Loved this salon! They did a great job and were nice about me having to bring my baby. Clean and friendly

When I walked in the atmosphere was pleasant with relaxing music playing and really clean. My gel pedicure and manicure turned out nice and the one lady did my eyebrows so good! My only issue was when I paid for my service the lady at the register laid out three envelopes I was confused at first but then I realized she was demanding a tip for everyone that did work. I don’t have no issues at all with giving tips but if it’s demanded then I’m totally turned off! Everything was over $100 in which my husband paid because he also got a pedicure too. He gave the lady a tip that did his pedicure because she did really well. But again the tip demanding was a issue for me and I don’t want to go back.

Madison was amazing! She really took the time to take care of me to give me a pretty Summer Gel Pedicure! She is very friendly and professional. I came in need of some much needed self care and walked out relaxed and ready to put my feet in the sand. The salon is very clean and has an inviting atmosphere. Highly Recommend!

I absolutely love this place. Jenny runs a tight ship and is focused on customer service. All the girls are wonderful however Madison is my girl, she can make my gels last forever.

First time getting a pedicure and wow. All the employees and specifically Linda were very nice and welcoming. The service was phenomenal and I felt like I walked out with brand new feet. I couldn’t stop laughing but will work on that 🙌🏼😂. Will definitely be returning soon 😁

Ive always had a great experience at the salon. I took my daughter today for a birthday spa pedicure and Michael did an awesome job doing my daughters toes and he was very friendly and of course my girl Roxanne took care of my spa pedicure and as always she did an amazing job. If you go to this salon make sure you ask for Roxanne and Michael and as always give your techs a well deserved tip. During this pandemic they could really use good tips.

So let me start by saying nice atmosphere. But I notice how they treat their white and Asian( oriental) vs their black clients. Let me say this I got the spa pedicures and they are not cheap. And I notice that only gave wine or something to drink to their Asian and white clients. And the black women that were back there barely got the great service they proved other people that were white or Asian . I’m a black woman and I did not like that. Then I had a guy name micheal do my nails and he starts doing it wrong and I told him so and he gets mad and starts speaking in a different language with an attitude so I knew he was talking about me to another nail tech. He COULD NOT LISTEN TO DIRECTIONS. I won’t be going here again and they also take their time with their white or Asian clients. I was rushed during the whole process. But Roxanne is their best nail tech she is nice and very easy to talk to . But I see how they treat vs the other nail techs which is sad.

Jenny is amazing! Have been going here for almost 2 years. Always on time and always nails my ideas. So sweet too. Highly recommend this salon and Jenny especially!

Madison and Linda were our nail technicians. My mom and I got spa pedicures and my 5 year old daughter got a kids pedicure. Our appointment were on time. They were clean and very professional yet talked to us like they knew us for years. After the services were complete they cleaned everything for the next person. Small intimate, relaxing environment. This is definitely my new spot!

Thoroughly enjoyed the spa pedi. The lemon grass is off the chart good. The salon is super cute and low key. Not crazy busy. Very clean and they constantly were sanitizing stations once a guest would leave. I live in NY but whenever I’m in Delaware, I’ll be sure to make my way back to this salon.

Started going in July- they do such a fantastic job every time! I get a dip powder manicure and they always do beautiful work- very smooth finish and lots of color options. This has become my new norm!

Very clean, great customer service! The young lady that did my nails was amazing funny and made my overall experience fun. Her name is flower, she did a great job on my nails and did them exactly how I wanted them. And she gave me some ideas for my next appointment. She stayed longer then her expected time and I really appreciate it! Also my toes look fabulous, A must visit And get your nails slayed nail salon! I walked in without an appointment and they were able to take me. I have done this in the past and they always are accommodating. The receptionist is very professional and my nail tech Flower was very professional and I loved how she did my nails. I’m not a frequent mani and pedi person but when I do need those services I find myself always coming back. Best place in North Wilmington

I have been getting my gel nails done here for 4 years . I also get pedicure for marathon runner that focuses on muscles of feet and calves, plus, wax and lashes . I have lived all over the country and had many spas. I trust Jenny and her team and get many compliments even from other professionals on Lashes nails skin. All the pretty things aside.. the difference in the health of my feet is amazing . I would recommend to all marathoners runners and athletes. . I will run Chicago marathon in the fall 2020 and Boston marathon 2021. And I am recovering from Philly 2919. I know my nails and feet and legs will be ready for these big racesThe spa is beautiful and the staff doting . Cannot do better 🥰❤️🙏🏻

The best nail salon in Delaware. Not only is the salon beautiful, it’s comfortable and the name suits it well because it is SO relaxing. The complimentary drink also sets the mood.All staff is friendly and polite and TALENTED, Jenny is someone to brag about, she is absolutely amazing. Receptionist was super pleasant and helpful in making decisions.I only leave reviews when i am wowed by an establishment so trust me when i say, you will not regret switching to relaxation.

Excellent pedicure service, I cannot remember the tech who did my pedicure. They all wear name badges but she did not have hers on the day I went. She was a new mom, I do remember that. She gave an excellent pedicure did exactly what I asked, and even suggested a different type when I come back because of my plantar fasciitis.The salon was very clean, lots of color choices, and a acing atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon for pedicures. I didn’t get my nails done, as they were already manicured.

