This the Worst Company ever they make this state look bad, they find pleasure in ruining peoples day they have no costumers courtesy they have the police wrapped around they lil fingers all those workers and the police are a waste of time The police give them more of a leeway to act upon their so called rules and pointless procedures my tax dollars paying police to not have no understanding police should have a say so in stuff like this especially if my car got paid for and I have several proof for it. This business needs to get shut down immediately. All they want to do is hold your car to resell it.

It was the most humiliating and terrifying experience ever now I understand what my parents felt with during the civil rights movement I was bullied yelled at and they even called the police to deal with “people like me” I was in tears when my husband came home to this man berating me then locked the door with my insulin case and supplies in the car I was terrified at pickup and the sone treated me like I was an alien or I didn’t belong inside of the establishment I do not recommend this place of business at all

Face mask to enter and i went and got a face mask...after i entered with my face mask .....two other guys behind me enters without a facemask and nothing was said ......Robert Rosack was disrespectful and became hostile and told me not to come back.....due to the fact i spoke up about what witness and i had to ask for the key to the vehicle more than oncei do not recommend this company to anyone .....waste of space ..... because i didnt have a rollback or a tow truckand i was unable to drive it off the property...soo i called a tow truck guy to get the car and when he arrived he drove it off the property nothing was said....he was a Caucasian male.....we all clearly know whats going on .....group of bad individuals

If I can give a 0 this is the most unprofessional business in Wilmington. Any time you have deputies states they are unprofessional and an off duty police officer sees it. Avoid at all cost!!! You will definitely have less heartburn and heartache not dealing with ignorance and ignorant people!!!!

Poor customer service skills over the phone, very rude. I spoke with two ladies the first was really nice and attempted to help. The second was very short and unknowledgeable about towing services

Very rude and unprofessional. Absolutely no compassion or sympathy. Cussed at my mother and hung up on her. Told her that if she got sick because the car her meds were in (NOT hers) was repossessed it was their problem and she should go to the doctor.

Friendly people, but put a baseball size dent In my truck which now I have to file a claim very disappointed they damaged a 30,000 truck that had no prior dents
