My car broke down in the middle of Market Street at 5:00 p.m. on Friday night. Traffic was terrible and I was nervous. Offroad Towing saved the day for me - the young man was very courteous and assured me he would get me and my car out of harms way - and he did just that. I was impressed - he was fast and professional.

Got locked out of my vw golf, they arrived promptly and took care of me!

Got our Zforce 800T stuck in mud over the weekend. After HOURS of trying to free it, I called the first off-road towing company that came up on google. I spoke to Ryan and explained everything we had tried. He told us to put it on its side and put wood under the tires and that should work. Waited for some friends to arrive, we did what Ryan said and it came free in 10 minutes. He even reached out later to check on us. He was a great help!

Worst ever. Towed my car in from accident. Were to take to collision center. I had to repeatedly call them as 5 days went by and still not a collision center. They finally admitted they were waiting for insurance check to come for towing!! Meanwhile 7 days of storage charges. Racketeers!

If I could leave no stars I would. Very unprofessional and I felt taken advantage of.
