee, and then told us it would be $250 to get our car back! I wish there was a way to rate lower than one star!

Yep, $200 if you get towed. And they dragged it with the emergency brake on.

Charged me 200 to tow when I was in a bad situation and didnt have any choice. We were already hard off this month and now I dont have money for rent, let alone the car repairs I now need. No compassion here.

My boyfriends car was gutted when it got towed here and the company has claimed they took it out because the owner asked ... What bullshit . The owner and employees are corrupt and steal from their own lot . Call the police if these people so much as even touch your car
