Went there got an full- set ombré with coffin shape. Did not blend the ombré well on one of my nails & filed my other nail severely crooked; ask her to fix 2x before I got up she said I’m not done. Gets done, still crooked. Spoke to the front desk lady, nail tech comes up to me says your finger is crooked; ok so now I have a crooked finger… professionalism goes along way

Set my appointment for 9:30a and didn’t get started until 10 o’clock and then after my appointment I had went to work did my normal stuff and then the gel on my thumb started peeling out of nowhere.

I made an appt for 11:15 for a pedicure made it clear that I needed to be out by a certain time because I was on a schedule. The staff here are extremely and I mean slow!! I am sitting in the chair waiting for the supposedly the next tech I was told 5-10minutes I was good with that! Well didn’t happen the next tech went on to someone else. Bottom line i waited 25’min and nothing why book appointments or should I say over book if the techs can’t handle!! As a business owner myself this was not a good experience. Had to get up and leave and do something myself. Will not return! No organization what soever

I was told this place was very nice and to ask for Melissa well she did my pedicure nice however dont know if her day was thrown off because I was suppose to get sport and a certain flower on my toe design that didnt happen and she forgot to do the wax at the end so it was a basic pedicure which I was very disappointed the beverage was good though wont be back

Had gel nails filled on Friday. By Monday I needed to stop in for a repair on a chip through the polish and gel nail. Today is Tuesday and I have more chips. Ive been getting gel nails with gel polish from a different place for months and have never chipped! Such a waste of of money and time.

Had to tell her to take it off and just do a clear coat because after an hour I was just getting more annoyed. And then got smart with me. Bad customer service.

Today was my second visit to pronails.The first time I visited I had a gel polish manicure on my natural nails.The process was very different than any other nail salon I’ve patronized; usually three nails are painted then my hand would be placed under the light and it would alternate that way however that is not what took place here.After the first gel manicure, I noticed the polish didn’t adhere to my nail very well. I dismissed it. The polish was lifting at the base of my nail.Today my manicure is horrible. Same quick process without much forethought.The UV light wasn’t working.My nails are crooked, the polish is uneven and applied sloppily.The technician seemed young and lacking experience however she was very nice.I called the salon after I arrived home and they wanted me to return so they can take photos and fix the manicure.I declined.It’s not often that I treat myself and having this experience is disheartening. I had some alone mom time and now an ugly manicure.

I visited this place today and although they were busy and I didn’t have an appointment they were going to provide me services. I sign in get my temp taken, wash my hands and sit down. While I was waiting for a tech for about 10 minutes 2 Caucasian women come in sit down and was immediately offered something to drink water, soda or mimosas. As I observed the immediate hospitality given to them I was explaining the lack of hospitality given to me to someone I was speaking to on the phone, the lady must’ve heard me say that she immediately offered them something to drink and I’ve been sitting here for awhile and never offered me anything. She then says oh I’m sorry would you like something. I politely declined and walked out. I will not spend my money with a business who doesn’t treat all customers with the same hospitality. Beware

My appointment was for 4pm and I arrived at 3:57pm. I was advised there would be a 15 minute wait as they were running behind. As I type this at 4:50pm I’am still sitting in the pedicure water. The manager who is more concerned about the dogs that are roaming in the shop, didn’t even bother to offer an apology. If I didn’t have a prior engagement I would have left. The place is overpriced as it is and they have the audacity to be slow and semi rude.

Came in on a Thursday morning to get a refill I said at the nail Tek closest to the door she was so rude and disrespectful today Saturday and my nail polish is chipping WHN told the manager about my experience and how I did not like the way I was being treated or the service all she could do was say I’m sorry we could have someone fix it after sitting here for 45 minutes do you want me to sit here for another 45 minutes and I had a doctors appointment that I was late for and I inquired about these hours before even sitting down then there’s no priceless I feel like they just be making up prices for what they think they can do but they really can’t do it so we’ll see what happens today when I go back to get my nail fixed but after this I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever go back to Pro nails

I have been going to pro Nails for the longest time because I love the staff, the way it looks inside and the way they make u feel welcome. Well lately you spend 2.5-3hrs getting a full set. I asked for Ombré nails black and red glitter and y could literally see half the nail one color the other half a different color, no transition or anything like that. When I asked her to see if she could fix it she asked why didn’t I say something when she was doing it.. so I told her if she couldn’t do hombre just to take the color off and leave them natural color .. well when she filed the nail color off and painted the pink clear coating you can see down of the old color in there.. I think pro Nails in Mirkwood highway needs a bit more attention to the service they are proving.

Very clean salon. One of the only salons that Ive ever seen staff cleaning the pedicure basins/bath. Friendly staff and kind workers. They actually engage customers in conversation. And the cute white lap dog that sits by the door is so friendly. Great wine while doing pedicure.

Going to Pro to see Ann and Gucci is literally my favorite part of the month. Always professional but always keeps me laughing and in style. My nails always look 💯 and I love laughing with my girl. Gucci is always professional and is always dressed to the 9’s. I will only ever get my nails and waxing done by Ann and Gucci. If you want your life to be on point your nails and brows need to be on point and Ann will do that for you. Love love love her. Karen’s and Ken’s need not apply.

Ive been coming here for awhile now and always have great service. I get a dip manicure and they do the best job. Ann and Rihanna give really great manicures and are very friendly. Honestly though everyone that works there knows what they are doing and always take the time and do an excellent job. Highly recommended!

