Your company is nothing but a rip off. You are towing peoples cars in the middle of the night and you dont even have the courtesy to knock on their door to see if the car belongs to them. I dont know how people like you can sleep well at night but in the long run when its all said and done you will be the one that suffers. My GOD does not like people like you and you will suffer.

Not only was the guy disrespectful but then bold face lied about towing a vehicle. It’s amazing when you show him the gps on your vehicle and lies about towing a truck and trailer. Yet still wants to charge full price when he lied about how the vehicle was towed. This is a shady business and even if I need something towed on someone I didn’t like I wouldn’t use this company!!!

Unprofessional and rude. I couldn’t find the business, so I called to ask where it was located. The guy who answered was SO rude, and acted like I was stupid for not being able to spot a sign that is not only the height of a car, but I also BLOCKED BY CARS IN THE LOT. They towed a car from a -permanent renter- in a condo complex. And charge $250 to get your car back. They shouldn’t even be in business, let alone be able to charge such a ridiculous fee.GARBAGE LOCAL BUSINESS.

I’ve had my car that is registered to my apartments complex twice now. These people are rude and the man on the phone acted as if he didn’t even want to tell me they have my car. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They’ll tow anything no matter what. Just to get a quick dollar. Be careful parking in Wilmington. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

All I can say is modern day piracy.. they don’t contact you to say they have your car .. they hold your car hostage and tack daily fees cash only very crooked.. was operating without a license.. got caught used several different names got caught .. sells your car for his own profit.. very belligerent and a bully to woman.

Such a scam!!! Towed my car with a pass in it. Once I found the office I noticed smelled like marijuana inside. The man inside was dirty and didnt say anything. Plus wasnt wearing a mask while I was inside paying. 250 dollars for them to drag my brand new tires out of the spot I had a pass for. This is the kind of business that could use a negative star rating.

They towed our car after us having permission to park in a certain place then gonna charge us 40 extra dollars everyday on top of $200. And RUDE!!!

Won’t be back to Carolina Beach. I’ve never been towed until now after years of coming here. This beach just isn’t day trip friendly anymore. $250 for a tow for parking somewhere I have for years. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

I would say the reviews speak for themselves when it comes to this company, but let’s not even mention the rude owner who acted like it was so hard for him to give directions over the phone while my friend was trying to locate where her car was. Absolutely horrible customer service. Lastly, how do you tow a car from a residential parking area that clearly has the parking pass displayed inside the car if you would have actually took 5 seconds to do your job and I don’t know maybe LOOK? And then to charge an absurd amount of $250 to get the car back? All I can say is scam.

Scam artist alive & well in Carolina Beach! We hasnt even been in town (visiting) for more then 3 hours before our car was towed!! The man who released our car didnt say anything to us but mumbled under his breath as we were leaving. Hope they realize the effects this plays om tourism, we wont be back to carolina beach after this experience

I was very disappointed with experience. I parked my car to visit with friend after 1am and came out at 7 am to find car gone. It was first time visiting and was unaware of sign posted at entrance regarding towing. I was in a visitor parking with multiple vacancies. I realize they have policy but felt somewhat harsh considering circumstances. Cost was, $200 cash to get car back next morning at 9 am with receipt saying car was abandoned.

This place is THE WORST. Who tows a permanent resident’s vehicle with the pass in the front seat and charges the $250 for it? I hope your business fails miserably. Will be posting on every site available. DO NOT USE THIS “BUSINESS”.

It was the most humiliating and terrifying experience ever now I understand what my parents felt with during the civil rights movement I was bullied yelled at and they even called the police to deal with “people like me” I was in tears when my husband came home to this man berating me then locked the door with my insulin case and supplies in the car I was terrified at pickup and the son treated me like I was an alien or I didn’t belong inside of the establishment and refused to speak to my husband at all when he asked a question about the lot fees told him it was none of his business and he is not authorized to speak to him . I wouldn’t want anyone to be subjected to such disrespect and berating

Terrible company and people! Towed an elderly mans car out of a handicap parking spot stating there was no parking pass! Charged 200 to bring the car not even 2 miles up the road. Let me say this company is unprofessional as can be! Your really out here saving the day towing 80 year old mans car and over charging him! Bravo

Towed my car and then charge me 235 to get it back before 9 and 200 to get it back after nine they make they own prices gouging during the pandemic sad the whole company rude and disrespectful something needs to be done

This company is horrible. My parking pass was clearly displayed in the cup holder and they towed a rented golf cart and saying I now owe $250. Telling me that the pass was not in the cart. I know for 100% fact it was in there. All they are doing is trying to make money off of people. The lady on the phone was so rude and so was the guy that towed it. Got in my husbands face while they were talking.

