It was awesome to get my nails done by Timmy! Havent been in a nail salon since this pandemic. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything and more importantly EVERYONE remains safe and healthy! And of course, the work Timmy does is amazing!

Always been scared to go here because its so popular I expected to be waiting for at least an hour. Especially on a Friday night but that was not at all the case. Received an excellent pedicure followed by a refill. Kristen assisted me with my nails and did a wonderful job, helped pick out my color and even suggested the shell flair to spice my nails up even more. And of course I cant forget to mention their welcoming receptionist, Amanda who is quick and efficient at helping customers and taking reservations. Will definitely be back for my next fill!

Very modern and clean salon. When you enter you have to immediately wash your hands after your temp check and put on hand sanitizer. I think designs are a little pricey but they did a fantastic job. Only downside was they didnt have liners for the pedicure basin. Im just so used to that.

EDIT: My nails stayed great for 3 weeks. This is the only place I go now!! I get gems and they always last.Love it here. Did my nails better than any salon Ive been to. Ive been trying different salons over the last few months to find the perfect one for me. This is it!! She did my coffin nails amazingly. Made sure I liked them and kept up with friendly conversation. I was a walk in and got to sit right in a chair. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she got it almost identical. No complaints. This is my new spot!! Only rated 4 stars because I just got nails done today. Ill come back and give 5 stars if my nails and diamonds hold up properly.

After reading reviews I was excited to come here but Im very dissatisfied. I paid $26 for a pedicure and it looks horrible. I told the manager that I wasnt happy and he said to go back to her so she could fix it, but I explained to him that she had already taken the polish off and fixed it and this was the best she could do. She was very nice, but I shouldve gotten a discounted rate or maybe money off my next visit. I drove out of my way to come here & Ive been getting my nails & feet done for 20 years. For the price I paid, it wasnt worth it. I posted pictures and you can see that my toes do NOT look professionally done & my nails that I paid $44 the gel polish has bubbled and chipped & I just got it done YESTERDAY. It looks like I polished them myself at home & to be honest I can do a better job than this. It was a waste of $70. I have no problem paying for good work but this was shotty work at best. I went on 3/30/19.

I booked an appointment two weeks ago for my graduation with a specific Nail Tech. I made my deposit through Cash app and showed up for my appointment. Upon my arrival they stated they called me over 10 times because the nail tech I requested called out that day. I had ZERO calls from their establishment. Therefore, I drove thirty minutes away to find out that my nail tech called out. They then ONLY offered me a refund, and did not ask me to reschedule or try to book with a different nail tech. VERY Unprofessional. Poor customer service. Bad Business.

I was unhappy with my nails. I had to leave a $20 deposit the day before my appointment and I wouldnt get it back if I didnt show up. Tim did my nails very quickly. I didnt realize that he was making the acrylic nails flat and fake looking. Last year he did a great job on my nails and this year they looked like press on nails. plus he charged me $55 which I found to be higher than last year. I was very dissappointed.

My first time going there. Waited about 30 minutes to be served. The place was clean and did not have all that nail polish smell. They did not try to sell me extra service and no chit chat. I had a basic pedicure which cost $26.

Honestly I am very picky about my nails and how theyre done. I walked in an immediately was greeted by someone and asked what I would like to have done today. Asked to sign in and told to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. While I waited I noticed that there were so many different nationalities of nail artists. Im impressed by that. I waited less than the quoted wait time and my stylist was so nice and listed to what I wanted. I gave her a bit of freedom with color choice and I couldnt be happier with the results. I will definitely return here to get my nails done in the future.

From out of town and they got myself plus my husband done on NYE! They were nice and efficient! I got a gel manicure and it lasted a good 3 weeks! Ive never had a gel mani last that long! If I didnt live so far, this would be my new place! For the pedicures, they used the tub lining so very sanitary! Clean place just tiny.

