My husbands car was sent to this company, my husband came to pick his car up. The windows were rolled down and his car is infested with ants. The owner suggest going to the store and getting spray. No, you should own up to your mistakes of your company. Do NOT use this company. There’s a reason why the stars are so low!

Car was towed from an apartment complex because of a bitter manager. Vehicle had been used and been in complex since June 2020. Then when I called owner was very nice. His employee Kylie on the other hand isnt and I gave him some choice words. Its crazy how they can steal your car and say because of a tag. Mind you the police nor dmv takes bad tags when the car is insured and tag is registered to car. I know from experience.

If I could give this company zero Stars I would! They are completely illegitimate business that only accept cash and profit off of others that are in desperate situations! I should have told them to go away and call a real tow truck company! I am filing with the Better Business Bureau a formal complaint.

They stole my car from my PRIVATE DRIVE in the middle of the night because townhome complex next to us doesnt like where I park it. The owner of Atlantic Recovery has a copy of our deed and plat showing the property belongs to me, and NOT to the townhome complex who called him. Yet he came in the middle of the night and stole my car. Insane.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! My neighbors stopped their car to make sure Atlantic towing didnt continue to damage my vehicle. This man threw his arm up to cross body me. Super shady.

One star is even too much.. This fly by night co in this shady place..that looks like a car junkyard... practice illegal towing... my car was picked up from a spot without calling police where the car was perfectly legally parked .Of course they do it on Friday close on weekends... Never calling you to tell you .. i had to figure out where my car was by myself... so that they can maximize the daily storage charge... Had to call the cops at their place to make sure they did not damage my car... now my car at garage since of course they load my car that was on parking brakes...Avoid those guys at all cost

Wont take a credit card after they steal you vehicle

Atlantic Recovery is always so nice about their job and they are only doing what they are told to do. They are not out to get anyone. I would recommend this company to anyone around.

I had an amazing experience with Atlantic Recovery! I have already, and will continue to recommend them to people. My car was towed to their lot. It was on their lot for six days before I was able to get out there during business hours. The woman I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful. When I arrived she explained, in a respectful and professional manner, what I needed to do in order to retrieve my belongings. My car was in exactly the same condition it had been when it left for their lot. All of my belongings were present and clearly HAD NOT been disturbed.While in the lot gathering my items I interacted with three of the male employees, one I believe was the owner. All three were incredibly friendly and helpful. One even went out of his way to talk with me for a few minutes to cheer me up, it was evident that I was distraught.When I went back to pick up my car a few days later I was again treated with professionalism and respect, both on the phone and in person. The woman in the office was a pleasure to deal with. The gentleman who was present, Ken, I had spoken to multiple times on the phone- all pleasant experiences, made sure to point out two concerns inside the car that did not have places on their report. He could have very easily just shown me the report saying there were no damages, so I appreciate him taking the extra step to point those out. He also offered to attach my tag, which I had brought with me, without my needing to ask for help.All in all I was impressed with the level of service I received and have saved their number in case I ever need a tow in the future.

This company was very good to deal with and did not take any of my belongings. When I learned that this company had my car and I read the reviews I was very nervous about the condition of my vehicle and my personal belongings. They were very good to deal with and even gave me a heads up about some things so I wouldnt have certain fees to pay. Also, they cut me a deal on how much I would have to pay.

I have had very unpleasant experiences with this company. Their employees are rude and seem to get off on antagonizing people while towing their vehicles and are sloppy with their work. My last experience with them, one of the guys forcefully kicked the clamps on the vehicle to release it. I do not recommend them to anyone.

A very careless company! You have been contacted by me personally on multiple occasions to remove cars that have been in the way of residents parking and you have a contract with my apartments! I will be letting my apartments know of the attempts to contact you and you not doing anything. Not to mention the one time y’all did come out here it was actually my car that was towed, and the guy was drunk the morning I picked my car up. I’m starting to think this is a race issue also as I have my neighbor on camera calling you and reporting MY car and you came with the quickness! I’ll continue to document on your company’s page and for the Better Business bureau.