Towed my car when I forgot to put my pass in (yes my fault) and I find out it costs me $250 to get it back! I showed up the next day, Friday, at 2pm and they were closed for the weekend!!!! Supposed to be open 9-5.

Currently planning with one of my good friends, a judge of NHC to sue this company. They illegally towed my car after I have audio proof of their employee telling me once before that the specific space I parked in was a 2 hr space, but when I parked there again said it wasn’t and I needed a pass. The. When I called the owner told me I was wrong and that it wasn’t and was very rude to me. The space clearly said visitor and had a pole that is supposedly a two hour space marker but the employee told me once before that the sign was damaged, but it was still a two hour space. So I will surely be taking this matter up with the court house. They charged me 200 to get my car out. This is the second time this has happened and I sent pictures of the space along with audio recordings to the judge and he said they were clearly in the wrong. This company is the worst group of people to deal with. If I could give them no stars at all it’d still be dishonest because this business should be shut down immediately not only because of illegal towing but also because of the way they talk to and deal with people. My judge friend said that this isn’t the first time he heard about this company and that each one of the employees will get a background check because this company has had a lot of reports filed against them.

My son had an accident and we had to end up towing his car twice on the same day to two different locations! The ladies and gentleman at Rosaks were SUPER friendly and were able to help out within an hour of me stopping by the office and then calling them later that afternoon. They made it so easy AND they were very affordable. Thank you guys! You really took some of the stress out of our situation!! If I ever need towing again, I have you in my contacts first to call!

Very rude and are harassing my bf they towed his car from a place that was public and does not enforce towing we know because we talked to the manager of the store and they said they didnt call them and there are no signs they will be hearing from our lawyer

Awesome family owned business. Their drivers are always polite and courteous.

My son drives semi and was close to home. Parked his trailer at Walmart, as he does every town he goes, cause there is no where to park it at my apt complex and Rosaks towed it! There were 3 other trailers sitting there when he parked and were still there the next day but only his was towed! The signs for towing warning were no where close to where he dropped the trailer! This cost him hours and stress when the trailer was not in anyones way! Atleast you could have had the courtesy to call the company LISTED ON THE TRAILER so they could have contacted my son to go and get the trailer instead of putting MONEY IN YOUR POCKET!! ABSOLULETLY just horrible company!

Doesn’t even deserve one star. These people illegally towed my vehicle. My pass was on my dashboard. They also broke into my vehicle and left it unlocked. They refused my money back after the owner walked to my Vehicle and saw the pass clear as day. They were all rude and clearly under the influence of drugs.

The guy(Terry) is the rudest individual I have ever spoken to over the phone. He’s ignorant and a liar saying they would be out on CALLS; but there are two women in the office. Evidently all the calls goes to his phone so he can tell everybody lies. I pray that God strike him with a devastating situation whether it’s personal, financial or business so he can feel the effects of his actions. It’s a wonder that he hasn’t been beat down by those he insults and sneak around towing cars parked legally. There’s a place in HELL for people like him, and I hope I get to see Karma bite him in his behind! I pray that it’s ten and even a hundred times worse. Nothing good ever comes to individuals like him. At least the women were much nicer and professional because he’s definitely unprofessional. If it was possible to give a negative star or less than a half of a star I would.

I normally would never take the time to post a review on google but my expierence with this company was so terrible the absolute worst I believe they stole 300+ dollars from me even though Dad denies it. The Dad and son work together to distract while son steals, they are the worst people I have ever met, the experience disgust me please keep yourself and items safe and far away from them.
