First thing on a beautiful Saturday morning we lost steering on boat off of Wrightsville beach. Been boating for years and never used Sea Tow, but when Captain Ryan answered us on the radio I knew this was the best money ever spent. Captain Ryan showed up in minutes and took us straight back home to the dock. Even put the boat into the lift for us. Best money ever spent having a Sea Tow membership if you don’t have it get it! I cant think of a better group of people that I would have in our location to work with us. They are always so helpful on the waterway, checking in on you if they think youre stranded. My grandson Kai just wants to work with them and have Finn and their boat. I seriously just love all of them. It feels so good knowing that we have Seatow when on the water. That I know in an emergency, they will be right there. Even when not they are right there. Great job Seatow with hiring some of the best that you could possibly find!

Chris went way above and beyond to get our disabled boat to the ramp and onto our trailer. He even freed our frozen brakes on the trailer in the pouring rain. Highly recommend Chris and his Sea Tow Family.

Wouldnt you know -- out on the boat, calm waters & good friends when 20 min North of the Wrightsville drawbridge the power steering goes out on your craft. Rats! But look ahead and theres the angel in the water; its SeaTow.. Within minutes youre hooked up and gently towed back to a repair port. Thanks to the smart decision I made months earlier, my membership is acknowledged and the receipt has all Zeros. Had I not made that smart decision, the 30 min ride back to port would have cost hundreds plus the added embarrassment from my passengers. Yay SeaTow!
