I have short nails but was heading on vacation and wanted some flair. I was able to get in on short notice after my appointment elsewhere was canceled. I asked for a coffin shape and it ended up bring slight after adding the acrylic but Ill know now for next time. I got a full set and feel on have and feet. Very reasonably priced for under $100 including the tip. Ill definitely be back.

This is the worse gel mani I’ve ever had. My nails started chipping after three days. That has never happened to me! Most of the people were very nice, but I will not be going back.

They are kind and when you have an appointment, you dont have to wait a long time. They offer bottled water to their clients. They are also VERY clean which means a lot to me.

Ive gotten my toes done here for years!! Love them! Nothing like a foot massage and a calf massage with hot towels wrapped around your legs and your toes getting done with whatever color you have chosen or brought from home. Its clean and they care. Ive messed up my toes a few times walking to the dryer and they will come fix them for me.

Paul has been doing my LCN French Tip Manicures for almost 10 years! When I started going to Nail Techs, my fingers were tore up from working as a waitress and bartender while I was in school. Paul was so patient with me, knew what my nails needed to withstand, and helped me get them back to beautiful! When I went to college in SC, Paul knew that I didn’t want to go to anyone else, because I trusted him. My nails would regularly survive 3 weeks or so of school/work at a time while I was in SC, and Paul would always get me in for a fill-in when I was only home for a day or two at a time. I never had to use another nail salon for the 5 years I was away from home! It’s so nice to be back home now! They got to know my family, friends, and things going on in my life. Everytime I go for a fill-in, it’s like catching up with a friend you haven’t seen in a few weeks. I’ve introduced numerous friends and family to Paul and his staff over the years, and they all continue to go to Nail Techs regularly! Paul does my nails for every big event in my life...graduations, weddings (including my own!), work events, photos, etc., and he never disappoints. I’m so happy to have Nail Techs down the street from my house, and will never use another nail salon as long as Nail Techs and Paul are here! They are good people, talented at what they do, patient and understanding, and always ready to make sure that you are happy with the finished product. They don’t just do nails, they build lasting relationships!

When I walked in the owner, Paul had an attitude already and rudely told me to pick out my nail color when I asked him a question. His wife did my full set, and wash rushing the whole time & cut my fingers with the file multiple times and put nail glue on the cuts in order for my skin not to be open. While waiting for my nails to dry, Paul walked outside and the wife sat down at her station waiting on me patiently to dry my nails when Paul storms back in a yells at me that he has somewhere to be and proceeds to turn off the lights and leave us in the dark. The wife scrambled to find my belongings to help me out the door while still in the dark. By the time I got to the car my nails and toes were messed up because they hadn’t had enough time to dry. Horrible experience, never again.

Took my bridal party here pre-wedding, and with 8 of us they were prepared and got almost everyone taken care of with no wait. Everyones nails looked great and they were clearly prepared for an appointment of our size. Thanks guys! See you soon!

The lady who did my nails would constantly stop and text on her phone, and also made multiple phone calls and talked to whomever while doing my nails. She cut my thumb with the machine they use to buff acrylics, leaving me with an infected and painful cut the day before Prom, and the acrylics were done very poorly along with the paint job. Never again.

I have been to Nail Tech several times because it is close to where I live. After my third visit, I developed a nail fungus on my left big toe. I showed the infection to one of the technicians and she told me to see a dermatologist. I went to see a licensed cosmetologist instead and she actually treated my toenail so that it will heal (basically cut it down and now I have to wait six months for my toenail to grow back). Nail Tech technicians do not sanitize their tools properly, and they do not disinfect the pedicure baths properly between customers (you have to wait ten minutes between customers in order for the bath to be completely disinfected). In addition to unsanitary practices, they do not offer a good pedicure, usually rushing you through the process and you end up with a mediocre pedicure.

Ive been going to these people since 2005 and theyve always done great work reasonable price and excellent service!

The man who did my nails was very rude. I asked him not to cut my nails shorter so he proceeded to file them super short. They are very uneven now and the polish looks wobbly and awful. I asked him to file one of my nails because it was too round compared to the rest and he rolled his eyes, said something in vietnamese(?) then fixed it, and slammed my hand back down. Oh, also, they only take cash so be prepared for their atm fee. Will not be returning.

I just left this place with bleeding nail beds covered in nail polish. I walked to my car and looked closer at my nails and immediately walked back in, they told me the nail beds of my toes were covered in paint because I had only gotten a polish change not a pedicure. And trie to use a drill on my already bleeding finger nails to removed the shellac off the nail beds of my fingernails. I should have left the minute I walked in, they were not at all friendly.