I called in earlier in the day. I asked if there was a 5:30 pm appt. The young lady said 5 pm; so I created dinner reservation for 7 pm. She also asked for a $10 deposit over the phone - thats fine with everything going on. I get there at 4:50 pm - they asked for myself to wash my hands - followed by other covid process - perfect. She then handed me a device for me to wait outside for 10 min. 5:25 roles around and I still have not been notified. I walked in and was told 10 more minutes. I simply asked for my deposit back. The gentleman apologized and refunded me back and apologized again.

This place was absolutely amazing. It was a long wait but the employees were very nice. They checked on you and offered you beverages. They take their time doing your nails to make sure you get amazing service. i remember at another nail salon I forgot my debt card at home and they would not let me leave. The same thing happen to me today. They were so nice and understanding. Tim told me I could leave to go get it but the lady made it even easier and just asked if I could get my card info over the phone and they did it manually. Another lady didnt like the way her design looked on her feet and just wanted something simpler. Tim said he would redo it for her if she liked. All in all this was the BEST nail experience I ever had and def worth my money (which I believe I didnt pay much for what I received compared to other places). I ABSOLUTELY love my nails and will be returning. Thank you so much!!!

I had been coming here for over a year because the work they do is great, (Twee) but after today I’m not sure I will ever be coming back. I walked into the shop around 1:20pm on a Thursday and it was pretty packed. I was a little preoccupied with them asking me questions and telling me to go sit all the way in the back of the shop(because there were no seats available in the front for me) and when I went to sign in, I accidentally didn’t put my name on the list, only the service I wanted and the name of the nail tech. After waiting patiently for two and a half hours, I Asked Timmy (THE MANAGER) where I was on the list, and I then realized I had been skipped. No one came to look for me in the back of the shop, or to make sure I was on the list, and he insisted (while laughing in my face) that it wasn’t his fault I didn’t put my name on the list, and that what I was saying ‘didn’t make sense’. He literally laughed in my face.I don’t even care about the fact that I wasted an entire afternoon sitting in the shop, Its the customer service that really upset me. The lack of sensitivity absolutely blew my mind. I made a simple mistake that could’ve been easily resolved but instead I was made to look like a fool and dismissed.All he had to do was apologize and assure me that I would be seen as soon as possible, maybe offer me another drink or something, but instead he was combative and tried to make me feel stupid for making an honest mistake. I was truly hurt by this experience. Hopefully they can learn to do better in the future.

The nail tech tammy is amazing! However the last experience before her was good but not great. They can do just about any design you ask for and they are for the most part extremely nice. You get complementary drinks and great customer service when entering the place. Only other thing Id like to say is for you single moms if you have an infant dont bring them there. Otherwise Id recommend just about anyone to go here.

At first, I was upset that I waited almost 2 hours for service. However, the nail techs work diligently and make the nails perfect so after waiting and getting my nails done I’m way more appreciative (I only got gel and my friend got acrylic). I recommend getting an appointment so it’s a little less of a wait. Very sweet staff and my friend and i are definitely going back.

Called ahead to ensure I could be seen. I gave an estimated arrival of 30 minutes, and with traffic, it took 35 minutes. No technician was available when I arrived and I was told to try again tomorrow. After driving 35 minutes to get to the salon and zero service, I will never return. There are other salons nearby that do a very good job. As I found out when I left this place and went to a Tulip Nail salon in the strip mall less than a 1/4 mile away.

Im editing my review: Ive been coming to this salon for 2 years now. I have a 10am appointment usually on a Friday. Today is the 2nd time theyve been inconsiderate of my appointment time. The first time I had an appointment, my tech Lina took a client before me who was getting a full set done... now today Im here for my 10am appointment and Im sitting here waiting for my tech to finish a nail fix. It is now 10: 20 and Im not seen yet. No, I was not late! I was here promptly on time. Will be looking for somewhere else to go...

Very clean establishment. Experienced two separate nail techs who were both great and very personable. Also had my eyebrows waxed, great job there as well. They offered a free beverage which was a nice little bonus! Will be my regular go-to

Love this nail salon 😩 the wait is long on most days but to me it’s worth it. I LOVE Linna her personality is bomb and her work is too. I won’t go to anyone else. When you show her a pic and say “I want this” that’s exactly what you’re gonna get.

