I called to have a tire changed after a blowout and the tow truck and Jose showed up in ten minutes! Im not kidding! It blew my mind how quickly they got there and got me back on the road again. My hats off to National Auto Movers. Thank you gentlemen.

But the law clearly states only Wilmington Police, using the citys authorized tow company, can tow a vehicle from public property. Neither were involved in the towing of Grants 2008 Honda Accord.

I cannot say enough good things about this tow company. I have a bed bound mother who needs constant care and she has a handicap spot in front of her apt dedicated to her specific apartment for nurses and I to park for Dr. Appts, groceries, wash ect. There are tons of people who park there CONSTANTLY who do not belong. If someone is parked there I simply text the tow company and within MINUTES they are taking that car from the spot. Its great to know I have someone I can depend when I need them. I recommend anyone needing a great tow company to call them!

I just bought an older model car and had it parked at my apartment. The vehicle needed some brake work done that I was planning to do later in the week. Unfortunately, I guess the neighbors saw it sitting there and decided they would tamper with the car. The vandals took my Temp Tag and physically pushed the car out into the middle of the parking lot and left it there. Auto Movers came to tow the vehicle because it was illegally parked.I didn’t discover this until morning when I went to go to work and found the car missing...long story short, I called Auto Movers they told me they had the car, I explained to them that the car was vandalized and my apartment complex leasing office had it all on video. Auto Movers offered to tow the car back to my apartment free of charge! I agreed and the vehicle was returned to me safely. I really appreciate the service I received from Auto Movers. If I ever had a problem with another vehicle of mine I will for sure use/recommend these guys. I had a negative experience with National Auto Movers that they turned to a positive one by returning my car, however this time there is absolutely no reason for the tow, my vehicle should have never been touched by this tow company. I have a legal authorized permit with the sticker in the rear windshield as ordered. Legally parked in an authorized parking spot. Why after owning this Subaru for about four years you now you tow my vehicle. I feel like this is a predatory company that targets certain vehicles with no just cause. I could possibly lose my job over this today. I will have to beg my boss not to fire me because of something National Auto Movers has done. You have caused me much pain and suffering today National Auto Movers.

I am so grateful for this agency for not towing my car on this special day. I was parked in a towing zone at Dollar General because I needed to get a birthday card to make my daughters birthday complete. I hear the cashier say “somebody’s car is getting towed” I run out the store and explain that it was my daughters birthday and to please not tow my car. He said “just because it is your daughters birthday I will not tow your car but please do not park here. I was so happy cuz I definitely didn’t have $250 to give them. Thanks National Auto Movers.

The woman who answers the phone and takes your money is so unprofessional. In speaking to her about my car being towed, she does not like to be questioned and thinks you have no right in asking her about what happened, unless you agree with her. Then she has the nerve to tell me if I keep talking to her and debating on why this is not right on the fee, she says I will charge more if you keep asking. She obviously has no clue on how to treat people and thinks she can say and do whatever she wants without being accountable. Also, the tow truck driver would not release my car as a drop as they say so I could pay the $200.00. He purposely drove off to his shop so I would have to pay more which he never said. Then once I get there with the cash, because they wont take a credit card or check, she says now it is $380.00. What a crime and rip off. This has been reported to the Attorney Generals office and consumer affairs. If someone makes a mistake and gets their vehicle towed, that is one thing. But to rip off a consumer and think you can charge any amount on the fly and get away with it like you have no obligation to being fair to your customers, you will and are being reported! By the way, the guy named Douglas (last name or first), he was the only one that was professional and understanding. He is to good to work there and especially way better then that rude little girl.

New to the Area and recently got towed to this location. Initially spoke on the phone with the receptionist, initially we got off on the wrong foot and had a bad taste in my mouth. As I arrived to the location, I was greeted well and was handled with proper respect. I totally understand the initial attitude I received. I cant imagine how unpleasant people these companies have to deal with and how they are treated. I was in the wrong for parking poorly and will be more cautious next time. This is not an easy industry to work in, but I will totally use them again in case of emergencies.

