This is the best place to get your nails done!! I’ve gone to so many places and this is the only place I have gone back to consistently. Not only is the service great, but they are also fast. My acrylic refill took 30 mins!!

I am very picky when it comes to my nails. I visited the “premier” salon when I moved back to the area twice, leaving terribly unhappy each time before being referred to Zyng by a neighbor.Every technician I have had at Zyng, is one of the best technicians I have EVER had, in ANY state. The little things that I would normally ask for (painting the tips, making the liquid gel very very thin and perfectly smooth/shaped) are just done as part of their normal service. I have liquid gel nails, that look and feel like a normal gel manicure—and it blows my mind. They are incredibly fair in their pricing and their technique and execution is nothing short of perfection, every time.I feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated by ownership, with every appointment, and I cannot stress how perfect my nails feel when I leave.

Amazing first experience! Top notch manicure and pedicure, thorough foot massage and flawless color application. Technician was efficient and paid great attention to detail. New to town and I’ve found my go-to place for all nail services! I highly recommend.

This was the best Nails/Spa I have ever been in. The staff was very kind. They offered beverages, they were very respectful. The facility was clean. They did not rush my pedicure they took their time to massage my feet. I absolutely love this place. I am officially a regular customer. I love the massage chairs as well. I felt very comfortable. They also did a great job with maintaining the social distances which I appreciate. Thank you I will be back and I will be referring others.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Michelle. It was my first time at the salon and she was so pleasant and great to talk to. She took her time and my nails and toes came out perfect. I asked her about the days she works so I can book future appointments with her. She’s a treasure and I’m glad I was paired with such a talented manicurist.

I love Bai, he’s the best! He’s always busy but I do like Danny and Annie for nail art too. They’re always so nice and do such an amazing job. I’m picky with my nails and designs snd they’re always so patient.

My pedicure was great and a very long massage! However, my gel nails are very uneven, half my nail isn’t event painted on the sides, and my finger was cut during the manicure. I will not be returning.

Made an appointment, came in and a very rude girl tells me that my appointment was 20 minutes ago. I stated that a gentleman on the phone set appointment for that time. She started to argue you with me. Ok, fine. Maybe I didnt hear him correctly. She proceeded to tell me in a rude way that shes not going to do all of the services that I requested. I left, went elsewhere and got what I was looking for.

I had my nails done here today for the first time being new to the area and they did not disappoint! My friend and I both got dip manicures and I also got my eyebrows waxed and it was such a great experience! Both of our nails turned out gorgeous and both technicians took their time and made sure they were perfect! My brow treatment was excellent as well! None of my services were rushed and they turned out great! Price was not bad at all either, I paid $45 total for nails and waxing. Salon was COVID safe as well and everyone had masks on in addition to use of the plexiglass shields on the desks and having work stations distanced from the others. It made me feel at ease and comfortable being there during this time. Definitely will be coming back for my next nail appointment!

After getting spoiled with perfect nails down in Florida, I moved to Delaware and I needed to find a nail salon that could match the quality of, not only the salon, but the manicure and the price I was paying. Two weeks ago I thought I found my salon... I had a disaster of an experience. With something that should have taken 30-45 minutes, after 1 hour and 20 minutes, I was left nails that I was extremely unhappy with and a salon that is permanently checked off my list of salons not to go to. Two weeks later I was searching for a salon that would exceed my expectations... and I found it with Zyng nails and spa. I am SUPER picky with my nails... and Michelle was able to do my nails exactly how I like them done. She was professional and quick (without being sloppy). Her attention to detail, and making sure my nails were flawless was what I had been searching for. I was treated with kindness from everyone who passed by me, asking how I am and if I wanted anything to drink. I HIGHLY recommend this salon. The price I paid was less than any salon I’ve found around here and the quality is excellent!! I will definitely be back

I went there a couple of days ago and I will happily say that I will never be going back. The woman who was doing my nails seemed bothered and annoyed with me the whole entire time. She would yank my arm and fingers and I started to feel like I was doing something wrong. I tipped her really well because I felt like she did not like me at all and felt bad about it. I went into the car to really look at my nails and they were absolutely horrible. There was acrylic nail polish all over my skin, there was rough edges poking out on multiple nails, all of them were different shapes and lengths, and one of them was cracked 20 mins after leaving. It’s a couple days later and all of my nails are cracking and chipping. I will never be going back and would not recommend to a friend.