So I wait in line for the salon to open at 10 am and once I get in I request Ben, I’m told to take a seat and at some point while I am waiting, the owners wife Linda is walking past me, so I tried to quickly stop her and ask her a question about a polish, I was all smiles might I add and she says to me “wait for your tech he can answer any questions you have” then she walks away and has a positive, pleasant conversation with “her” client. It was embarrassing to say the least. Timmy train your wife in regards to proper customer service.. you have many pics of her on social media and she looks to be personable but looks can be deceiving because she’s a bit aragant. I’m sure that she understands that while she is the owners wife she does need to be professional and also should be able to answer any questions in a an professional manner. Linda you’re being addressed now and you get 1 star.

This is a nice place to get your nails done when its not extremely busy.

I had one of the worst experiences here with the nail tech Renee, who ended up walking out in the middle of my pedicure because she was frustrated that she couldn’t find my color. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she kept changing the color to something else. She ranted about me in front of the other customers, about me not liking any of her colors, then left out the shop while I’m no where near done my pedicure. so embarrassing. The absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. (I’m reposting this review because it looks like someone deleted my previous one)

This is the best place to get your nails done in the tri state. Bar NONE. I had the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon, and I wasnt gouged in price. I waited a while to be seen, but it was totally worth it. I even made an appointment ahead of time that day. My nails came out amazing and I will not be going anywhere else from now on. Everyone was so nice and so personable. If I could rate them higher than five stars, I would!

I made an appointment at 12 PM and I had a friend tag along to babysit my baby while I get my nails done (just fyi i had no other choice but to bring her along) that went bad after 30 minutes of waiting for my already scheduled appointment- all because my 1 year old daughter screamed out of excitement ONE TIME and the owner sent over the receptionist 5 minutes after she yelled to tell me to shut my daughter up. Never going back simply because they went completely out of their way to be rude.

I love this place I’ve been going there since they opened they are the only place that actually does your nails how you ask and their talent with the nail designs is like none other. The one thing that upsets me the most is That they aren’t open on Sunday and mondays I’m a hair dresser and they are my only days off. I can not make it any other time to them since they are located off of kirkwood highway when I live up off of 202 near pa. All in all the best place to go I just wish their hours were better

Like this place good service every time I been here with my wife, daughters, mother in law and only have one issue which owner solved and make sure we get the service and didnt let us go unsatisfied.I personally get Linda for my feet care but the personnel are professionals and can take care of you.And they all speaks english and get every interaction personal.

After one week the quality of the work was so poor that I had to go back and get my nails completely redone, which I paid for and again after 2 days one nail was messed up again. Went back to try to get it fixed and they weren’t interested in taking care of it but instead in taking the money of the new customers who nails they were about to perform poor quality work on. If you decide to do your nails here make sure you plan on coming back every couple of days when they get messed up from nothing that you’ve done.

They are always on time and I never have to wait when I have an appointment. The staff is professional, the shop is organized and runs effectively and efficiently. Im a very busy person and they always are sure I am in and out and recieve the BEST service!

I drove 45 minutes for this nail salon and i don’t regret it. This place makes sure they get you right. They nail tech i had she was so sweet and tried her best to make my nail match the picture i showed her. Granted they are a bit pricer but worth it.

Ive been going here for 2yrs now and I love it. Best quality and they are so nice. They sometime have really long waits but its worth it. My nails are ALWAYS beautiful and I get so many compliments.

Ive been here twice. Once after work and once during the day. Each time I waited over an hour and even though I tried to make an appointment I was told they didnt take appointments. Then as Im waiting all of the employees are talking about their appointments. I just get gel polish and it does stay on nicely for about 2 weeks, but each time I walked out and the polish wasnt even up to my cuticles so it looked like it had been a week already. The complementary drinks and atmosphere is nice, but the wait along with the low quality polish work isnt worth it to me. Their intricate designs and acrylic work look nice but just not for me.

