Every time I go there the staff is ALWAYS friendly & very respectful..their prices are reasonable too!! My daughter & I always have a great experience. I even talked my son into getting a pedicure.

Charged me $35 for a basic refill no design one solid color. $35 for a fill is a little absurd for me. Not to mention there are a ridiculous amount of nats lingering all over the place.

Well I been coming here for sometime now and Kim never seems to let me down. She will stay after hours if need be to have great customer service. If there is ever a issue which hardly ever she always is so professional and does what she can to be it 100 percent. Thanks keep up the awesome work. I went to this salon on this past Saturday. Hadnt been there in years since the new owners took over. And, I will just say this, the experience was the same. Only decided to go here because its close to me, but I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I know each salon has their own routine, but so many steps were missed during my pedicure. Plus, I felt like I was being rushed. Wont be going back.

I love it there, everyone is so nice, the place is always clean. Kim is awesome and very reliable. I definitely have no complaints, Ill be there later. 😉👍💅 oh and the eye lash extensions look natural I just love it

This shop is one of few shops in Wilmington that has the dip powder, but this one lady that works there never has a customer always sitting and waiting. She a darker complexion short hair wears glasses (I think her name is Kim)...she DOESNT know how to do nails AT ALL! Beware of her go to another tech, whom which they now have a man working there.

I live near King of Prussia PA and I drive to Delaware because Kim does such an amazing job! Everyone tells me how great my nails look and ask where I get them done. And the prices are very reasonable, too.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for more than 4 years, even with the owner switch. I absolutely LOVE Kimberly. I won’t let anyone else do my nails.. literally the greatest nail tech.❤️

Went today with a friend, the girls were amazing! I got dip powder nails and my friend got a full set of gel acrylic. I finished before my friend and mentioned I wanted a pedicure; they started one up for me. Their work is awesome, so happy I found them!!!!!! Will be coming back for more.

Staff was very nice. I was a walk in and taken right away. They held conversations with me and was kind when holding a conversation.

I enjoyed the environment of this nail shop. It was the end of the day at the time I was the only customer. The owner and her daughter were very personable and sweet. The place is clean and well organized.Tony did my mani and pedi he was polite....he moves fast....works fast...but sometimes moving fast doesnt give the best results.I think he could have done a neater and cleaner job. He put gel on my fingers and regular polish on my toes and my toes are already beginning to look worn. Also my finger nails have gel pooled at the cuticles which really makes me want to pick at them but itll ruin them more. Im not a hater...I just want my toes and feet to look the same!!!!I would return, but would probably prefer someone else to do my nails....The old saying haste makes waste is still relevant today.

Worst service ever, came in with acrylic nails and she literally was forcing my acrylics off with another nail, it hurt when she was doing that and I decided to leave, would not recommend at all !!

My first time coming here wasn’t so good. I came an hour before closing . The nail tech was a young girl and seemed eager to go home so she rushed and my pedicure came out sloppy. I decided to try it out again this weekend and it was getting a little busy so again the nail tech was rushing. I got a gel set and asked for an oval shape and it looks terrible. My nails are uneven and bumpy. I’m definitely not coming back

Dont come here... the only Male there messed up my nails 3 times and cut me all it was was a simple mail color change and he couldnt do it right. He cut me 3 times and told me its because my cuticles were so smal. I have one good job on my right hand and an awful job on my left. They still charged me full price and he stormed off when I told him its all rippled. I went back and told the owner to please take off the color ahe shush me off and told me to sit down I am with a customer now as her customer said thata not right she is unsatisfied. I really cant belive it.

Waoooooo I was a customer here for a while but I’m totally disappointed of this place know, before was an ok place for the price but new personal not so great .I done my nails there twice in the same month since quality sucks ! my gel nail polish started to peel within 5 days. They lost me as a client 😡