The salon is small but very clean. The staff is kind and professional. They listen to what you want and make suggestions so you can get the best experience.

Overall Zyng was okay- for a quick(45m) dip-powder manicure. I wanted to treat myself to a manicure right before the week long vacation I planned. The manager (Mr. Bai? Never gave me his name over the phone, assuming off of other reviews.) was very frank with my answering my questions and making an appointment- called around 3p for a 6p appointment on Aug. 15th.My friend and I stopped in a bit late(6:10p) and I apologized profusely and their staff greeted us kindly and offered us refreshments.Josie is the technician that took care of me- she was very sweet and offered me the dip-powder application instead of your classic acrylic bead application. (I didnt stop in with any photos of what I wanted really.) I noticed that they did not keep their tools(cuticle removers, cuticle pushers, etc.) in any visible barbicide filled holders. She also used a plain emery and buffing board that looked used. She also applied 2 plastic tips to my index fingers since those nails were the shortest(theyre hard for me to grow out and snap easily due to work).I should have left immediately but I felt that I already inconvenienced so many people already so I followed through with the application. Overall it was $37 and I felt that it was reasonable.My faults were that I came late and didnt tip and expected a gratuity option while paying with my card. I just wish that the salon was a bit more cleanlier, at least from what I saw.These are my nails as of Aug. 24th- the wear is from swimming and cooking and everyday wear.

It was so uncomfortable, the nail techs were all complaining that the owners had too many clients in at a time. Not caring for their healths or customer during this COVID-19. I honestly wish I would of read the review prior to visiting this place. I paid $200 for 2 foot spa and the worst full set I ever seen. I could of probably done a better job myself and I never done acrylic. They charge 25 extra for gel, that chips the very same day. The first day I broke 2 nails and the next day another 3. One hand had bigger nails then the other, it was just and epic failure. I asked for coffin nails and got stilettos🤷🏻‍♀️. I told her she placed the nail wrong and of course it was the first one to come off🤦🏻‍♀️. Just save your money and go anywhere else.

The best Nail Salon around! Customer service is outstanding!Consistently the best place for Manicures, pedicures and waxing. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I am always happy when I leave .The owner is super! He makes sure everything is perfect all of the time!

There are a few nice girls, but my acrylic set is uneven and she cut my finger while doing them. the girl who did my pedi was great, but I dont recommend getting acrylics here.

I had a great experience today getting a gel mani/pedi and brow wax today at Zyng Nails. I was taken back right away. I had a lovely young lady named Josie work on me. She was kind, gentle, considerate, and quite skilled. She was patient with me as I took a while to choose my color. I will definitely be returning soon.

On business travel and gave this salon a try due to having 5 star reviews. They exceeded my expectations.

So I got a pedicure here for the first time last weekend and it was amazing! I have gotten a lot of pedicures at a LOT of places. Sometimes they are good, other times not. First of all, I just walked in and there was no wait. They used a liner for the tub. And the massage chair was WAYYY better than other places. I have chronic neck and upper back pain and get massages regularly. This chairs massage was better than many massages I have had by human beings. They offered me a beverage. And the nail tech did a great job on my French pedicure. She asked me if I liked it before proceeding onward because I like a thin line and many techs dont ask and do a thick line and it looks terrible. Although it was expensive, it was very relaxing. The lotion they used on my feet made them SO soft (for days). I want to know what it was so I can buy some. A lot of places seem to just use regular lotion that wears off and has a hard time making your heels soft. Since I dont do it all the time, I didnt mind spending a little extra to get a good one.