While the quality I’ve received every time I’ve been here is great, it is not worth the wait time or poor customer service. I would say that I am a pretty patient person and I understand that there is usually a wait at most salons on a Saturday. That said, each time I’ve been here I have waited patiently for over an hour to be served. Today I walked in at 11:30 and at 1:08 pm I had to ask the receptionist - after nearly 2 hours of watching at least 10 people who walked in after me get taken care of before me - how much longer the wait would be. She replied with “we are only human and there are still 3 other people ahead of you, I don’t know”. I am extremely disappointed to have wasted 2 hours on my day off because of their lack of attention/organization. Any other salon will tell you upfront that there is a wait and will give you an idea of how long the wait will be. Here it appears they have zero consideration for you or your time unless you are a regular with an appointment. I will not be coming back.

My time visiting was booked by an appointment. They did an excellent job on my nails. They have great costumer service. They even offer you a complimentary choice of beverage. I advise to book appointment wise, because they will make sure your seated.

Made an appointment for a 1:00 fill and design. When I arrived, they informed me I didnt have an appointment but they could still take care of me... fine. My REFILL took an hour and 15 mins to complete, it took her 20 mins just to take my old polish off- ridiculous. With no time for a design at this point, I had two gems glued on each ring finger. By the time I got back to work at 3 OCLOCK from my 1oclock appointment, the gems had all fell off. I called to request them fixed, I was told I would have to pay. STFU. Ill fix this simple design myself in cpl seconds and Ill never be back.

My Daughter and I decided to try Nail Care Systems because we are tired of the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE we were receiving at another shop (You probably know what shop Im speaking of... on Market Street😏). NCS, greeted us, asked what services we needed, offered us a complimentary beverage and asked if we needed anything while we waited . The wait was about 15mins, if that. My nail tech, Lisa, was great. She spoke English (the entire time), she did exactly what I wanted and she asked if I liked the finish product! We will be going back, because Customer Service is very important....especially when it comes to me spending my money! Try them for yourself and see😉!

First nail tech was very pushy and condescending. Acrylics came out somewhat bulky. But not too noticeable. My second nail tech was very people friendly and made great conversation.

I truly hate leaving a bad review. Im actually disappointed because I hear a lot of great things about this place. If your coming here for something simple. Dont do it. Apparently its not thier specialty. I came in for a regular mani&pedi . I still had hangnail left over. The nail polish job was uneven and all of my nails had bubbles. It looks like a service I could have done at home. To top it off my French pedi chipped the same day I came home. It just was not my day.

Im new to the area and have been to several salons. Nail Care Systems is clean and very professional. They treat their clients with respect something that some salons lack. I am always satisfied.

Service absolutely horrible waited nearly 3 hours just to be cut in line by their regulars all because your new and they had appointments ( which I called and asked about and was told no we never take appointments by the receptionist only to be told by a staff member they do) and the girl whose a so called regular showed up 2 hours late but still gets served and she only got a $39 fill in versus the services me and the two others that came with me would have been dropping almost $200. Then God forbid you come back because one of their staff do a sh** job and you asked to get it fixed and be compensated after spending all that money on them.. nope! Youre gonna be told well she did it for free and we dont compensate once its been fixed oh no no hun it should have been done right there first time not sh** was done for free because yall still got paid and left a hefty tip, but thats fine. My money wont be coming yall way ever again and Ill make sure others wont either.

Truly disappointed that they made me pay for terrible work. Came in on my birthday wanting something special ( ombré nails with gems ) came out with mediocre work. The nail tech attempted to do acrylic ombré did horrible job, even the owner told her it was not done correctly . Frustrated told her just shape and Ill change to gel color. Nail tech literally cut me on every finger, the gel on the thumbs was peeling . Unhappy, she tried to fix it made it worse one thumb she said I didnt need it but the gel looks watered down, the other the gel extended to skin. The owner said they had to charge me just like everyone else ! The only thing they could do was fix it but how just more time and more fixes did it need to be done right! This is not the first time I have been here, I was not trying to leave without paying but why should I have to pay full price fore mediocre work when It was not done correctly from the start. Like I mentioned before I was not trying to walk out free of charge ! I take care my nail tech, Tina does fabulous job, even have given her $20 tip. Will not be coming back.