I am super happy with my experience here today. My nails were in rough shape after 3 months of shelter in place and my regular place (which I wasnt too happy with my last few times) was not answering the phone for appointments and I decided to give Pro Nails a try. First, the woman who answered the phone and made my appointment was just so friendly and personable. When I arrived, I was a little early for my appointment so I had to wait outside for a few minutes (no big deal, I was early and there are still restrictions in place). When she brought me in to sit down I saw everyone in masks and there were partitions between customers and workers for protection (yay!). My technician (I am kicking myself for not asking her name) was very nice, asked a lot of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and chatted a little (great amount of small talk). She was very thorough and careful to make sure she wasnt hurting me. I saw her clean tools before and after using them. The other staff members were also pleasant (the lady at the counter was really nice). I love my nails and I am SO pleased that I tried out Pro Nails. I will be coming back!

The Technician spent 3 and a half hours working on my nails when I only asked for a full set of nails and a color the front looks good but she kept Filing to the point I bled and the back of my nails look bad she didn’t trim down my nails to put the acrylics on.

First time going yesterday! I was highly impressed with them!! I usually go to a nail salon in MD, but decided to go to this one because of the good reviews they have. I made the right decision. My nails looks absolutely stunning and just perfect. They really know how to shape the nails to perfection which I’m always worried about in other salons doing. This is my new favorite nail salon!!

I wish i could give 0 stars. Worst experience. I had my nails done (powder nails). In just less than a week one nail came off. I gave them a call, they asked me to come to the salon to have it fixed. I did went back, then fixed it but then again in a week other nails started coming off. WORST place!! Don’t waste your time and money!! There are better places doing best nails for much cheaper prices.

Nothing to love about this is place honestly. I tried but it wouldn’t stick... 3 days after getting my $65 OMBRÉ ACRYLIC NAILS done, my left index finger nail was falling apart. Mind you I been super gentle with my hands because it was a wedding week so I had to keep my nails and hands looking good. The girl was doing my nails like she was on fire. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes which has never happened getting a gel acrylic refill. She did a great job so I can’t complain. Will be back

The nail tech was amazing but then the owners wife started talking very negative to an employee in front of the whole shop and had a nasty attitude towards my child because she had her hand on the nail dryer after the nail tech asked her to put her hand there!!! I will never go back to this rude and nasty environment and I hope that the nail techs find a better and healthier environment to work at!!

Amazing technicians and great costumer service! Im in there every three to four weeks because their nails last really long. You can even get repairs such as a rhinestone or chip paint fixes for free.

Unfortunately today I was told kids are not welcome in this establishment......My children are well behaved. They do not nor have they ever ran around this business like they have no sense. Ive been going to this nail salon for a few years now. The last two times Ive been, the services were rushed and the pricing have gone up. I believe with a manicure youre supposed to have your nails soaked in warm water, that never happened. She finished my manicure in less 10 minutes.

I went here twice both times were fine. I experienced no problems. I got a refill and a cut down *which they charge $3 for and I had no idea. I didnt care about the $3 it was the unexpected fee for it. Prices shouldve been posted in neatly written handwriting and placed in an inevitably hard to miss spot. I will be going back mainly because the other close nail salon, nail art, at prices corner shopping center is horrible. I literally was in so much pain I had tears falling. The girl was wayy too rough she didnt care even when I told her It was hurting. They had cold air nail dryers. And they didnt do a good job at all.

Sooo 4 ☆s because I like them the day she did them they aint look to bad 🤗.. even though they have a bit odd shape lmao (like the thickness) the 3rd day the nails look not painted all the way at the sides of the nails and started breaking off from the cuticles a bit ☹ 70 dollars pooped down the drain 🤷🏻‍♀️ never payed that much for nails normally I go elsewhere but they was the only ones open that late..

I loved going here. Every 2 weeks got my gel manicure. The last 2 times Ive been in there the lady did a horrible job. ( the very first able). She is in such a hurry. The first time they didnt male 2 weeks. Today they didnt make 12 hours. One has already chipped andy thumbs have air bubbles. You can move the polish back and forth. And I dont want her to even fix it cause they have a bad attitude there. Ill find somewhere else. Dont waste your time or money.

The owner is the best nail tech hands down, they have so many colors to choose from that your head will spin. The service is somewhat questionable. The receptionist will offer beverages and is friendly. The owner doesnt take appointments at all, 1 time they told me to wait 20mins for her to run next door to BJs but it was 45 min because she had to restock the water and sodas. It was unprofessional and should have been done before or after business hours. The owner could brush up on professional development and customer service.

The first time I went I was really pleased with my nails (5 stars) but now that I went back it was the WORST nail salon expiernce I have ever had. The second time I went we had to go to one technician to drill off the powder which took 90 minuites between me and my friend. The technican kept getting up to assist other customers (which I understand) but then she stopped doing my nails to COMPLETELY do another customer that just walked in. When I finally got to the second technican she used the drill and it burned while she was filing. I asked for black with blue ombre but I ended with gold and blue ombre. All of my nails were either lumpy, or completely uneven. I had to come back the next day to get them fixed. Cost me $65 for refill and ombre when getting a new set only cost me $50. Less than a week later one nail popped off. Do not waste your time or money.

I have been going here for two years, I went for a pedi and acrylic full set. Myra did my nails and tried to sell me on getting the dip bc it’s better for your nails. I am stuck in my ways and wanted to stick with my usual acrylic and not to mention it was $10 more. I just went less than a week ago and half of my nails are lifting. I don’t mind her being fast but at least let my nails I paid $40 for last a week. I dealt with the fact the prices are a little higher but the last few times I went the quality isn’t there. Sadly going to have to find another salon 😑
