I was here yesterday to get my nails done and it took over an hour just for a full set. They made my eyebrows too thin, i wasnt pleased. I couldnt get my lashes done either because the lady wasnt in. So i was told to come back the next day. I came back the next day and was asked to come back because it would be a wait and i couldnt bring my baby in. No children under 5 because of the chemicals which i understand a lil but what if i were a single mother and didnt have the support for someone to watch my child. I feel like they should change that policy and make a sign bring your child at your own risk, or something along that narrative. I left and came And came back after dropping my child off. And ive bern waiting for almost 1 hr and a half when they told me the weight would be only 30 mins. Smh. At this time this is the only salon in wilm. De that are doing lashes otherwise i would have been left not only that i wouldnt have come back after being asked to not bring my son. It wasnt like i just brung him i also had my 8 yr. Old and my son was in a carseat and he could have sat in his seat in the waiting area with his sister keeping an eye on him. Its only 2 ppl working in here right now. I feel as though i should have went before the girl that just got here because i came right back but instead they did her nails before my lashes. Never again will i come back!!! Not only is the service slow it wad also an inconvenience getting here because the whole street is blocked off due to some sort of construction so i had to park 2 blocks away. I came back at 1030 im still waiting and its 1152. And so called the person isnt here to do pedicures today smh. They need more workers and the ppl should all be here at once. We shouldnt have to come back day after day to get feet,nails,lashes on different days.

I went in for a refill and the manager looks at my nails tells me she can’t do my nails because they’re too long sorry. Now I’ve never had a problem with the place ever and her attitude was uncalled for. I’m not a disrespectful person nor am I rude but there was no reason for her attitude. Never going back

Ms. Lee is fantastic, she is like no other!Shes fast and thorough..& her eyebrow work is beyond!I like that they have wide variety of polish.

They are so friendly and ask questions to stop awkward tension. Made sure my mom knew that i was getting my nails done that i found really nice. Most people do it and dont care. Stay on for so long and is cheaper than most places

First time.. Friendly atmosphere. Noticed Mrs. Kim has a lot of patience and Mrs Lee is quick but precise. Took a chance with my eye brows and Mrs Lee did well. Will return for another appt.

Always satisfied when after I get me Mani or Pedi from here. Been going to this place for years. My last work I got done on my nails, always going for natural look. And it came out beyond expectations. Everyone I knew and or came in contact thought the nails was my own. I am due for a fill in soon. I dont like or think to go nowhere else

They did great on the first set I got then my next visit my nail broke within the next 2 to 3 days. I could tell the tech wanted to make sure I came back so she put less acrilic on my nails.

The lady that did my nails added acrylic to my natural nail. It took me 3 months to remove the acrylic off of my natural nails unprofessional and could care less about çustomers and everything about the payment.