Had my car towed by this company. Parked in a lot without a tag. I get it. But when I went to receive my car it had multiple large scratches on the side and my mirror was cracked. Wasn’t going to make a big deal out of it because it’s a 20 year old car I paid $1500 for but still sucks. Just wrong.

Told me it would be $250 to get my car back and that he wouldnt charge the $25/day storage fee. Turns out it was supposed to be $150 and they just threw an extra $100 on there for 4 days of storage. Also pulled the dash cam off of my windshield and tossed it on the floorboard so it couldnt see what was happening as he went through my car. I am without hesitation reporting this company to the BBB first thing in the morning. Hopefully they will preform an investigation because this man is a lying scammer.

This company is extremely unprofessional. I was trying to park in front of my home and they refused to move their truck or pull it off to the side to allow me to park. I waited at least five minutes and asked them politely to move their truck and they were too busy trying to tow another car on top of the one they were already towing. The driver’s name was Sean and only after I threatened to get higher authority involved did he move his truck. I am all in favor of towing cars that do not belong in a certain area, but a professional towing company would hire people who have the courtesy to not bother the residents. If you are a complex considering this towing company please go with a more reputable towing service.

Absolutely aweful business. If your car gets towed be prepared for the company to rifle through your car and belongings! This does not exclude your purse, bags, or wallet. “Tony” the woman who assisted me with my vehicle had no explanation other than we have to take inventory of what is there. My question is why would you need to look in my wallet unless you are looking for something. They will also have you sign all paperwork releasing them from liability if any damages incurred on their lot without discussing with you what you are signing for. Not to mention charges me an additional 100$ when I arrived to pick up my car after paying them $300 before driving down there for 12 hours of holding my vehicle. Very poor business and customer service skills. By the way try not breathe in their office as the smell of dirty dog and mold are so pungent it makes your eyes water. Avoid ever doing business with these people if possible.

These men will tow your car then have the nerve to be rude when you call asking for information. I hope they get what they deserve because they are very money hungry! Whoever owns the company needs a good ole fashion ASS WHOOPING!!!! Bastards!

They don’t run a business, they scam people. Made vague threats at me and met me with an aggressive attitude after they double backed on a price. Super unprofessional group that should not be a business.

I live in an apartment complex where we were given decals for ours cars. I have my decal on my car where it was supposed to be. Came outside to get in my car today and my car is gone! I call these people and they were rude. Told me they couldn’t see my decal because my car is tinted. They towed my car at 5:54 am in the pitch dark. The guy told me I could pay $30 to come get my car. Once I get there he tells me it’s cash only and I can go up the road to the atm. Never told me on the phone it was cash only either. It is completely ridiculous I had to drive 25 mins to get my car and then pay to get my own car out!!!!!!

Being in the unfortunate spot where my car was towed, I found nothing but great Customer service, honest people and quick responses. I would recommend Will and his team to anyone from business owners and management who need help enforcing parking regulations to anyone in an accident needing a tow!

My apartment complex works with Atlantic and I was told to call them if someone was ever in the parking spot that I pay for. I tried to call them on Sunday around 4:10 pm and was promptly hung up on when I was describing the situation. Hope my apartment complex isnt paying much for their services.

Towing me own car for my house without lights on or back up noise when Im sitting in my livingroom this place really is something else

My house was recently flooded out and my family was displaced to Redpoint Condo’s. We weren’t informed that there was a new sticker going out to all residents to stick on their car. We had the temp placard. This company towed my vehicle and at first I was very upset. I spoke to the owner and told him of my situation and he lowered the price to get my vehicle.This company isn’t out to make a buck. Will, the owner is very personable and a genuine good dude. I get that his driver needs to make a living and all he was doing was his job. That’s what they’re charging me, just commission.This company just received a lifetime customer. I saved the number and will give it out to those who need a tow. They didn’t have to lower the price. The owner could’ve just took the money and ran. He didn’t, and i’m grateful.

Lot is unpaved and riddled with potholes. Office smells like mold and dog and most of the employees are actual children. It took 4 phone calls just to get them to answer so I could get my car.
