Christy is the best. After going to her I won’t go anywhere else for a wax. she gets me in and out of her studio within 15 minutes or less. The atmosphere is clean, friendly, and welcoming. She also is super accommodating to your schedule and will do whatever to squeeze you into her schedule. AMAZING!

My second wax with her I ended up with burns on both... ENTIRE... lips. I feel like she was not taking her time with me, after multiple comments about having darker skin you would think that she would know to be extra careful. It is 24 hours after my wax and I’ve got dry scaly scabs on both lips. They were so sore after the wax all I could do was sit in an ice bath and hope that.... I’d fall asleep it in. I’ve been burned once before, and expressed to her that that was my greatest fear. So to have it happen on the second wax is really unfortunate. She is fast, but both times she missed a good amount of hair. I don’t think women want fast waxes more than they want efficient, burn free waxes. I am mixed, and my skin will most likely have hyperpigmentation due to these burns.Im hoping this was an off day and that she... like everyone else.. could use a reminder to slow down every now and then!I probably will never wax again. Love the smoothness, but. Ive worked hard to remove the hyperpigmentation from the last burn just to be put back at square one. It really sucks!!!The first wax was amazing. I was pretty smooth, she had missed quite a few spots that were hard for me to get on my own... but no ingrowns afterwards. She’s a very sweet lady she will fit you in her schedule and she has a very healing hands. She was able to get the acrylic off of my nails that had been stuck for weeks! She also had my underarms baby smooth.

First time ever being waxed and she was amazing! Finish quickly and said to text or call if I ever have any questions… Highly recommend

I love this salon and the atmosphere. Every one here makes you feel like you are part of their family. Denise has given me the prettiest nails I have ever had done. Christy pampered my feet to make me feel like I was in heaven! Waxing was a new experience which I will always have done forever now. I highly recommend this salon to any and everyone.Also this salon is American owned and everyone speaks English.

Best place I have ever received waxing services!! Staff is friendly and personable, and can finish you from head to toe in about 15 min. Its quick! (Not painless... But its waxing - so dont be silly) have been back and will keep going! Never fails me ☺️ and if you can bring cash, always easier for them!

I am new to Wilmington and was reading reviews of salons that are in this area. By far, all of the reviews I have read, this salon holds up to all of what everyone says about them. I love this salon. They have a great atmosphere, and wonderful stylists and nail techs working there. The nail girls helped educate me on different products to help me better take care of my nails. The highlights and haircut are the best I have ever had also. I will be back and highly recommend this salon.

Denise is the best! She has been doing my nails for 18 years and always does a wonderful job! She specializes in pink and white acrylic nails and do not use the drill. I would highly recommend Denise to anyone who is looking for wonderful service and precise work! She is #1!!!

Denise is absolutely the best nail tech ever. She has been doing my nails for over 20 years and has always done the most beautiful job. I absolutely recommend her to everyone. I moved away for a few years and could not go to see her and went to some of those walk in places. I tell you I thought I would loose my mind at some of the outcomes I ended up with. Its amazing what she can do and I will only go to her from now on.

I go to Jacey for waxing... shes awesome! Works at the speed of light, youll be out in less than 10 minutes for a Brazilian wax. She made me feel comfortable right from the start, which is a must when youre essentially baring it all to a stranger! You can not beat the price either! I used to spend twice as much before I went to her.

This was my first experience getting waxed and I think the bar was set very high. Christy (Im sorry if Im spelling your name wrong hon) is probably the best waxer out there. From the moment I called on the phone she was very relaxed, easy going and upfront with me about what I needed to do. She got me scheduled very quickly and with short notice. The day I came in she was very friendly and put me right at ease. We talked through the entire procedure about everything and nothing and this helped to put me at ease and not make me feel awkward or uncomfortable. I believe Christy is the type of person who can read and understand the needs of others so if you are someone that needs quiet while getting the procedure done she will understand that. I cant say that the process was painless, but I can say that it was thorough and honestly thats all I think I could ask for. I would absolutely recommend this place, if not for Christy than for her amazing and friendly coworkers who were also very nice and professional.