Every company has room for improvement but overall the experience was above and beyond what I expected. I had my vehicle towed the repair shop and I made the mistake of telling them the wrong shop, they came and got the car and towed it to the right shop at no extra charge. The driver was very knowledgeable as my suv was all wheel drive and the lady I talked to on the phone was very understanding of my mistake and arranged the second tow in a fast and prompt manner. Thank you very much for the great experience that could of easily went in a different direction if I used another tow company. I recommend this place to all my friends and family, and based on their experience I haven’t received any complaints.

This place is a joke. I have recently had my vehicle towed because it was parked illegally. Sucks, but cool things happen. What I did not appreciate was the lack of simple Customer Service this place has. Miss receptionist lady should to learn how to talk to people on the phone. I was in need of a tow for my truck in Wilmington Delaware. National Auto Movers answered the phone right away and gave me a great deal on a 10 mile tow to Newark Delaware. The receptionist and driver were helpful and understanding of my emergency yesterday. I can not thank them enough! I will not hesitate to call them with any/all of my towing needs!

The worst example of a business ever! I called at 5 PM. I knew it was too good to be true when they said, they’ll be out there right away. My car broke down in the middle of 495, I waited there for an hour. They never returned any of my calls, finally, around 6:15 PM they called me. They asked, “Do you still need your car towed?” I can’t believe that they’re in business! Or how they have 3.8 stars! They must be having their family write them good reviews.

Had an unfortunate breakdown on the way home from work and called for tow services.... From the lady on the phone to the gentleman that helped us out getting my truck to the car shop, really 5 star service!!! Everyone was extremely helpful and nice!! Would recommend to anyone!!

My truck broke down on the side of 95 out of no where! I was alone with my 3 kids, the staff answered my call and sent a driver out right away. They recommended a shop for repair and my truck was fixed within the hour! The staff was so nice and friendly!

If I could gove 0 stars, I would. They towed my 2nd car from the apartment complex I live in. The customer service women were obnoxious and rude. Then they want to charge me $245+6days storage. I saw my car 3 days ago in its parking spot so how 6 days storage? They had no right to touch my car. And when they did, why was there no notice?

Jana parking enforcement which is part of this company....They towed my vehicle for suspicion of it being stolen due to it having my belongings in it and no cops were contacted. They then tell me it is crushed, I can give them 2000 dollars for a metal cube, and then told me that the car is New York.... now I’m being told it was abandoned and the cops inform me it was abandoned in 2013 (I didn’t get the car till 2016 from a dealership) now mind you there is a Lien on the title so that is all illegal.... I ask for the tow paperwork and they can’t provide it and they don’t have it supposedly. I have been trying to locate this damn car for a year going back and forth with this company and law enforcement. If your vehicle is towed don’t expect to see it again and you better hope none of your belongings are in the vehicle.... I’m sorry but both buildings are together and the office is the same location.

I needed a tow and I called National Auto Movers. When they answered the phone they were friendly and understanding of my situation. The driver told me he would be there within 25 minutes and made it there in 15 minutes. Cheap prices, great service. I will use National Auto Movers whenever I need a tow!

The driver promised to come back for other truck because he bring the wrong truck which is too small and after he left he never came back. I been waiting on the street for 1 hour and the point is if you dont want to accept this business please give me a call so I can find another company. Bad, Rip Off People. Our driver went home and parked a bobtail tractor near his town home complex. They towed a bobtail tractor 6.5 miles and charged $4,200.00. plus $525.00 per day after 1600 ET. Krista (The Office Manager) we asked for revised towing bill, . filled out IRS W9 Form and Schedule of Fees, she refused, We contacted State Police, Attorney General Consumer Complaints Office, Better Business Bureau and local TV Stations and filed complaints.. After all his, we will consult with our legal advisor to move forward with lawsuit.

Says 24 hrs but that means they can pick up ur car from in front of ur apartment 24 hrs a day not get a hold of someone 24 hrs a day. Available 10-4: 30 Monday thru Friday to pick up a car. Worst service Ive ever seen by far.

Terrible! My insurance company called for a tow yesterday because my car was hit and I was not able to drive it. The estimated time for pick up was 3:21 from a 2pm call. I started to call them around 3:45 they had no record of the call even tho I had a confirm receipt in my phone from them. They never came and got me and they never called to confirm either way that they had an available driver. What if I had not been in a parking lot where their was a business for me to wait in. I ended up calling triple A they got there in 30 mins.