I was here today and this girl took good care of me she did my pedicure she is the chunky one really listen to what I wanted. She left them very soft. Definently recommend the signature the best ever. Love the way I was treated too by Madison. Did a great Manicure.

I had an extroadinarily enjoyable time with my technician Roxann.Roxann is a complete pleasure to work with. She greeted me with a smile and kept smiling the entire time. Great conversationalist and above all an extremely meticulous nail technician. I hadn’t been to Relaxation in a very long time but I left walking out and feeling like I was on a cloud. From soaking, dead skin and cuticle removal, sugar scrub and foot and leg massage, it was well worth the money I paid because it is not just about getting a mani/pedi but it is about the experience. Put me to sleep and so now I worry not, my mind is at ease and the world is beautiful!Roxann you are a treasure and I can see you take your job serious so I’ll be back asking for you!

Nice people.... but the prices are not listed anywhere and they charge up for everything no matter the service. I was highly disappointed in the service i got compared to the price I paid. I got a pedicure and polish change and it was over $50. NEVER AGAIN

I am a registered nurse and a mother. Cleanliness and quality are must haves. I have finally found a clean, relaxing salon with a spa atmosphere that lacks the toxic noxious fume smells you expect at any nail salon.I love the pedicure and liners and the added bonus of the salts to promote wellness, circulation and relaxation.I have had my brows rescued and reshaped and I couldn’t say enough about Jenny and the entire staff.I do recommend making an appointment even though all walk ins are welcome. Making an appointment ensures a shorter wait but all services are superior to the local establishments I used to frequent.I love the powder dip but have also used the gel as well. The staff are highly skilled at all nail designs including ombré and hand designs.I would give more stars if I could. This is the only place I will go to now and bring family from out of state for special occasions as well.

As soon as I could make an appointment after Phase 2 began, I went for a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. The place was crowded in spite of restrictions and I had a long wait and the whole process took nearly 2 1/2 hrs. The pedicure went well and my nails seemed to be OK until I returned to my regular salon in PA and found that all the acrylic had lifted and peeled off. I had to have the complete set redone! Also the files and drill bits are not properly cleaned.Do not go there.

I have been coming here to get my nails done for the past few months and have always been happy with the service. The same can’t be said for my latest visit. I took my mom there for a girls day out to get her nails done. The technician that was doing her nails nipped her twice with the cuticle cutter. I picked a gel color and Madison and the lady doing my moms nails tried to find a similar color. It took a few minutes. During this time I went to get my pedicure done by Flower who did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her. She was friendly and professional.My mom was still at the nail stations and without anything being said, Ann walked over and wave the other technician away in a very dismissive manner. She put something on my moms nail that burned the area where she was cut. Ann did not say anything to my mom and began to paint her nails in a quick manner. When Ann was finished she turned off the light and walked away and left my mom sitting there at the station. She wasn’t moved over to the drying station until the original technician walked by. I was highly disappointed in the service my mom received. Ann really needs to work on her customer service skills. She was very rude and unprofessional. This is how you lose loyal customers.

I am giving two stars because Flower does an amazing job on my nails, but I went here last Saturday I had to make appointment for someone else to do my nails because Flower was out. I walked in and my spidey sense started tingling, Lol. All the techs were at the pedicure bowls except Jenny. Okay I thought, Jenny is almost finish with the lady at her station, so I should be next, so I thought. And yes I was on time for my appointment. Once Jenny finished with the lady, she told me to sit at her station, then came back a few minutes later and asked me to move to the next station, and I did so. Since I was getting a new set I had to have my old nails soaked off, but when Jenny brought me the Acetone in the bowl, she once again asked me to move to the last station. I obliged, sat down and began to soak my nails. Jenny came over after twenty minutes and started to try getting the acrylic off my nails using the drill. After unsuccessful attempts she told me I had to soak longer. Last I check it should only take 30 minutes to soak off acrylic nails, but I was made to wait another 45 minutes soaking. In the meantime I noticed that all the clients at the pedicure bowls were transitioning to the stations to get their nails done. Which left only one girl not working on someone because she only did pedicures. After the 45 minutes I realized that the crowd traveling from bowls to the stations were apart of a wedding party. Congrats to the bride to be, but what about me? I began cleaning off my nails and it was at that time that one of the techs said I’ll be right with you. I think not, I have already been here for and hour and fifteen minutes. I told her I was good and started to put my coat on and I was even nice enough to pay for the partial soak off. Then Jenny was like, I did come over and try to get nail off, yeah you did but never said another thing for 45 minutes. Communication goes a long way. She could have told me that there was a wedding party so that I could have made the decision to come another day, but no, just Greedy. The only way I would ever go back to this salon is if Flower could do my nails because she is awesome. Sorry Jenny, everyone can not do what Flower does.

They do too much at this salon. Prices are not posted anywhere and for a fill and pedicure my total was $86! Like how ? Wasn’t asked if I liked shape of nails or anything until she was done completely shape was off and polish looked iffy and was charged for “long coffin” when my nails are no where near long. Never again.
